Carmine Frank Scarpa's Story

She saw someone sit next to her and nudge her shoulder,God she really wasn't in the mood to be hit on by some freaking stranger. But,that started to changed once she saw the same pink letter that she had. She didn't want to look like she was being to nosey but once she heard someone say her name she looked at the guy and smiled,seeing it was one of her childhood friends. Man,she hasn't been called Izzy in years,it mbrought back good memories of before she was a teenager and even before she started actually talking to Kai. Yea,good times. She came back to reality and hugged Carmine,it's been years sine their parents have met up both of the familes to get together. It was odd to actaully hug a guy and be ok with it,most of the time she felt uncomfortable shaking hands with a guy but there were a few exceptions. She looked up at him and sighed. "God,you got tall over the years." She smirked,she loved messing with people mno matter who they were.

She looked at the letter and rolled her eyes. "You got the same letter,i'm guessing? But really the nudge and drop? And I thought my ways of starting a conversation were old fashion." She chuckled before sitting back down and shileding her eyes from the bright sun.

Iris looked around her as she opened her eyes. She quickly spotted Ana, a good friend ever since the break ups. She looked as if she was having a bad flashback. But why? Drifting her eyes to where her's had gone, she spotted Ana's ex. Rage over took the small Korean girl. "YOU SUCK!" Screeched up to him. She gently ruffled Ana's head before her eyes darted onto her own ex... Ezra. "GYAH! Why the hell are YOU here?" Iris hissed bitterly towards him with her arms crossed. She hated him more then anything, more then Ana's ex. "Dangsin wen dwaeji!" Iris yelled at the boy, stomping her foot slightly as she just huffed and flipped her hair. She simply took a seat next to Ana, annoyed by the sight of Ezra.

Isabelle hears a really loud voice she could tell from everyone,Kai."No,no fucking way in Hell." She saids shaking her head with a smirk on her face. She doesn't look at him knowing she would just be pissed off. She just looks at her feet and rolls her eyes. "Why Karma,Why?" She tells herself. She can't stand it anymore and just sees the same guy who she let in her life and the same exact guy who broke her heart. She thought she really had feelings for him but now all she felt was her heart breaking all over again. She looks away and fixes her hat hoping he doesn't reconize her or dare try to speak to her. She sees him flirting with a few girls and feels the green eye monster come out. Wait,Why do I give a rat's ass?! You know what he can do whatever he wants. I'm not his girlfriend anymore,why should I care? She thinks as she as she exhales trying to calm down and not show how jealous she was getting.

She puts on her sunglasses she "Borrowed" from her mom three years ago and slides them on hiding her eyes knowing they sick out like a sour thumb. She messes with her fingernails and tries to swallow the lump in her throat. "He's is such an ass and so is his little friend,Ezra." She saids to herself not even caring if someone could hear her. After a while she can't stand being anywhere near him so she gets up and goes back to the top of the boat where friends are. She quickly walks up the stairs and leans on the rail next to Carmine. She punches him really hard knowing she had a strong ar,. "Thanks a lot,You ginx me! Here I am trying to help you out with your ex and ta-da here's my ex coming out of nowhere. "This 'Cupid' is a bitch!" She saids throwing her letter in the water not caring if she got in trouble or not. She watches it sink into the water and smiles as it does. She looks around and looks at Kai again before quickly looking away. "Nope,I don't care." She tells herself shaking her head having her brown bangs go everywhere before returning to normal.

Iris looked down to Ezra and his friend, Kai. She wanted to drop dead as they flirted with girls. In front of their ex's too... Did they have no shame? Iris thought bitterly as she went to the side of the top deck and sat down on the rail. Weather she fell off or not didn't matter at this point. He broke her heart, killing her inside. Then, not even a week after, she heard it was because he had knocked a women up before her. It made her bitter, so many words shamelessly came out of her mouth She hated him, but mostly, she hated herself.

It was only a month after he dumped her that her baby sister committed suicide right infront of Iris. A gun to the head, her sister staring her in the eyes as she only mouthed the words sorry. The trigger was pulled. Then, Iris had to go to Korea to talk to her father's side of the family in the South, next was going North to her mother's family. Though, things got worst when Iris's dad past away. They'd be having a funaral at the end of this month, when she'd be going home.

Hopefully, she'd be going home alone. She looked to her right to see Isabella and Frank, letting out a sigh of disapproval. Never before, did she see such heartless bastards before.

She sees Iris and smiles. She looks back at Carmine. She looks below and still sees their exs flirting with those girl. "God,I hate them. I mean really?! Flirting with other girls in front of us,real mature."She saids wanting to vent and knowing since he was her closest friend on the boat might as well vent to him. She slides her sunglasses back up and looks at him. "I mean would you do something so,so bastard like?"She asks him knowing he was too nice to do that. He had a heart and a mind.

Kai talked to the two girls a bit and discovered that Sam was born in Vietnam, but grew up in America with her parents and two older sisters. This girl was a blabbermouth. Kai couldn't even get much of a conversation going on his end due to the fact that she talked so much. He basically nodded and smiled, stealing glances at Isabelle from the upper deck. She was with another guy whose name escaped in at the moment. He had a feeling it started with a K or a C. He felt a bit of jealousy at their careless laughter and mutual kindness. He still had feelings for Isa and Kai wasn't shy to say so. His problem was his irrational fear of commitment. It possibly stemmed from his father's early departure from his life and his mother's bitter thoughts about love and men in general.

Sam and Taylor were definately not Kai's type. They were to open, too easy for him. He could very well smile at her, flirting like he cared, and there would be a sixty percent chance he could drag her into his bed without her complaining within a two week time period. He didn't want to make assumptions though, but Isabelle was on the boat. He was determined to talk to her. What he would say? He hadn't figured it out yet. He and Ezra found their way off the boat. He grabbed his bags making sure Isabelle didn't leave his line of sight. His mouth formed a tight line when Carmine grabbed her hand, but he kept his composure. He waited a little ways off from where the passengers were getting off the ferry so Isabelle would be forced to look at him. He figured she couldn't resist a sly remark towards him. One word from her and he could practically taste the hope.
