appearance
The Red Wolf is well known in Kyoto, not only for her wrath, but for her beauty as well. There has only been one to tell the stories of her gorgeous attributes, he was a lucky survivor. The tales recall her long slate black hair, its length travelling to the floor in luscious waves. Her ruby red eyes strike fear into all those who gaze into them. She weighs no more than a cherry blossom petal and stands as tall as five feet and a half, or so they say. Her claws are painted blood red from an unknown source. The kimonos she wears are elegant and tasteful, colored in brilliant shades of red and orange. Wrapped tightly around her muscles are bandages to protect from strain.

personality
Okami's personality is hard to pin. Not many have cracked the hard exterior encasing her deep feelings and expression. The only person that could have any possible inkling of Okami's being is Moon. Some say she is silent, a word never to be uttered. Many say she is ruthless, killing with no hesitation or regret. Moon says she is broken, unable to be normal due to past trauma. What no one expects is the sympathetic side to her. However it only applies to children, or so she calls them "innocent souls", and of course Moon.

purpose
Wrath's purpose to the FIVE revolves around her excellent combat skills and thirst for blood. She is an assassin in every sense of the word. If one was to need someone dead in a day, Wrath is who one would write to. She is expensive if used by anyone other than her leader, but many say she is worth it. Her only reason for joining the FIVE was Moon. She follows Moon wherever she goes, protecting her with her life. However, Wrath now believes that the FIVE finally gives her a purpose in life. She kills to help, and that is all she needs in order to feel life is worth living. That and the fact that Moon is still alive. If Moon died Wrath would most likely follow with after getting revenge.

The wolf is rumored to use an ōdachi, a sacred greatsword used by Edo samurai. It's wooden sheath engraved with elegant markings to deem it sacred. The sword is large and heavy and is usually worn on her back, covered by her hair. She had trained countless hours in order to wield the heavy low-carbon steel. On her waist lies a concealed pouch containing shurikens for a soft silent kill.

Her family was poor. Another child was on the way. What other option was there?
Young girls were sold at fair price those days. So, with heavy hearts, the Nonaka's gave away their first born. Ama had no idea what was happening until she was brutalized, stuffed in a cage, forced to work on farms, forced to work in kitchens, used as a playtoy. Her whole life revolved around pain and nothing else. Silence was her only friend. One day she was never sold. Just stowed away in another lonely basement waiting for instruction. This is where she had met Lust, her second best friend. They had bonded until Moon could finally grant Ama her freedom. Ever since then, Wrath has sworn her life to Lust. Once freed, she trained and trained with the ōdachi given to her by Ito, a well-renowned blacksmith she slept with a few times. The relationship ceased after Ama killed his wife for practice.

Many think she is a demon, but what they do not know is that she is a God.
Wolf is known for her stealth and agility. Beyond her basic physical strength, Wolf is known to have an odd ability. She was given the alias "Amaterasu" after a battle with her biological brother. Before the fight she had murdered a mob of people in a geisha house, as ordered by a mysterious wealthy woman. She had encountered the man who claimed to be her brother shortly after the mass assassinations. After hearing the words, Wolf felt an untamable burning within her body. She reached for her sword and found the metal hilt to be scalding hot, but somehow tolerable to her hands. The anger burning within her forced her muscles to jolt forward with unimaginable speed, sending the blade straight into her brother's sternum. He then began burning from the inside out with his final words being "I love you, Okami".

It's a silent night. One that follows after a day full of activity and secrecy. A night when bandits would hide out in the shadows to find innocent victims. The exact bandits that had met a very unfortunate end this night and found not a victim but Hell itself. Now they were nothing more but crimson that stained the tip of duel katanas, wielded by slender hands. The katanas still emitting a greenish glow as if beaming from how full and content they were with the souls of the now lifeless corpses on the ground. Equally as dim and beaming are the eyes that narrow down at said lifeless corpses as the slender hands jerk the katanas back to get any access blood off of the sheen metal before sheathing them and turning on her heels to face the buildings wall that owned the alley.

"Disgusting." The voice is one never used, bell like and belonging to none other than Lust herself. Chika would spit on the corpses if she wasn't needed elsewhere right away. Before that she's tipping her head towards the children that are against the wall by the corpses. The ones she had just saved though possibly scared. She was used to it though and as long as she had protected them she had no other thoughts on the matter. As quick as she was there she's moving through the trees before perching herself on a branch by her 'home'. Their home. The five home that held those dear to her. It's nearly automatic how she hops down from her perch on the branch to immediately seek out someone. "Ama." Her voice is quiet but she's sure the other will appear by her soon enough just from that. They had a sense of each other, incredibly sensitive to the others voices.

There wasn't exactly a reason that she needed Ama other than the fact she needed to be by her. It was as if she left her other half here when she went out without the girl. There was an itching feeling she had though that the other girl had followed her on her little hero escapade. Knowing that she soon would appear by her side she enters the home, katanas swinging on her hips as she slips out of her sandals. A sigh is let out past pink lips as her arms stretch over her head, back cracking with a satisfied hum. She can't get too relaxed though. As she knew today they would receive a message from the Informant. A message she could live without. Truth be told.

T he moon was large and bright, piercing the tree leaves. A shift of some branches caused a disturbance among two night birds in a nest. They flew towards the stars to find a new home.

Ama watched them slowly cross the sky together, to then revert her eyes back to a gruesome scene. Chi was standing over several corpses, bloodied and satisfied. A true beauty to see. Amaterasu's eyes scanned the scene to make sure there were not any hidden predators. She knew Chi had not invited her to come, but she silently followed anyway. Sure, she trusted her fighting skills and ability to survive, however that is not the reason she always chose to tag along. A follower must never abandon their goddess.

She twirled a shuriken on her pointer finger as she watched Chi finish her business. Once all was through, Ama swiftly vaulted from tree branch to tree branch in pursuit of her beloved sister. Her mind must be heavy after the kill, I should prepare her a meal to ease her thoughts. As they arrived to the place the FIVE called home, sure enough, Chi called out for her follower. "Ama". Her voice was sweet and smooth, a voice Ama would be able to recognize out of a group of a million beings. She jumped from the tree she was perched on and landed softly on the ground, following Chi into the building. "Hime, can I get you something to eat? Your body must need energy after such a battle."

She rested a hand on her sister's shoulder. Her soul had a beat so loud that the vibrations reverberated through Ama's palm. Ama replied with a beat from her own soul. She then slipped off her sandals and tightened the purple bow tied around strands of her obsidian hair, as it had loosened from traveling through the trees. She began again, "do you think any of the others are awake?" If any of the others were to hear her utter so many words at once, they would be surprised. Chi was the only one she would ever have a conversation with, and even then her conversational skills are lacking.

A small and brief smile appears on her lips in a ghostly manner at Ama's concern. Truly if she was capable she'd reach out and pinch the others cheek and coo. Though of course it wasn't in her nature to do so and she's sure Ama would be more than just confused about the action. It was more than once that Chika had to stop herself from hugging her and not letting go though. "Something as meager as that is not a cause for concern. Nor did it waste any of my energy. But.." Her voice trails off, eyes trailing up to the sliding door in front of the two that would take them to the garden. The main garden that she's sure if opened would lead to the other members.

"Mm.. actually. I'd like that. Your cooking is something I truly look forward to." She speaks softly as her hand raises to brush a strand of sleek black hair from Ama's cheek before turning to slide open said door. Green eyes seek out the others, first landing on a sword resting against a rock by the main tree before landing on the spear laying next to it. Clearly the others either went out and left their obvious weapons behind or they were around. With a change of thought she just decides to follow Ama as she goes to make her something, hoping to help.

It was her who taught her the basics of cooking and Ama had easily surpassed her in that field though. A sense of pride swelled within her that she'd possibly never voice aloud. She's pulled out of her thoughts as she hears Ama speak up. "Do you think any of the others are awake?" Chika gives a brief nod of her head, watching over her sisters shoulder as she prepared the meal for her. She better make some for herself as well. With that thought in mind she tugs her sleeves up to bring out a few more ingredients that'll make the proportions larger for the meal.

"Ama." Turning she reaches out to take Ama's hands into her own to roll her sleeves up for her. That motherly side of hers honestly couldn't be helped whenever she was in close proximity to the other woman. "If the others are here, shall we cook for them as well?" Might as well seeing as once they begin to cook the smell would attract the trio of stooges to the kitchen.

xxxxReiki's favorite part of the day was the night. They way the moon gave everything an eerie glow and he preferred the dark. He felt that the light during the day could be overwhelming, like it revealed too much. Some people and some things were meant to be hidden by the dark. Mostly though, Reiki appreciated the night because it was the one time that the world was as silent as he was. Well, at least if you'd stayed away from houses of entertainment that is.

xxxxReiki took a deep breath and readjusted his grip on the wooden practice staffs he had in hand. Then he unleashed another barrage on the hunk of wood that hung in front of him. The moonlight reflected off the scars on his bare back making them appear as though they were glowing. The block of wood was large and extremely heavy, but every strike Reiki landed on it managed to move it which cause the large branch it was hanging from to groan. Then when Reiki attempted a strike with his right hand, the wooden practice staff he was holding snapped in two on impact.

xxxxReiki sighed as he rolled his shoulders back, stretching out his muscles. Sure there was a trickle of sweat down his forehead and his muscles were a little sore, but he hadn't intended on being done yet. He dropped the broken staff and leaned the other one against the base of the tree. He braced his hands against the hanging chunk of wood, using his strength to slowly convince it to stop it's movement. Reiki looked up at the moon as he dusted off his hands on his pants. It would have felt ominous to anyone who wasn't the FIVE. After all they were the ones who were the biggest danger to the town and town's people. What did they have to be scared of?

xxxxReiki put his shirt back on and headed back inside. Reiki was hesitant to label this place a home. Sure, it housed his family, but it was much more of a luxurious prison than a home. Reiki's frowned returned. This place reminded him too much of the prison he had grown up in. It was different this time though, this time he had the FIVE. He knew his comrades would most definitely still be awake at this hour. None of them were really the early to bed, early to wake type people. Though Reiki wasn't really one to seek out companionship. The hunger at the pit of his stomach found him wandering to the kitchen though where he walked in on the two females of the group. He took a moment looking around at the ingredients they had gotten out. They clearly were cooking for more than themselves. Reiki felt like smiling, but he didn't. Smiling wasn't really one of the things he did, instead he just said, "You need help?"

Sugar, spice, and everything nice. A way to a human's heart is through comforting cuisine.

With the desired response from Hime, Ama made her way to the kitchen of the large house. She began thinking of the ingredients available to her. She knew how much Hime loved meat, but the unfortunate part was that beef was outlawed after the overwhelming rise of Buddhism in Japan. It was of no concern though as she had an in with a black market vendor. She loved nothing more than surprising her sister, it left an unknown feeling deep in her heart.

After arriving to the kitchen Ama began pulling ingredients out of the pantry. She gathered rice, dried sea bream, tofu, and stock to make a clear broth. The food they were given was not of what emperors ate, rather what low grade samurai were given in the palace. It was no matter though, for everyone was grateful to have such beautiful produce. She lit the stove and began pulling out utensils, until the motherly Chi whispered her name. Ama adjusted her posture accordingly as Chi began rolling up her red kimono sleeves. Ama made a loving bowing gesture and pulled out a small papyrus wrapped package. "I have a surprise Hime." She gently unwrapped the loose paper to reveal a few strips of thinly sliced beef. She gave a coy smile then continued to cook it over the fire, along with the rest of the ingredients both her and Hime pulled out.

"If the others are here, shall we cook for them as well?" Ama gave a nod in agreement as she heard footsteps approaching the kitchen. She concentrated on the heaviness of the footsteps to determine who the person was. Ah, Reiki. She turned around and ushered him to a seat as he asked if the girls needed any help. She had noticed his exertion and prefered he relax rather than getting worked up any further. She then asked him with one word, "Tea?" She had started preparing a kettle for Hime and herself. Tea was quite traditional, and Ama absolutely adored it. She especially enjoyed a nice cup of sweet gyokuro, one of the most expensive teas in Japan. She had had it a total of three times, and nothing has ever compared. Although she will settle for the common sencha.

Yottsu awoke to a delicate pain to his head. It spoke softly, but it came often. He was out drinking again and found himself a pretty little girl who was looking for commitment while he was looking for momentary release. He got up, with only a small loincloth to abstain from him being classified as nude. The hotel they slept in was of passable quality, but it didn't convince him to stay any longer. He took a drink from the sake bottle that was on the table, but his clothing seemed to be missing. Yottsu quickly deducted that the woman hid his clothing to prevent him from escaping, but it didn't take long for him to find where it was. Last night, even if his vision was blurred, Yottsu was positive she got up once, which was to pour him a drink. He lifted the floorboard closest to the table leg and found his clothing, crammed into a tight hole. However, she was already up, rubbing her eyes. Before she could react, he threw his garments at the girl to momentarily blind her and jumped out the window.

As Yottsu silently recovered from the fall, three men busted out of the hotel in search of him. "Tch, this bitch.." Yottsu cursed. They seem to have spotted him and they were on the chase. Yottsu scaled the nearest wall next to him and ran as fast as he could. Again, Yottsu knew this place like the back of his hand and promptly made the men give up. A great morning jog to start the day.

"Why does the world hate a great man such as me? Yottsu mumbled, walking back dressed in slave's attire. He didn't really care what anyone really thought, but he really did like those clothes. Maybe he could ask the girl next time they meet but he feels that she wouldn't oblige. A stroll through the city, Yottsu didn't do these often. The smell of buns reminded him of his hunger, but unfortunately, due to him leaving his wallet with his clothing. He wouldn't be able to purchase anything, hopefully his one night stand partner would buy something that would suit her fancy.

It seemed Yottsu was nearing the outskirts. Why would the emperor make their home such a long walk away from the city? It was to make it seem that they didn't exist, so when they make a mistake, they could be disposed of without a trance. Though that was only Yottsu's mind wandering. He finds more enjoyment outside of the house as the other members didn't show the most hospitality, but it wasn't his fault they couldn't stand his genius.

"The glorious Yottsu has made an appearance!" He announced after opening the door. He usually expected a parade in his honor, but that was just wishful thinking. When it was painfully obvious that his wish was not coming true, he sighed and walked to the kitchen in his naked glory. He knew the Informant was coming today, but because of the incident in the morning, he wasn't in the best mood. He was curious on what the others were doing, but he didn't feel like intruding. Ame was cooking something, but since they didn't have the best history, he was doubtful she'd share. Reiki and Hime were with Ame and Hasura was either asleep or behind him without his knowledge. He walked from the kitchen to outside and started playing Shogi by his lonesome. Normally he would be talking with them, but he felt the need to honor silence this morning in particular.

The young succubus can nearly immediately pick up on the scent of meat following Ama's words, speaking about a surprise. It's without a thought that she leans in to press a brief kiss to Ama's forehead in thanks with a small rare smile on her lips. "Always full of suprises. Thank you." Truth be told, only her beloved sister knew of her slight obsession with meat. If not a glazed sweet then it was a hearty meal of meat and rice. Chi begins to hum to herself as she worked along Ama's side to prepare a meal for them all. This relaxing atmosphere was something she appreciated in such mornings. Where they could at the very least seem normal. Most days they worked along each others sides in combat. Forced upon them by none other than their leaders.

Chika's numb gaze is pulled from the task her hands were doing as she hears the thudding feet of Reiki approaching the kitchen. It seems the tiresome glow of the morning was still looming over him as it loomed over most of all their faces. She allows Ama to take care of him, already beginning to pull out a few of their cups once the word tea was uttered. "Morning, Reiki." Each member adored a specific cup so it was always set up in a specific order. Even small things such as this lit a small fire in the young sword-stress's heart. Maybe she was a bit easy to please.

"The glorious Yottsu has made an appearance!"

To say that she could mentally hear all the sighs that the group in the kitchen gave out would be an understatement. It wasn't a complete morning without the infamous Yon and his big mouth. Chika of course can't help but to smile nonetheless because yes, it was morning's such as these.. Turning on her heels she goes to instruct the man to sit but just pauses in her actions when she catches a glimpse of his attire before he leaves the kitchen. Not again. The thought is almost comical at the fact this was something they were used to. With that she gently places down what she's doing to follow the loud man, his expression quite easy to read.

"I do hope you enjoyed your nightly fun, Yon. Care to join us?" Her voice is still quiet as she seats herself opposite from him with a tilt of her head despite her offer. It seemed he wasn't in a mood for a large group.

Hate is a word that is mouthed carelessly. True hatred can only be seen through the eyes.

The little stone kettle began squealing over the heat. She grabbed the pot from the handle, ignoring the scathing heat pouring into her hand. With her other hand she placed ground Sencha leaves into each individual cup. She added extra leaves into the clay cup engraved with "į‹ŧ", the kanji symbol for "wolf", since she enjoyed a more bitter cup of tea. She then poured the boiling water nearly to the brim in all of the cups. A fragrant steam permeated the room. Ama let out a content sigh, a sudden relaxation settling over her, until...

"The glorious Yottsu has made an appearance!" As the voice punctured her ears, her left eye began twitching instantaneously because of overwhelming stress. It was pride. Her least favorite of the FIVE, hell one of her least favorite people in general. She slowly turned her head towards Reiki and gave him a "look", as if she was pleading for an understanding. She knew Chika enjoyed Yottsu's boisterous presence, so she could not really confide in her about her intense hatred for pride. However, she assumed Reiki had the same feeling about him as her.

While looking at Reiki she noticed out of the corner of her eye the pitiful cloth suspended around Yottsu's waist, and the lack of anything else concealing his body. Stomach acid began creeping up her throat. She whipped her head back around and focused on the intense smell of sencha. She returned to cooking hoping he would leave, and so he did. Chika of course bowed out to follow him. Ama fiddled around with the food some more as it finished cooking and went to grab four plates and bowls. She laid them out and filled up two sets of the dishware, leaving Chi and Yottsu to dish out their own food once they returned. The plates consisted of a hearty serving of rice with rehydrated sea bream on top, and a single strip of beef, since there wasn't much to go around. The bowls were filled with a tofu miso soup. She placed a plate and bowl in front of Reiki, then brought over her own and claimed a spot across from him. The silence between the two was never awkward, rather, it was quite enjoyable.

xxxxReiki felt and probably looked most uncomfortable as Amaterasu ushered him into a seat rather than giving him a task to complete. The big guy felt much more at home when silent working away of a job he was given. He didn't really do relaxing small talk. Plus he had just been working out, he was sure it was nothing compared to whatever those two had been up to that night. He heard them leave much earlier. Or at least he'd heard Chika leave. Amaterasu tended to be more of a silent ghost but it was a safe bet that if Chika had left, Amaterasu had followed. Reiki followed Amaterasu's intructions of resting up whilst they prepared the food, but he elected to stand against the far wall rather than sit. That was about as lazy as he could allow himself to be. He inclined his head slightly when Amaterasu inquired about tea. Of course, even if she wasn't the one who understood him best, all the members of The Five knew enough about Reiki's silent nature to know that he meant yes.

xxxx"The glorious Yottsu has made an appearance!" The brow above Reiki's eye twitched just faint enough for only the most observant of people to notice. Though Reiki felt it quite intensely. This distaste he felt towards this Yottsu. You know the one, who's unpolished, boisterous, loud and just generally annoying. Reiki also tended to think he smelt bad as well, though that may be more a personal thing. Of course the only think that made it worse was that there were actually times when Reiki respected this man. His intelligence and his sword skill. Things that should belong to such a loud mouth with no discipline. Reiki watched Chika practically drop everything to go great him immediately. Reiki liked to believe his silence only made him a better observer, not much tended to get past his gaze. Not that he ever talked about or shared his observations with anyone.

xxxxHe locked eyes with Amaterasu and she made her distaste for Yottsu known with only a single look. He inclined his head ever so slightly to display his understanding of her feelings. Perhaps to also display to her his similar feelings about the man. Amaterasu then turned back to the food and set up serving up herself and Reiki food. She sat down opposite him and he looked at her, the corner of his mouth rising just slightly. Enough to communicate his gratefulness to Amaterasu. Then he hunkered down into his food. His work out had made him hungry, and this Amaterasu's food was always delicious. He was also thankful for the silence, no need for either of them to fill the space with inane chatter whilst they ate.

xxxxHe finished his meal with speed, gently pushing his plate slightly away from him when he was finished. He looked into the vacant space stuck in his own thoughts about how this morning was to pan out. "Is he coming?"
Reiki asked whoever was around to answer. Of course he was inquiring about Shiori who was supposed to be coming to bring them a new mission today.

Serenity, he didn't feel it often. His thoughts seems to be just as boisterous as him and even he could be annoyed by them sometimes. Even though their house was given by the devil and filled with people who see Yottsu as a nuisance, their garden was well kept. It was a pleasure to look at even if he didn't come often. It wasn't common for Yottsu to admire nature like this, but it was times like these where he shifts his mindset of booze, woman and more booze.

Yottsu always seem to play Shogi by himself. Maybe because he feels he's superior to anyone he's met or the other Five were careful to decline any of Yottsu's challenges to possibly lose and feed his ego. Nonetheless, he has only found himself to be a worthy opponent. He usually creates scenarios that favor the opposing side and then proceed to win against himself no matter the conditions. Maybe he lets himself win, but his ego would never do such a thing.

A jade color haired woman sat across from Yottsu. It was Hime. He could always count on her to check on him, or keep him in check for that matter. "Ah, Ojou, Shall I compare thee to a summer's day? Thou art more lovely and more temperate." Yottsu stated. Of course, Yottsu stole this line from somewhere as a barbaric man such as himself wouldn't have the charisma of a gentlemen.

Yottsu quickly responded to Hime's proposal. "That's a kind offer, Ojou. But what good would it be to deafen our family's spirits? I believe you are aware that half of the people in this house despise me. With a mission coming shortly, I'll like to keep us all in the best mood possible. I'll politely decline, but don't let me stop you. I'll collect my food once everyone is finished eating." With that Yottsu stood up and slowly walked away, before stopping to make one more comment.

"I apologize for tainting your tender eyes with my filthy appearance, Ojou." Yottsu then went upstairs to get dressed.

Watashi's left eye fluttered open. Shit, this is like the third time I have slept in this week. Well "slept in" was relative seeing as his roommates wake up while the moon is still out. He yawned, not quite awake, and slipped on a light blue kimono. He then traveled over to a small table where his eye-patch rested. Despite not having it on currently, Watashi refused to open his right eye. He had become quite used to not having it open as his sight causes him a headache.

After retying the patch to his head, Akira tiptoed over to Amaterasu's bedroom. He peeped through the cracks to make sure the coast was clear, then entered the bedroom. He made a beeline to a lone cage in the corner of the room. "Hoshi..." he whispered. A replying caw sounded throughout the room, causing a smile to creep onto Akira's face. He stuck his hand in between the bars of the cage to feel the little nibbles of his parakeet friend. "Ahh~ good to see you too."

Aki pit-pattered his way to the dining hall where Amaterasu and Reiki had just sat down to start eating. He shot a sly wink to Reiki and a kind wave to Ama as he made his way over to the hot grub. He made himself a plate and bowl then walked over towards the two sitting with each other. He gave a little bow, "Thank you for the food my dear Ama. And looking good as always Reiki." With that he snickered and made his way outside to converse with Moon and Yottsu while he ate.

When Yottsu came into sight Watashi nearly dropped his food. My my my... I had no idea how... manly you were Yottsu. Before Akira could make an inappropriate comment, Yottsu made his way to his room. "Well Moon, after seeing that beautiful man naked I am sure you are starving... Here take my food, I can go plate up another." He gestured the plate and bowl towards her. "We can dine together out here in nature. I don't particularly want to bother Reiki and Ama, they seem to be having some very enticing conversation."

The smell of booze hung heavy in the air, and the sounds of drunken nobles laughing echoed loudly through the Geisha House. Shiori themselves wasn't participating in the copious amounts of drinking that was going on, they needed to keep their wits about them. Though they were glad to see that the Lords were enjoying themselves, and were talking quite a lot, all of their inhibitions washed away by the liqour. Shiori made sure to note what information would come in handy later on.

It was still the very early hours of the morning, and Shiori was fraternizing with a few Lords about whatever managed to come up in the conversation. The Emperor or Empress didn't care much for what they did, as long as the informant followed their orders in the end. Speaking of such things, there was a mission that needed to be delivered to a certain group of people. "It's about time that I get going. I hope that you continue to enjoy yourselves.". The Lords were too drunk to even notice that Shiori had left.

With the flash of red and the soft sounds of branches breaking under feet, Shiori swiftly made their way to where the FIVE resided. It was off in a secluded area of the forest, where the common folk never wondered. If anyone by happenstance did venture so deep into the forest, they wouldn't have noticed Shiori's green hair among the trees. Or perhaps the wanderer would notice their deep red cloak and decide to stay away from them. Either way, Shiori wasn't concerned about whether someone saw them or not.

Soon enough, the sizeable home was in sight. Soundlessly sliding open the door, there was at first no one in sight, but they could hear movement coming from the dining hall and thus made their way to that side of the house. Envy and Wrath were the only two still remaining, and Shiori had just assumed that the others were off doing their own thing somewhere. "Well, it's a fine morning, isn't it?" they said, addressing both Reiki and Amaterasu.

Beauty is a relative term used by those afraid to acknowledge flaws.

Both Ama and Reiki had finished their meals swiftly. The food was rather simple, but extremely tasty. She grabbed the tableware Reiki pushed aside and stacked it upon her own, bringing it to the small trough where dishes were cleaned. She then returned to the table to finish her tea and remain with Reiki. Ama replied softly to his question. "I believe it is 'they' and yes." She smiled at the thought of them. For some reason they really intrigued her.

Watashi entered the room with a aura of satisfaction around him. All you do is sleep imbecile. Thankfully he kept his mouth shut as he gathered his food. Ama never liked overly talkative people, but Akira seemed to pick up on that for his own sake. She held her gaze on him as he bowed as a thank you for food, and then outwardly flirted with Reiki. Ama noticed how Watashi had taken quite the liking to Reiki, but she was never really sure if the feelings were mutual. Reiki would never be one to share his feelings out in the open.

Shortly after Watashi left, Shiori appeared. Amaterasu picked up on the sound of a sliding door in the distance, so she was not all that surprised when the lovely miss Kita walked in. "Well, it's a fine morning, isn't it?" Ama nodded in response, "How was your trip here? No trouble I hope?" She stood up and bowed politely. "Are you hungry? There is plenty of food left." She pointed over to the plates set out and the full pots.

xxxxI believe it is 'they' and yes." Reiki blinked up at Ama. Was it really? He'd ever really paid that much attention to Shiori and had much to do with them. He thought on it for a moment storing the information away before he became bored with it. Whatever they were, they'd hopefully turn up soon. Unlike some of his lazier comrades, Reiki didn't like being idle. In his opinion, only useless people remained frequently idle.

xxxxWatashi entered the kitchen next, helping himself to the food. He winked at Reiki, an action Reiki remained unfazed by. The two were friends. Unlike Yottsu, Watashi's talkative nature and happy moods didn't rub Reiki the wrong way. In fact he was often happy to sit silently whilst Watashi talked on. Kind of an opposites thing. To Reiki, Watashi didn't mean anything by the flirting, just another way of him trying to catch Reiki off guard. Which is also why he didn't react when Watashi commented on how Reiki looked. Reiki would never admit to playing along to a game, but he usually enjoyed making Watashi worl for a reaction of out him. As Watashi walked out though, Reiki gave Ama a look. One he was sure she'd understand. As the silent members they usually agreed on most things.

xxxxFinally Shiori appeared. Ama stood up to speak to him. Reiki looked over his shoulder and nodded solemnly to their messenger. In agreement with their comment about the morning. He slowly got to his feet and turned to Shiori. They weren't here to eat, they were here to deliver a mission. Reiki didn't say anything though, or demand to know the mission. Shiori would get to that even if Reiki said nothing.

The young swordstress isquick to wave off his playful flirting though nonetheless a gentle smile appears on her face only for a split second. Chi indeed enjoyed these types of moments with the man but at this time-- he seemed off. The usual energetic man had a dull tone to his voice that she was about to comment on till he speaks up once more.

"I do not see how you would ruin the mood.. but alright, Yon. As you wish." One could easily hear the frown and disapproval in her tone but she lets the man go. Shaking her head with a chime like laugh at his little exit comment. Perhaps he will change his mind a bit later. It's that thought that makes Chika let out a silent sigh, standing gracefully from her perch only to be faced with Watashi.

"Well Moon, after seeing that beautiful man naked I am sure you are starving... Here take my food, I can go plate up another. We can dine together out here in nature. I don't particularly want to bother Reiki and Ama, they seem to be having some very enticing conversation."

Ah, honestly. She couldn't hide her soft smile this time around, taking the bowl from the mans hands before she sits once again. "Ah, I wouldn't quite say it depleted any energy of mine." An amused pitch takes to her tone as she begins to eat along side the other. Her big brother, honestly. That's how she viewed him, the only one who could make her drop her motherly tendencies. Just as she's about to dig into another bite a chill goes up her spine and that indicated only one thing. One such arrival- the arrival of their new mission. How lovely. Hm...

"Watashi... do you.. suspect something a bit different about the air this evening." The words are spoken like wind chimes, hushed as she looks up at the other from beneath her lashes. Her lips presses to the rim of her tea cup as she does so, sipping at her tea between bites. No matter the answer they all knew the same. Something seemed to be amiss lately in the kingdom and if anyone were to detect slight changes it would be the FIVE. A sigh--

Chika finishes up a few more bites, leaving a bit more but suddenly losing interest in eating. They clearly had more dire things to attend to. Beckoning Watashi to follow her with a wave of her slender and pale finger she steps lightly into the kitchen to join the others.

"Good morning, Kita. Please, do indulge in some of Ama's fine cooking. Though.. i'm sure you are not just here for our fine hospitality. Not to rush but, may you state what.. mission our.. leaders decided to bestow on us." Chika is well aware that she seemed to be rushing things a bit more than usual but truly she wanted to get the mission over with and soon as possible. Her gut feeling never proved to be wrong yet. Her Katana felt especially heavy on her hips today.
