Everyone has a beast that they hide inside them, a beast that's hungry for blood and pain its usualy their anger and hatred. Sona hides the same nature behind the mask of happiness and shyness exept that Sona's beast is not anger nor hatred.. Its another soul, a curse on him, being forced to carry the weight of the shadow dragon that lived and grew in Sona's shadow. His father knew about and tried to kill it, but killing the dragon ment kiling Sona as well. After several years, Sona grew up and learned how to communicate with the dragons as well as the dragon in his shadow, they soon became friends, more like partners but of course the hungry-for-blood beast even though it became friends with the kid, his goals of taking control of his sanity and mind never changed, Sona knew about it but all he could do was to fight it off for as long as he could and live his life to the fullest.

"Ready when you are..!" Sona said as he was ready to run with his full speed and looked at the middle-aged man and his gigantic fire dragon.

"Alright. Go!" The man yelled as the fire dragon began rushing at Sona.

Sona ran towards the fire dragon and slipped underneath it, he was about to draw his wooden katana and attack the dragon in his weak spot but the dragon leaped forward and was about to slash Sona, but stoped at the whistle of the middle-aged man.

"Sona, if this was a fight now you would have taken lots of damage or die, either way it wouldn't be good for you." The man held his hand out for Sona to grab and stand up. "The only way to fight a dragon exept from years of practice in dragon slaying, is with another dragon and you have that gift. There are dragons out there that think of the humans as their prey, there won't be always a good dragon there to help humans, but you are an exeption you have a dragon in your shadow. Instead of being scared of it, accept it. Welcome the unnwelcome in your heart, because even though you are friends you don't fully trust him in your heart. Now lets try again!"

Sona took the mans hand as he stood up, he looked at him. "Welcome the unwelcome.. Ok I'll right..!" Sona said and got ready for round two with the fire dragon.

The dragon got ready to rush at Sona once again. As soon as the man whistled, the dragon rushed at Sona and gave out a fierce roar.

Sona ran at the dragon and slipped underneath it once again. The moment Sona was under the dragon he yelled "Nightroar! Please!" once Sona finished his sentence from his shadow two abyssal-purple eyes appeard as a gigantic black dragon appeard and picked up the fire dragon from below before throwing it down. The dark-abyssal coloured dragon --That was summoned until its waist, the rest was still in Sonas shadow-- roared fiercely in the air before melting back to Sonas shadow. "Wow...so thats the power of a dragon..?"

The man smiled and helped Sona up after he checked on the fire dragon to see it he was ok "Good work for today..Son."

Sona smiled and looked at the man "Thanks Dad..!"

The man patted Sonas head, "You are growing up.." the man said as Sona looked up a him with a serious and yet happy face "Yea..don't worry, I'll make sure everyone is happy in the kingdom and the planet in general.."
