Character's Journal: The fall hit hard. At least, I think I fell. All I know is I'm in agony. I hear myself groan out loud, as I roll onto my back. I stare at the roof of the building, its small cracks glistening with light. I start waiting for my vision to become clear, questions whizzing through my head. That's when I realize. I don't know who I am. I have no memory. Except one. A field, completely empty, no one there. Then darkness. I pull my body up, and scan my surroundings. I can't see any walls; how big is this place? Cobblestone covers the floor; no wonder my head hurts. If I did fall, this would smash my skull. So I guess I didn't fall. I push the question 'How did I get here?' out the way, and begin to focus on the main question.
