The Brooklyn Institute is a performing arts college for students aged twelve to twenty four. Anyone can join from any background there isn't a fee even though it's the best school in America well it's meant to be....
In my first year I witnessed a murder,four pregnancies,a stabbing,suicide and well a lot of criminal behaviour. God knows why parents send their children here. I am Isabella I started here aged twelve I am now seventeen and when I thought being dragged into a drug scandal when I was fourteen was dramatic well the drama has only just started. This school it's off the rails! I must admit I do love it here with the parties and the constant gossip but seriously it's like something from a film!

Liza yawned and threw back her purple duvet revealing her slim pale body dressed in three sizes too big t~shirt. She padded across her dorm and got dressed in dark skinny jeans and a long black vest top with a gold skull on. She put black boots and a cardigan on that hung under her jeans' pockets. Kids greeted Liza as she walked down the halls some tried to get out her way but tragically she failed to care. The blonde met a bunch of kids by the boys dorms. The kids were Luci Hart Ivy Jones James Boyce and Matt Wheeler. "Hey guys." she greeted. She ignored a flirty smile from James completely and went striaght into chatter with Luci.
"Are you coming to the party tonight?" Luci asked
"Hell yeah Luce!"
" Block A Wing D Room 286."
"Got it 8:30 guy called Jack Down."
Luci smiled "Invite everyone you want to!" Luci ran off to tell and invite more people and Liza followed behind her casually and smiling almost innocently. Liza was excited about the party she knew Jack D really well so well aged fifteen they went out for a while but Liza had almost forgotten that though.

Valerie got up and got dressed. She picked out her clothes for the day, a blue t-shirt and grey skinny jeans. She put in some heart earrings and a black necklace. After putting on ballet flats, she got out of her dorm and went to eat breakfast.
After she ate, she walked aimlessly around the halls, seeing a lot of the more popular girls. They were surrounded by their friends, and a lot of boys. She easily identified one of the girls as Isabella Gray, whom she and her firends called 'the girl of many nicknames'. She knew it was her because she had a singing class with her. She was the girl who was brave, loud, and had a wicked voice. The girl who knew that she was better than everybody else in the room, and the girl who, after class, went to all of the parties with all of her friends.
She didn't see any of her friends, she usually didn't until class.

Liza noticed Valerie and smiled kindly. This basically told everyone she was in a good mood today. Liza waved a,little the making her jump a bit Jack Mears a popiar dancer grabbed her waist from behind. "Jesus Jack." She said shocked. Jack grinned "Isabelle chill we are best mates and dance partners We are allowed to wind eachother up!" She wriggled away from Jack and turned to speak to him. " 'Sup?" He asked. "The usual." She replied. "Coolio." Jack said in reply. The bell for morning lessons rang and Jack and Isabelle seperated adter a quick hug. Isabelle walked into the singing room and greeted her teacher Mrs Kay politely and joined thr gathering circle of singers.
She revised lyrics in her head to her cover of Good Intentions sung by Dappy there were never many diffrences except her voice was dramatically unique but she could rap not amazingly but decently. She noticed the two last empty chairs and sat in one the chairs formed a perfect circle of singers the second bell would go soon so the teacher was starting to join the kids Isabel worked out who,the,missing kid was Valerie.

Valerie walked to class, trying to weave her way between students. She finally arrived to the singing room where the circle was only missing one person, which was herself. She was so stupid. How could she get here last ? She kept a poker face and joined the circle. She was nervous, because nobody else sang muscal theatre songs, and today she would be singing 'Part of Your World' from the Little Mermaid. But what was she supposed to do? That was a song she loved, and it was a free-day. They could sing whatever they wanted.
They did warm-ups and then everybody took turns singing their song. Isabella, of course went first. After the applause ended, another girl went up.

She looked at Valerie a venomous look went sweet in seconds. "Oh hi Valerie." Isabella was kind of unpredictable she was ever a complete cow or really sweet or she's acting. "You going to Jack Down's party? You should come it's going to be great." Someone called her name and strolled over. "Great song Bella." it was Daisy Mae a sweet popular girl who specialized in Theater. "You too. Daisy this is Valerie." Daisy smiled sweetly. "Hey Val!" Daisy greeted. Isabella smiled. "Well nice seeing ya might see you tonight!" Daisy dragged Isabella off. ;Dance with Jack how dull." Isabella complained. "Hey that sounds gfeat Yeajefun!" Daisy said. "Only cause you fancy Jack Mears!" Isabella teased. "and you don't fancy his mate Jack Down!"

Isabella burst into the Room 216 giggling with her roomate Rochelle. "What are you wearing Iz?" Rochelle asked. "I don't know yet. Probably ..I don't know!" Isabella said walking to her big white wardrobe she flicked through dresses and tops madly before fishing out a top. It was a peachu kinda see through blouse she put black leather look skinny jeans on and ticked the blousr into it she got peach heels out her drawer and put them on. Rochelle got her shoes then helped Isabella striaghten her hairjaiboth gitls looked beautiful but imn diffrent ways. Rochelle in a sweet way then Isabella looked stunning in her normal bad girl slash rock way. Both girls grinned then left their dorm Isabella had a bag with alochol in,obly onr small bottle but Jack asked her too when he first planned the party.

Valerie was braindead on the internet. It was like she was a zombie, mindlessly looking through photos of weird cars, small cats, and tasty food. Her life was really boring. She didn't really have friends. Her roommate was nice to her, but they didn't hang out. Ree went to parties and got drunk and boyfriends and everything, and Valerie did homework and went on the internet. She was just about the only person in the school who didn't go to parties. She didn't care much, it's not like people disliked her for it.
She started playing a game to use her brain even a little bit more, but she grew tired of her laptop quickly. She went and got a book from her shelf. It was something about Bach, a biography of sorts.

The blonde knocked the door and was let in by tall muscular good looking guy known as Jack Down. "Izla!" He greeted he hugged her spinning in 360 degrees putting her down in the room. "You get the drink?" Isabella shook the bottle in her hand. "Oh my god I love you Izzy." Jack laughed. "Well your in luck if I end up drunk enough to find that attractive!" she poked his chest playfully and vanished into the crowd truth be told Jack had a massive crush on Isabella Izzy kinda liked him but Isabella liked every guy that was like Jack. Isabella greeted some friends of her who were dancing one whom was already drunk. Isabella rolled her eyes Izzy never got drunk she drank a bit then she just pretended to be but Isabella liked to remember everything that happened the night before. She joined the dancing happily enough Isabella was good dancer but when she was with her also good looking and good dancing friends she didn't stand out as much as in music mind you music was all solos. She left her friends after a dance to get a drink she started with a small whiskey then hung around with Jack. Rochelle watched them bugged by the fact that Jack and Isabella were like a millimeter apart. No one else seemed to care apart from Jack's girlfriend Andi but she wasn't brave enough to do anything about it.

Valerie laughed at how easily Rochelle was brushing off Isabella. "I'm glad too. And, um, yeah, I mean, I go there for the holidays every year. My gran and grandad live up there. Most of my family actually. Dual citizenship is about the best thing in the world." She looked over to Isabella, "Isabella, I like your shirt." Valerie was just about the only person to call her by her complete first name, but she had been introduced to her as Isabella, so that's what she would call her.

"If it isn't Mr Six Pack." she teased. "This is Valerie she's pretty cool." Isabella said. "Nice name Valerie I'm Jack enjoying the party?"
