What are your plans for the future? Are you going to be a doctor? Then marry your assisting nurse and have three beautiful children and live in a beautiful Victorian house, living a nice mature life with a happy family? That sounds nice...For some, but not everyone wants to live that life. I mean come on there’s rents to pay, bills, insurances, cars to pay for, rules do you see what I mean now?
Some people like life to be a bit more rock n’ roll. Some people are just made to be forever young and live to the max running havoc in streets yelling and laughing until the sun comes up. Some people just want to live in the present and have fun. These are the people who never want to grow up and want to party forever and just refuse to change.
You know that girl who runs around yelling “Kiss my ass.” She’s one of those people and she’s perfectly happy and you know that guy who ran straight across your car on your way back from the late shift last night? Yep, he’s her guy-friend, not boyfriend best guy friend...massive difference. They are all the same you know and they are never going to grow up so your time would be better sent buying soundproof homes then telling them to grow up because we all know...They are never, ever! Going to change. Not for you, not for me, not for their families not for anyone. They will always be forever young.
Now...Where do I come into this? Well you already know about me. Yeah...I’m that girl who shouts “Kiss my ass.” Whilst running around in hot pants whilst it’s snowing. It’s fun you know, I’ll show you how to keep your blood pressure up enough to keep warm whilst you do so if you like. It involves red bull and running and 18 years of rebellious living in the present. I’m sorry but you don’t qualify in any way.
Now...let me introduce myself properly. I am the one and only Violet Shade and I am eighteen years old and I live in Milton Keynes in England. I love it here! It’s miserable and common but when you know the right people and places you can have a hell load of fun- trust me do I look bored? Exactly, it’s not too bad.
Today is my birthday and you are just in time to join the party! Woo! Ok I’ll catch up with you later but I gotta go get ready.

I grinned as I straightened my blonde brown hair lazily. I am preserving energy for the big night ahead. I’m eighteen now but I’ve been drinking for years but tonight I’m going full out with all my friends and I think – no I know! It’s going to be crazy. Oh god, we’re going to have fun!
I have fishnets on under high-waist denim shorts. It’s freezing outside but who gives a damn, I mean it’s my birthday I can do what I want...and trust me I will do exactly what I want today.
Giggling I took a swig of ‘Jack Daniels’ from the big square brown bottle from next to my hairbrush on my dresser. I swallowed it down grinning like a fool and then I put on my black off shirt because up to know I’d been lazing in a sports bra and then I found my geeky glasses for a giggle and my black sneakers . Then I went hopping down the stairs pulling my sneakers on at the same time as I walking.
I checked my phone and I had one message.
READY OR NOT? GET 2 PARK NOW BBS XX I laughed and half skipped down the road singing on the top of my lungs as if I was already drunk. I giggled as I forgot the rest of the lyrics. My left eye spied a woman shaking her head at me, so I yelled my punch line loudly and clear as a bell
“Kiss my ass!”
The woman snorted at me “Oh grow up will you!”
I shook my head sharply and giggling under my breath gave a clean heavy sprint to the park absorbing the typical darkness that I knew to mean it was half past ten.
