This borough has went through a great change. As years went by, the island became the site for more and more factories and other industrial warehouses. The pace kept, until it became the mean machine it is today. So, when the sentinels decided to make this their home, it didn't take much to make it into the impenetrable fort it is today. Fifty foot, steel reinforced concrete walls hide its activities from the rest of world. There is one way in and one way out from the island, unless one is sea bound.
