Skills: Mac got introduced to music when her mother encouraged her to take up violin lessons. After that phase wore off, she started teaching herself how to play the acoustic guitar. She started writing and singing a few of her own songs as well. When she was in high school, one of her friends was starting a band and needed a bassist. Though she couldn’t play the bass at first, she practiced and gave it a shot and eventually got the hang of it. Now it’s almost like the bass is all she knows, though she strums the guitar now and then. There’s something about the deep and moving sound of the bass that Mackenzie enjoys. When she was with her band in high school, she was also in charge of making flyers for gigs. She’s become a pretty snazzy photographer and graphic design artist because of it.
Phobias/Fears: Mackenzie is scared to death of fish. Not eating them, just swimming with them, so she doesn’t like to swim in the ocean or especially lakes, where they could lurk up on her.
Bad Habits: She doesn’t pick up her clothes. When she takes something off she usually just tosses it onto her bed or on the floor. She also has the habit of leaving things in the weirdest places. Like when she lost her cell phone and found it in the kitchen cabinet with the pots and pans, or the time she lost her keys and found them in her Nike shoes.
Good Qualities: She doesn't like to see people sad or angry, so she has no problem with giving her time to you so you can mope, rant, nag, etc... so that hopefully you'll calm down. She's a quick learner and is always willing to lend a helping hand if you're in a pinch (even when she has no clue what she's doing).
Bad Qualities: She's not really a social creature and doesn't like to get outside and do things unless she has to. She's always using the weather as an excuse to be lazy (but it's so hot, but it's so cold, but it's raining, etc.). She forgets things in a snap which is why she's always losing things. She gives the worst advice in the history of advice, so don't listen to it. She hates asking for help and would rather wait for something to go wrong before she admits that she needs it. Sometimes she has these phases where she's addicted to something or another, that usually last no more than a month (once it was painting, then it was tennis, then it was yoga... you get the picture).
