Agents of C.P.I.A, from CutUp's Cutlery Drawer, a roleplay on RPG

There are things, dark things that dwell in the dark, that prey on humanity, beings beyond our understanding. That's why the Central Paranormal Investigation Agency, or the C.P.I.A., was founded for, for our protection. We find the things that go bump in the dark, and we bump back. We serve the U.N, in secret of course, to protect the world from supernatural threats. In simple terms we are monster hunters.

Before we were an agency, we were an order. A religious order I believe, associated with the Vatican I think. Our ancient counterparts protected Europe from dangerous forces beyond our understanding. But we protect the entire world. We were offically formed into the agency we are today during the latter days of World War II, when Hitler joined our mortal foes, an organization bent on using the supernatural on controling the world, the Thule Society. So in return we allied with the Allied Forces to balance the scales.

With our new allies came better funding, better personal, and better resources. By the end of the war we finally destroyed the Society. After the war the U.S, and the U.K saw that there were more dangers our there than ever before. So they kept us around, funded us, and made us into the agency we are today. And with the foundation of the U.N we found more backing from the countries that joined it. So we are allowed certain freedoms to do what is necessary to ensure our survival.

Over the years we have had many members, both human, and other. Now trouble is on the rise. More, and more paranormal activity has been reported, and so has our need for good agents. Something is coming, will you be ready?

Frank is the badass leader of the group of agents. He is extremely strong, and tough. Plus he's immortal too. Turns out he is Frankenstien's monster. He has been with the agency since before it was founded.

This young, and promising agent has just recently been assigned to a 'special' task force. Little does she know she's been recruited for the agency. She has no clue about the actual world around her, and will soon be introduced to it when she meets the team.

Despite what others might think, Sterling is NOT a vampire, no, he's a Dhampir, big difference. He has most of the abilities a Vampire has, such as super strength, speed, and durability without most of the weaknesses, such as sunlight. Though he does require blood to survive, the agency has developed a serum that has the same effect, though he is not as powerful as he could be on if he was drinking live blood.

This young lady is a ghost, a spirit that has been unable to move on for whatever reason. As a spirit she has several abilities, invisibilty, intangibility, teleportation, telekinesis, and possession to be exact.

This agent is a werewolf. Werewolves are shape-shifters, being able to change into various degrees of a wolf, well three in fact. The first is the most commonly seen, and easiest to change into, in it the werewolf gains claws, fangs, increased hair, pointed ears, and a wider, broder brow. The second form is a tougher one to change into, as it's just a large humanoid wolf. And the final form is a actual wolf. The reason the latter two forms are harder to change into is because of the strain it takes on the body to shift the bones, and reshape them. Werewolves have strength, agility, and senses that rival vampires. When the moon is full they are forced into their wolf form, and younger, less experenianced wolves loss all control, and become feral.

This agent is a witch, which means she is able to manipulate magic. Magic is sort of the life blood of the universe. With it one can control the elements, create objects from other matter, among other things.

This agent is a Merman, though you wouldn't be able to it by looking at him. When wet Merfolk grow scales all over their bodies, and gain fins, and gills. Naturally they are stronger, and more durable than humans due to their bodies being adept to the pressure of the depths of the ocean.

Alright, first things first, go to the OOC and reserve a character you're interested in. We are having limited roles! Only six players with be accepted because I want to keep this small. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. I won't be opening up any more roles. When sending in your reservation you need three passwords hidden in the rules. First: What is your character's color code?
No godmodding, bunnying, meta playing, etc. Pretty basic.
