Natalie couldn't believe it. She was getting married....
without a choice.
She'd always thought she'd have some fairytale wedding with her Prince Charming, and they'd ride on a horse into the sunset with her veil flowing in the wind. Nope. Not according to her parents. She didn't even know his name until today. That's the only thing she knows about him, and she's staring at her picture perfect reflection in the mirror, wearing the old-fashioned white dress every bride dreams of, except this one. "Mom, I still don't see how this is a good idea at all..."
Her mother sighed heavily, and she wondered if she'd ignore her. "Mo-"
"Natalie, please. This is for the betterment of us. Just bit your lip and marry the boy."
Natalie swallowed and opened her mouth to protest, but was shoved out the door, where all eyes were on her. Her veil covered her face quite well, but she could still see to walk. Her nerves were on edge, and she felt like crying, but held it all back.
Mentally, she was preparing herself for the ugliest, fattest, weirdest, loser guy standing at the altar. God, she hoped he was at least reasonable.
Danny had been avoiding reality the past few weeks. He couldn't believe that just 3 months ago he was
partying with his friends, applying for an art school and having an amazing time. But, now he is getting dressed in a
tuxedo, preparing to be married. And, not love marriage, but arranged marriage.

Danny heard his mother call out, "5 Minutes Danny!" She hollered. Danny sighed, ruffling his tie around, he didn't even want to make the effort to look nice. After all, the only things he knew about this girl was that he knew nothing at all.
Only her name, that's all he had been given. For all he knew she could have an extra toe or something!
Danny knew he had to get a move on so he hurriedly got ready and went out of the men's dressing room in the church.
He had to where a formal all black tuxedo with white from his under shirt. Once he emerged from the room his mother was waiting outside. She walked up to him and began fixing his tie. "Don't look so depressed." She sighed.
"Depressed? No, I'm not depressed, why would I be depressed? I'm only marrying a complete stranger just for the sake of appearances and throwing away my artist dream." He rambled. "This is a good thing, I promise, plus you and that Artist dream, it was crazy." His mother said with a final straighten of his tie. "Now, Smile!" She cheered as she pushed him towards the wedding doors.
Danny walked down the isle, seeing people smile and be happy. 'Are they insane?' He thought but kept quiet. He got to the end and stood by the preacher, awaiting his 'bride-to-be'. The doors opened once more, and the wedding march began. Everyone stood up and he turned his head to see her. She looked....beautiful? He couldn't exactly tell from the veil but she seemed pretty.

She would much rather be off playing her guitar and composing right now, but you know, her parent had other plans. Her father died when she was young, and this was her mother's way of making sure she got a husband. Danny had his mouth to the side, in a sort of sulking manor. When he was able to fully look at her
his eyes widened slightly. 'She's pretty..' He thought. 'But still,' He regained his
attitude of unwillingness. Behind him was a couple of his friends and his best friend, Jack.

"You may now kiss the bride." Natalie nearly froze. God, how was he going to kiss her? She'd forgotten about this part.

Everyone was watching, like this was the final 'proof of our love' thing, but it's not.
This wedding wasn't a happy day.

The crowd cheered and made noise as Danny stood up again, half smiling to the crowd.

Natalie contributed after their kiss, and held his hand. After smiling to the crowd, she looked at him. She spoke quietly, with a half-smile. "Nice meeting you, I guess."

Natalie could almost cut the awkwardness it was so thick in that limo. "I think we're going to L.A. if I'm not mistaken. So, if you want, it's completely fine with me if you just want to leave. I'll tell Mom that we had a huge fight and you left or something. It's not right for you to give up your life like this." She sighed, running a hand through her hair, and un doing the bun it was in. She took off her wedding dress revealing a smaller, black one underneath. She threw it on the other seat, and laid back.
Danny glanced over seeing her remove her dress as she spoke. He sighed to himself. 'it's not her fault, she's actually being more mature than I am..' he thought. He shifted his position so he was facing her and held out his hand. "Hi, I'm Danny White, it's nice to meet and marry you" He laughed and smiled. "Sorry for being like that. I tend to get snarky." he apologized and smile at her.

He closed his eyes and had his arm around her as he fell asleep. "Looks like you two are going to have a great marriage"

When she woke up, they were in L.A. just about to stop at the house. "Thank you.." She mumbled as she climbed out of the limo, in front of their new home.

She smiled as she walked in, holding the door open for her husband. "It's so... modern, and nice." She chuckled, and went upstairs, checking out the luxurious bedroom.
"I don't want to touch anything. It's all so clean... and sleek." She smiled.
