Appearance:
Phoebe has soft, medium length brown hair that falls down to her mid back. She usually lets it stay down, but it drives her mother crazy that it's always in the way and in her face, so sometimes she'll humor her and wear it loosely back with a red ribbon. Her eyes are chocolate brown, but she says they are dirt brown, instead, and hates the color. She doesn't like to wear sophisticated clothing, and wouldn't wear it even if she could afford it, which she can't. She often will wear loose fitting white dresses that flow in the wind just right. She's not a fan of wearing shoes, but when she does, they're usually sandals. Phoebe loves flowers, and will usually have some in her hair. They are often small white flowers, though she is fond of white lilies as well, they are too big to put in her hair. She has a small silver locket that her older brother gave her before he went to war.

Skills:
Phoebe is a skilled cook and gardener. She loves working in gardens and doesn't mind getting dirty, often coming home from a day working with her white dress brown with mud and dirt. Other than that, though, she is an amazing shot with an arrow, and is also pretty skilled in hand to hand combat learning how to protect herself by her brother. She hunts in the forests around her home to put food on her family's table, and is very good at picking out different plants, as well as skinning the animals she's killed.

Personality:
Phoebe's rather easy to get along with, being incredibly kindhearted and honest. She's hard to anger, but if you do manage to push her over the edge, she'll tell you off without hesitation, and she won't be nice about it. Phoebe is also a very tough girl, she doesn't act macho and pushy, but not one of her friends nor her family ever saw her cry. Not that she's emotionless, she is just good at concealing how she feels. She's very protective of her friends and their feelings, but even so, she is very blunt, even with her friends. She's not one to butter things up with pretty little lies, she'll tell you how it is, and you can always trust her to tell you every bit of truth, she literally never lies. She can be rather in your face at times, not taking well to people messing with those she cares about, and if you question her position in something, she'll get in your face. She's not one to mess with, but she's not exactly the 'tough girl' and what not. She's extremely sweet and carefree when you get to know her.
