Personal History: Randi was always a good child, raised in a middle class society. There was never a moment that she wasn't reading a book or teaching herself a new song, often times choosing to be alone as opposed to playing with the other children. Her parents thought she was the perfect child, and grew greedy with her talent. They entered her in many shows and and cheered her on, pocketing her winnings for themselves.
One day Randi's father heard of an old woman, who could keep children young forever, and went to her begging and begging for her to cast the spell on his daughter, so she could be a child prodigy forever. The woman agreed to his terms, but warned him, "Only love can break this curse..." He brushed her aside, dashing out without even thanking her to see his daughter.
A few years passed, and Randi began to question her family about her size. Her father finally broke down and told her, what he thought was good news. Upon hearing that her father had her cursed for his own benefit she demanded they lift the curse. They tried many times, but there was not enough love between them to lift the curse.
She left them, that very day, slamming the cover to her keys down as she left. She figured that if anyone would love her enough to lift a curse, it would have been her parents. She walked to an orphanage miles away and left her parents behind completely when she peeped to the nun, "My parents...they're dead."
Once she had lived at the Abbey for a few years, she left, smiling and happy. To her, they were her family, and they accepted her. After hearing about others she decided to take the journey, with the nun's permission of course, and began her search for true love...skeptical as she was, she knocked on the door.
