"The Subterrane is a large arena with a multi-leveled landscape full of cliffs and pits. Quickmove bars extend from the center of the arena outward in three directions, allowing characters to cross the arena quickly. The Crystal Palace and Lunar Whale can be seen on the stage's background, as well as the Earth."

Kuroki Kaze was propped up against the wall of a cliff at the Lunar Subterrane, apparently sleeping. How long had he been sleeping? Would somebody wake him up?
Genesis Rhapsodos appeared in the usual fashion for a Chaos warrior, through a weird portal. He stood on the cliff opposite Kuroki. "Sleeping during war is not an intelligent idea, especially against such formidable foes, and circumstances that could change the world's tide.", his voice mocked the Cosmo's warrior, though in a calm tone.
Kuroki Kaze heard a voice and slowly opened his eyes. "Makenshi...Where is that scoundrel?" he said, seeing that the man who had woken him was not who he thought it was. "I could care less what happens to this world, I have a score to settle with White Cloud." he said, in a fairly harsh tone.
Genesis Rhapsodos smirked and chuckled lightly. "If you have no other reason to reside on this warground, then you are of no use. Because this is the world for the ongoing cycle, between harmony and discord.", he said, then looked to his left. "But of course," his eyes locked dead on the man, "you must have been summoned here."
Kuroki Kaze felt a breeze blow by, causing his cloak and hair to flow with the wind. His hair was red, with a somewhat long ponytail. "The battlefield was calling me." he replied, then drew his crimson-colored handgun.
Genesis Rhapsodos turned his head upwards somewhat. "You were either summoned by Cosmos, or Chaos. There are no exceptions.", he said, frowning at the man.
Kuroki Kaze lowered the gun in his left hand upon hearing that name...Chaos. "So, he threatens this world as well?" he asked.
Genesis Rhapsodos nodded slightly. "Yes, you catch on fast, new one.", he said, sarcastically, of course. "Then again, I fight for Lord Chaos, so I am in no position to be saying such things."
Kuroki Kaze pushed aside his cloak with his right arm, and pointed at Genesis with his arm covered by a large, golden cylinder that sorta functioned as a gauntlet. "It's not moving. Why is the Magun not moving?" he said, confused as to why it couldn't change into gun form. He then quickly drew his other gun with his free hand and fired at Genesis.
Genesis Rhapsodos eyes widened as he got grazed on the shoulder. "So... you wish to fight then?", he asked, grinning. "Then let us fight." He jumped down from his position on the cliff, doing sort of a swan dive to swing at Kuroki with his Rapier.
Kuroki Kaze did a backflip to dodge the incoming attack. He then fired multiple times at Genesis. "Where is he? Where is Makenshi?!" he shouted, while he was shooting.
Genesis Rhapsodos used the dash to the opponent move, as a block and an attack plan. Once he got near he slashed quickly a Kuroki. "I have no idea who you're talkign about!", he yelled back.
Kuroki Kaze got hit by Genesis' attack, and grunted. "I would have thought you'd know him. He's on the same side as you are." he said, and then saw an EX Core appear in the distance.
Genesis Rhapsodos grinned as he locked onto the core and made a mad dash for it. "I'd rather not know most of the fellow warriors."
Kuroki Kaze shrugged. "Fair enough. I prefer going solo too." he replied, and then noticed that Genesis seemed to have gotten some sort of power from the bell-shaped object known as an EX Core. "What was that thing? Grabbing them seems to do something?" he said, and then wondered if maybe they were what he needed in order to use the Magun here.
Genesis Rhapsodos laughed lightly. "Ah yes, you will know the power, once you have gotten enough of it.", he said, albeit a bit cryptically. "For example, I... have my monster-akin wing, and my strength is boosted. You regain lost vitality as well. And the last... well, you can figure thta out yourself."
Kuroki Kaze raised an eyebrow. "Alright." he said, and then attempted to punch Genesis with the 'frozen' Magun.
Genesis Rhapsodos flinched as he was punched down, but quickly got back up. "Rargh...", he hissed, then swung once more with his sword, only quickly.
Kuroki Kaze did a quick sidestep to avoid the attack. Then another EX Core appeared, and he jumped towards it. "One more should do it." he said, touching it and absorbing it's power.
Genesis Rhapsodos ran after Kuroki, growling. "You shall perish! Cosmos will fall!". he yelled, but he was over dramaticsizing things.
Kuroki Kaze sighed. "I don't care how much blood must be spilled, as long as it is spilled to end Chaos!" he yelled back, and then shot rapidly at Genesis with the red gun in his left hand.
Genesis Rhapsodos did the high-speed dash once more, then did a fire attack to launch several balls of fire at Kuroki.
Kuroki Kaze was caught off guard, and hit by the fireballs. "You're good. Almost as good as Makenshi." he said, recovering from the knockback. One more EX Core appeared, which Kaze promptly ran to and grabbed. Upon absorbing it he would notice a button on the Magun glow. "It has moved...Behold! Soil is my power!" he would hold the golden cylinder gauntlet diagonally in front of him and a drill would pop out on the side and start spinning to form a propeller, after the propeller spun a few times it would then change into gun form. "The Magun has thawed." he finished, in a cool tone, aiming the Magun that was now actually a gun at Genesis.
Kuroki Kaze was about to summon Phoenix, but then noticed that Genesis had vanished from the area. "Damn! He got away." he said, and then reverted out of EX Mode. He then proceeded to exit the lunar landscape in hopes of finding his way to Order's Sanctuary.
