'11C?' "That's nice... I have always been in C division."
At least that hadn't changed.
She ducked inside her classroom. Crowds always unsettled her. They were so noisy and loud and jostling...
Letting out a sigh of relief, she fistpumped. "SAFE!" before realising someone else was already in the classroom.
Uh-oh ....
"Ummm." she tried. "Ummm...." Dammit, this wasn't a time for her to freeze up like this! She seriously hated her selective mutism at times like this.
She settled for heading to the very last desk by the window. She was a straight A student, but she preferred to be out of others' sight, because she often stayed up late at night reading random books that caught her interest or simply playing video games or listening to music, and as a result spent half her day at school napping and spacing out.
Placing her books and pens neatly on the desk, she stared out of the window, admiring the clouds and the trees that shook with a slight breeze just outside the periphery of the school.
'What a beautiful day ... I love days like these.'
",...you! Hey, you!"
She snapped out of her trance as a girl slammed a pamphlet in front of her, disarranging her books and making them fall all over.
"Wanna join the Home Economics Club?" she barked at her, ignoring the mess she had just made.
'I did think I would join something like the Home Economics or Craft Club ... but ...'
"No, thank you for the offer though." she smiled brightly, but someone who knew her well could easily tell the smile was strained and tight. She didn't like this rude person at all, which was why she decided on the spot that she would never join the Home Economics Club, even though it had been one of the four clubs she had been taking in consideration, along with the Literature, Music and Craft Club. "Now if you will excuse me, seems like I have a little mess to clean up."
With that she bent down, retrieving her books from the floor.

She hated this country. Alright, not the country itself, but the fact that it had driven her mother to abndon her.
Back to matters at hand...
She nodded at the girl beside her, talking excitedly about some club or the other. If you asked her, it was just stupid. She couldn't make herself get that excited about a simple school club.
