Physical Description: Fatum is a Xatu dressed in the robes of a priest of the sun. He's also physically infirm and weak - even light blows are enough to cause lasting injury.
Personality: Fatum, being a Xatu and an oracle, can predict the future and finds only suffering and death therein. However, he is insane and believes he must cause the future he has seen, or he is worthless as a being, even if his future involves the world's destruction. As he is incapable of destroying the world on his own, Fatum relies heavily on the work of others, manipulating everyone and everything he comes across. He will abuse any power he is given and is incapable of seeing others as anything more than tools towards the future. Always thinking in the long-term, his methods are strange and confuse anyone but him.
History: Fatum has been slowly, subtly manipulating history for a long time, but most recently came into the public eye when he manipulated Estrella into mind-controlling a small army of Pokemon and leading them against humanity. Even when his manipulation was shattered he seemed to think it was all "part of the plan". His visions may indeed be symptoms of madness, as he has given conflicting stories as to what the future holds - and thanks to time travel he may be working against the same exact plans he is setting up. After he became well-known many started to seek out this oracle for some mad strain of advice, but he hasn't made getting to him easy. Those that have managed to find the mad oracle throughout space and time may themselves just be manipulated by him, but to what end?
Equipment: Fatum's robes, along with being ceremonial, help protect him from attacks and keep him alive, but only slightly.
Abilities: Fatum has great control over illusions and future sight - capable of seeing, and even travelling through, space and time. Combat-wise, however, Fatum is not the greatest, capable only of breaking the opponent's mind and not their body.
Other: Fatum is dangerously insane, but the Hannibal Lecter kind, working in subtle ways rather than flipping out. He always has a goal to work to, but only works for himself, caring less about order and chaos.
