Xero's Story

Land of Departure/Sikes

As Sikes was snapped back from his daze from Dante's shove, he quickly hears his words and nods. Getting onto his feet, he follows him along, watching him go about to get a female trainee to head on with them. "What's going on?!" He yells as more dark creature fall down like rain all over. As one goes about to lung at Dante and the girl, Sikes quickly reacted, calling out his keyblade as he lunges himself over them, slashing at the creature. Landing ahead of them, he looks back, only to watch in shock as the creature, instead of fading away like normal Heartless, it releases darkness from it's inside that taints the ground that it falls on. "What...are those things?"

Breaking from his thoughts, he starts moving once again, arriving at the doors to the main building as he rams into them to push them open as many others Keybladers struggle to make their way inside as well.

Dark Corridor/Xero

Standing over a gaping hole in the center of the Dark Corridor, a pure dark figure watches as the dark creatures rain down on the Land of Departure. "Look at them all. The next generation of Key Bearers falling one by one so easily. It seems I made these new pets far to difficult for them to handle." He gives a low chuckle as he stretches out his black feathered wings. "Soon, the only place that holds the ability to stand against my plans will be gone, and all will return to whence it came."

Swing an arm in front of him, two spheres form before him that serve as a form of communication to other two dark beings. "It's time for you two to prove your worth. Begin the causing chaos Radiant Garden. Don't kill them, just send them a message that will have them desperate for help." He chuckles as he gave his order, returning to his work as he slowly stepped over the gap, descending down with his black wings out, like a dark angle descending down from the storm clouds into Land of Departure.

Sikes

As he held the door open, he suddenly sensed something almost familiar as he looked off at where the clouds parted. His eyes going wide as he saw the image of what looked like a black winged being coming down from the dark hole in the clouds. Speechless as he suddenly felt a strong sense of fear at seeing it.

It was a voice and a hand that began to pull her that snapped Azer out of shock. She blinked rapidly until she could see the person dragging her along. It happened to be another student. "S-Sorry," was all she could muster, feeling both regret and shame at being seen in such a defenseless state. Suddenly, one of the creatures appeared in front of them and lunged at them without hesitation. Before neither could react, the other student that was with the one that pulled her along, attacked the creature with his keyblade. Azer wasn't sure to be grateful or confused when instead of releasing a heart like the Heartless would do, only darkness was released and fell onto the ground. "What...?" Azer mumbled under her breath.

The guy quickly began to move to the doors of the main building. He didn't hesitate to open the door and Azer was quick to help with the other door. "Thanks for that," she thanked him for saving them back then. He didn't respond though and instead seemed to be distracted with something. Azer glanced at him and noticed him staring at something in the sky. She followed his gaze but found her eyesight stopping her from seeing what he was. She pulled her shades down to her face and in the middle of the dark clouds, a figure could be seen coming down; not only that but the figure had a pair of black wings.

By then, Azer could only question in her head what in the world was going on.

Dante

As Dante was leading the Girl to Safety he hears her apologies for something. "Nothing to be sorry for." He says to her. This is the first real action Dante has seen and he assumes it's the same for most everyone here, so it's only natural that some people will be scared and unsure of what to do. As he was leading the girl a creature of darkness jumps and nearly gets Dante and the Girl. Before he knew what was going on, Sikes flies over Dante's head and takes out the Creature while they both were in mid-air. Had it not been for Sikes and his impressive feat, either Dante or the girl or both would have been killed by the creature, but what happened next really confused Dante. The Creature that Sikes felled releases darkness that seeps into the earth and taints it, unlike a Heartless where they would have just released a captive heart.

Now that the girl seems to be moving on her own now, Dante lets go of her hand and She and Sikes head for the door of the main building and they enter while Sikes holds the door. Before Dante can enter, he notices both of them staring up at the sky, both of them wide eyed and Sikes gets a look of unmistakable fear. Dante stops on the last step of the stair case that leads up to the main building. "This is no time to be staring at the storm!" He turns around and looks up at it, wondering what they could be so transfixed on and he himself stares in wonder and fear at the black winged being descending from the darkness in the sky. "Oh.... no." He says as he slowly backs up towards the door and stops next to Sikes and the Girl. When the being lands, Dante can't help but summon his Keyblade. "Where are the Masters...?" He asks as his hands begin to tremble.

Radiant Garden/Maverick

Maverick stands on top of the wall surrounding Radiant Garden. He has been watching the members of the Alliance for a number of days now, as he and one other are to cause a little bit of trouble for them. All he has to do is wait for the order from the person he is currently working with and he can begin having a little bit of fun. As he waits for the signal he watches a female member of the alliance with long blonde hair, a pair of pistols and a fancy looking rapier walk into what he can safely assume to be the alliance base. He has watched this girl walk in and out of the place for the pass two days. Shortly after the girl arrives he spots another member, this time a male, walk into the base. Maverick has seen this one train with a large, broad sword, although his skills are good they don't impress Maverick nor does the Girls skill with her guns and pointy stick she seems to think is a sword, very little impresses Maverick besides his own skills. He sits and watches for a few more moments before a small orb of darkness appears and before anything could happen he knew it was time to cause a little fun. A voice comes from the orb with a slight echo. "It's time for you two to prove your worth. Begin causing chaos in Radiant Garden. Don't kill them, just send them a message that will have them desperate for help."

After receiving the go ahead, smile slowly spreads across his face. This is going to be fun. Although the no killing part is a bummer, it means he will have to hold back. He jumps down off the wall and flips once in mid air before landing on his feet. Three swords appear from darkness and he holds one in his hand and the other two slowly drift around him with a dark aura surrounding them. As he walks he summons a few heartless to help add to the fear he is about to instill into the hearts of those of this world. He waves his free hand and the two swords drifting around him ignite in a blue flame and with another hand gesture the sword are launched through the air, striking multiple buildings and setting them on fire. He waves his hand once again and the heartless go off and create their own havoc. "This town would look a little better with less buildings!" He says loudly as he throws a few fire spells around. "Oh, and this building." He says turning towards the Alliance base and gathering a fireball in his hand. "Is the ugliest of them all!" He launches the fire spell when he says the word 'all' and the spell breaks through a window and sets that room ablaze. His smile widens as the screams of panic start to go up around the town. "Now, where is that other guy? I would hate to have all the fun."

Sikes

"Where are the Masters...?"

Sikes heard Dante ask just as three figures dart pass them through the door. The masters, Ren, Nuki, and Kane all begin to defend the students still outside the building as Master Ren looks back at the three of them. "Get everyone to safety now!" He commands Sikes, Dante, and Azer at the doorway, them being the closest as the students they protected hurry their way past them into the building. In a hurry to try and do something, the move farther off, taking out more of the dark creatures along the way with great skill.

As the three Masters got farther off, Sikes continued to stare off at where the black winged creature landed, almost entranced in some way. Just then, in a moment, even though they were far away, their eyes made contact as a sudden painful flash of memory struck Sikes within his head as he grunts, holding his head tightly. It was only for a second, but he saw a glimpse of his home world "Dawn's Settlement". "Who..is that?" He mutters, a bit shaken as if his body remembers something dangerous about the attacker.

He managed to snap out of it only by the image of another dark creature lunging at them at the doorway. Quickly calling out his keyblade to defend against the creature and knocking it back, he turns into the building again. "We have to get going now!" He tells Azer and Dante as he heads in.

Xero

As he stood still where he landed, he saw the three Keyblade Masters darting in his direction. Giving a slight smirk, he slowly raises his hand. "Perfect...just as planned..." He mutters as he then begins to gather a large mass of darkness around him, more and more of the dark creatures forming from it as their numbers increase. Swinging his arm, he sends the creatures off at the three masters to hold them back.

Dante

Shortly after Dante asked where the Masters were, they came running out of the building and begin to fight the ever growing swarm of creatures. Master Ren gives them an order to get everyone to safety. Dante watches as they run off, destroying the creatures of darkness as they go in an attempt to save any of the students still running towards the main building. Dante notices Sikes grab his head in pain. "Sikes, you alright?" As if he didn't hear Dante Sikes says they have to go then runs inside. Then the Girl introduces herself to be Azer and he gives a quick smile. "Hello Azer, My name is Dante."

One of the monsters jumps at Dante from the right and he swings his arm, and summons his Keyblade in time to strike it and causes it to fade "Now lets get inside." He notices another monster leap at him from the left and he cause his Keyblade to vanish from his right hand to his left and he takes it out with a swift uppercut and the darkness seeps into the ground. "I don't think were going to win this! The darkness.... I don't know what it's doing but it can't be good for this world!" He thinks out loud to himself more than anyone else as he makes the Keyblade appear in his other hand and destroy another monster as he slowly retreats back into the main building. As he was backing into the building he saw the Masters slowly get surrounded by the dark beings as the black winged man starts to get surrounded by darkness and send a fresh wave of creatures at the Masters.

He keeps fighting any stray creature that comes close to the doors as the last of the students trickle inside and his hand spark with lightning and he fires a spell that hits one creature heading up the steps and tendrils of lightning lash out at other creatures around it. He walks backwards past the threshold and helps the door close. "Do you think the Masters will be okay?" He asks no one in particular. "Of all places..... I thought this place would be safest..." His fingers grasp his necklace absent-mindedly. He leans against the door and takes a deep breath. "Everyone okay?" A few of the other students mumble answers. Dante looks around the room at the faces of the other students and Dante can tell no one knows what to do. He turns towards Sikes. "What should we do?"

Maverick

Maverick watches as someone he hasn't seen before walks out with a suitcase that transforms into a Machine gun and mow down a large chunk of his heartless. A stray bullet flies towards him and he blocks with the sword in his hand. "Well, that was interesting." He says with a mildly interested look on his face. He also notices the guy that uses a sword run away, saying something about forgetting his sword at home, which causes Maverick to laugh. "How do you get so off guard you forget to bring your own weapon?!" He continues to laugh for a while longer until the guy runs back with his sword in hand and takes out heartless with some skill. From atop the building he took a perch on he notices the girl with long hair run out, guns blazing and hears her talk about how bad things where, as if she was there on time. Even though she was the last one on the field. Maverick sighs and shakes his head, this is what he was up against?

Maverick looks around, trying to find the other guy that was supposed to be around and notices a large Shadow heartless followed by normal sized one and Maverick wonders if that could be the other guy and he cant help but hope there is more to him than just being a larger size of the weakest heartless. He turns his attention back at the Alliance members fighting away down below. His swords slowly float around him as he walks to the edge of the building and looks down and he decides that he wants to play with more directly than just throwing heartless their way. "So Alliance members? Is this the kind of action you were looking for? You all seemed so bored with doing nothing, so i thought why not give you a little bit of something to do?" He says loud enough for them to hear, with a smirk on his face. "Besides, we wouldn't want you getting too comfortable would we? Oh no, that would make things too easy. Although by the looks of your skills, things are going to be easy anyway!" He extends his arm and the two floating swords point at the group. "Lets just see how easy things are going to be." The swords are engulfed in dark blue flame and are launched at the ground on either side of the alliance members group and a wave of flame flows outwards from the swords.

Sikes

"I'm Azer, by the way." He hears the girl they were next to speak as he looks over at her. "I'm..Sikes.." He replies carefully as his attention returns back to the creatures swarming at the door. With the help from the others, they were managing to keep them back, but they only kept coming, their darkness seeping into the ground each time one was taken down.

"What should we do?" Dante asked, but Sikes didn't know what to say in reply. The creatures just kept on coming without end it seemed and it looked like it was their world that was being damaged more then they were. Just then, a loud thundering roar was heard from where the Masters went off to as he spotted a looming figure rising from the ground.

Xero

Watching as the three Masters continued to take down more of his creatures, not giving them any other choice as he kept on sending more at them. "Hmmm, I believe it's time to finish this for good now." He mutters as he raises his arm, extending his wings apart as he began to float upward. Underneath him, a black mass gathered, molding into a shape as a massive black beastly arm reaches upward, slamming down to grip at the ground as it pulls itself up. It looked like the smaller creatures, but it's size was massive as only the upper half of it's body stuck out of the dark mass as it reached the same height of the nearby buildings. Opening it's large fang filled jaw, it let out a dreadful roar that echoed through the Land of Departure.

The Masters readied for a clearly difficult battle as they then darted through the smaller ones, aiming for the giant one as Xero smirks, slowly returning into the black hole in the sky.

Sikes

Sikes looked in utter fear as the monstrous beast raised from the ground, it's loud roar ear piercing as he covered his ears from the sound of it. Once the roar ended, he looked back at the figure as he caught sight of the three Masters heading for it. Just then, something connected in his head as he jolts a look back at the tainted ground where the smaller ones were slain. "Wait...no...no the masters fell into a trap!" He suddenly yells as he points at the tainted ground, then at the large beast. "Wont that massive thing also release darkness when it's defeated?!"

Maverick

Maverick watches as the Alliance members dodge his attack with a smile on his face. "Good, now that you're a little more separated it will be more interesting." He says as he makes a motion with his hand, causing his swords to come to him and resume floating around him. "Yes, you have kept this little bastion safe for years, but guess what? Nothing has happened such as this in recent years, it has been peaceful up till now right? You saying you kept this place safe means nothing because there hasn't been anything to protect from. Don't delude yourself!" He notices the one guy with the transforming weapon has jumped on top of a small building out of the corner of his eye and he also notices that his weapon has changed into a gun. "Well, your weapon is interesting." He says before he hears the man yell "Railgun MK. III" and fires a single shoot which he could tell was infused with lightning. With a smirk he infuses his hand that is wrapped in red bandages with darkness and he catches the bullet, the darkness protecting his hand from any damage. "See, you would have got me, if you didn't scream out your attack like that." He drops the bullet from his hand.

"Now as for who i am, my name is Maverick and this is only the beginning." He says as the large heartless confronts the Alliance member with the large sword and hears it speak. "You must be the other member, i was wondering what you looked like and what your powers were. I hope that isn't your only form." He says to his fellow member. Maverick raises an eyebrow when he sees the Alliance member encase himself in ice and watch as it begins to crack due to the onslaught from the heartless. He smiles as Nazo provokes the alliance member and he turns back towards the one with the transforming gun. "Im most interested in fighting you, i don't know how you fight yet." He says as his blades begin to spin faster and faster. When the blades are spinning fast enough to cause enough wind to ruffle his hair he throws one of them at the alliance member and the other one after that.

Dante

Dante watches the ground continue to be stained by the darkness as more creatures fall, and even more appear. His question was met with silence as he suspected it would, the silence was broken by a monstrous roar coming from outside. "What the hell!?" Dante looks outside and see's that the winged man had his wings extended and floating upward as darkness begins to gather beneath him and an arm is made out of it and from the darkness an even larger version of thee monsters appears. He hears Sikes say something about the Masters falling into a trap and he looks at Sikes with confusion and looks to where he was pointing at. After he realizes he was talking about the darkness released by the monsters he understands and he nods when Sikes asks if the bigger monster will release darkness. "I don't think the world can handle much more darkness!" He says. "If it's destroyed, the world is hurt. If they don't beat it, the world is still hurt...." He turns towards Azer and Sikes. "i don't think this is going to end in a way we want." He says with a depressed look.

Azer slashed through one of the creatures that tried to make its way inside. She gave a nod at the guys who she now knew as Dante and Sikes. It felt like they had killed about twenty or more each but the number of the creatures didn't seem to change. They just kept coming and most of the ground was now tainted by the darkness that the death of the creatures left. Azer heard Dante ask what they should do and, honestly, Azer had no idea but to keep fighting the creatures off. That was when a loud roar made its way from where the masters had headed. Azer glanced toward the direction in the distance to notice the one of the same creatures they were fighting — the only difference was that the creature in the distance was as big as the building they were in. Her heart filled with dread just as she heard Sikes yelling, "Wait... no... no the masters fell into a trap!" He pointed at the stained floor and then at the enormous creature. "Won't that massive thing also release darkness when it's defeated?!"

Azer felt her body freeze, fear hitting her like a wave. The amount of darkness that would be released by the giant creature would be immense — that amount of darkness could end up devouring the entire world and them along with it. "I don't think the world can handle much more darkness!" Azer heard Dante say and then add with a troubled tone, "If it's destroyed, the world is hurt. If they don't beat it, the world is still hurt...." He turned to look at Azer and Sikes. "I don't think this is going to end in a way we want."

Azer returned his pained look and her eyes looked back at the giant creature. Her fists clenched, finding herself feeling helpless. That's when a flashback appeared in her mind and the image of her mother laying in bed came to mind with a younger Azer that couldn't do anything but watch. It's just like that time, Azer thought and felt a jab at her heart. She let go the breath she hadn't noticed she had been holding and only found herself able to say one thing. "... We should prepare ourselves for what is about to come."

Sikes

Sikes was paralyzed in both fear and helplessness in the situation they found themselves. But before anything else could be done, a sudden flash is seen around the center of the beast.

"...It's to late..." Sikes mutters as the beast is seen breaking apart, and in a large wave like form, a black darkness swarmed from it's collapsing body. Sikes flinched, bringing out his keyblade as he was motivated to not give up even in such a situation. "No! I wont let this happen again!!" He suddenly yells as he steps forward, gathering as much magic as he could as he forms up a barrier of flaming wind in front of the door way. He couldn't..no..he wouldn't let the same event of Dawn's Settlement happen again. As the black darkness arrived, Sikes strained as he tried his best to stop an endless flood of darkness with nothing more then his wall of magic.

Xero

Watching from within the dark mass in the sky, he gives a low chuckle as he watches the darkness flood all of the Land of Departure, slowly admiring the sight as he closes the doorway. "With that..phase one...is complete..." He says with a cheerful grin on his face as he vanishes from sight. Once back in the darkness, he opens up the spheres to communicate with the other two in Radiant Garden.

"Phase One is complete. You can stop playing with the maggots now. Return here for the next Phase." He says, ordering the others to come back.

Maverick

Maverick Hears Nazo confirm that he has more than one form and watched as the large heartless began changing shape, turning into a more powerful heartless. "Impressive." Maverick says and turns back towards his opponent in time to see that he has dodged his attack and is now on the ground below him and is about to fire at him. Maverick jumps high into the air, flipping backwards as the bullets fly by beneath him and he lands on a different roof top. "Guns are predictable, don't you think?" He says as he stretches out his arm and his swords return to him. "Now." He says as his arm and swords are engulfed in darkness. "Try and dodge this!" He brings his hand back and before he can finish the move a small black orb appears in front of him and he knew what was coming. "Oh man, already? I was hoping for a little more time to see if this guy had a weakness." He says right before a voice with a slight echo emanates from the orb. Phase One is complete. You can stop playing with the maggots now. Return here for the next Phase. Maverick sighs and the darkness engulfing his hand and swords fades and a Corridor of Darkness appears behind him. "That guy works fast, if he wiped out the so called 'Protectors of the light' the best of the best already, then you guys have very little hope. If only we didn't have to hold back, this world would have fallen as well." He slowly backs into the Corridor. "I think i'll leave you with a gift." He motions with his hand a numerous Shadows and Knight Heartless suddenly jump out of the Darkness as Maverick fades into it and the Corridor vanishes as he makes his way to Xero through the darkness

Dante

Dante watches as the wave of darkness washes over the court yard and he hears Sikes yell and watches as a wall of magic is constructed in the door and blocks the oncoming wave of darkness. Dante notices Sikes flinch as he feels the pressure of the darkness on his shield and he hears Azer say they have to prepare for whats to come. Dante looks at Sikes. "Sikes...... I don't think there is anything we can do, all you're doing is just.....delaying the inevitable." Dante says and he looks at the Keyblade in his hand. "The Masters..... We need to find a way to leave. I think that's the only thing we can do." He says with sorrow as he fumbles with his necklace. Never before has Dante felt so helpless, weak and lost.

<Dark Realm>
-Xero-

Suddenly appearing in a large Dark chamber, Xero steps toward what appears to be a throne in the end of the room. Once arriving to it, he calmly took a seat, lifting one of his legs over the other as he sat still, waiting for the arrival of the others from their tasks. As he waited, he gave off a light smirk, "Now..the pieces are in place and the pawns are given the motivation. Time to see how they squirm in desperation now."

<Land of Departure>
-Sikes-

Not wishing to give up despite Dante's words, "No...I wont...let it all be gone into Darkness again!" He yells as his wall of wind and flame was breaking apart. In a sudden burst, it vanishes as the flood of darkness smothers all of them in an instant. Sikes not wishing to give up at all still, struggling effortlessly in the Darkness until he slowly lost sensation to him limbs, blacking out.

As Sikes felt himself falling into Darkness, he suddenly was greeted by a strange light along with the others. The light suddenly broke through the darkness surrounding them, taking them along with it. The voice of one of the Masters calling out.

"Light will never fade as long as those with the keyblade in hand carry on the task of protecting it."

< Radiant Garden>

In the highest portion of Radiant Garden, somewhere near the castle grounds, a ray of light suddenly beamed down from the sky in a brilliant fashion. It's brightness could be seen all across the area as it would get the attention of anyone close by. Down where the light touched the ground, 3 figures would appear as the light faded off.

Among those three, Sikes laid there, passed out on the ground from both the smothering of Darkness and the stress of trying to fight it back.

Dante

Dante watched as the wall Sikes made began to weaken and faster then he could do anything the wall vanishes and everyone in the hall was swallowed up by the darkness. Dante fought blindly in the darkness, as he felt himself falling deeper into the darkness a bright light began to glow in the deepest part of it and reaches out to it and remembers a saying he read in one of the books. " Even in the deepest darkness, there will always be a light to guide you." He says as the light becomes brighter, pushing back the darkness and wrapping Sikes, Dante and Azer in it's warmth and he hears a voice which belongs to one of the Masters. "Light will never fade as long as those with the Keyblade in hand carry on the task of protecting it." The light's intensity grows, causing Dante to Cover his eyes with his arm and he feels something hard and cool press against his back and when the light fades he finds himself on his back, starring up at an all to familiar Castle. He feels exhausted from fighting the monsters and struggling within the darkness, but the sight of the castle fills him with happiness. "...Home..." he says as he looks around to see Sikes Passed out and Azer although Dante can't tell if she is also passed out. Dante lifts his head and looks out at the town surrounding the Castle and he spots smoke from numerous fires rising into the air. Dante blinks a few times to see if it is just his mind playing tricks on him due to being in full contact with the darkness. He sits up and struggles to his feet. "Ra-Rainia..." He takes a few slow steps forward. "Derran." He says as he thinks of his Childhood friends. "Was this place also attacked?" He asks himself before he falls down, exhaustion over taking him.

Maverick

Maverick makes his way through the darkness and enters a large dark Chamber where Xero is sitting on a Throne. "The members of the Alliance are underwhelming, if you didn't tell us to hold back we would have had Radiant Garden and no one to oppose us. Oh well, that might have made it boring." Maverick says as he leans against the wall.

Azoth
Darkness surrounded him before a light suddenly appeared far off in the distance. He wondered what the light was before is disappeared and was replaced by two glowing eyes. The eyes looking familiar some how but he couldn't quite remember, like something that was just out of reach. Suddenly Azoth woke up finding some kind of pillar of light brightening up the world and just managed to get an idea of where it was coming from before it had vanished. With a quick look around he couldn't spot Derran or Rania and wondered if they were the cause of the light which suddenly made him slightly annoyed that they hadn't bothered waking him up for whatever fun they were probably having making giant pillars of light in the sky and with that thought in mind he left to investigate while the dream he'd had was completly forgotten about.

Azoth hadn't exactly been majorly wounded by the enemies but he did realise he had a couple of small cuts here and there from bits of rubble that had gone flying around from Maverick's attacks and at least one from a heartless that had been lucky enough to get in a surprise attack. The cuts were ignored though as Azoth continued running towards the high spot the light had been at. Eventually he managed to make it to the location where the light had been and saw two guys sleeping against a wall and a girl searching for something, the direction Azoth had entered from put him behind the girl. Curious as to what the girl was looking for and not at all interested in boring people who only ever sleep Azoth walked up to the girl, "Hiya," Azoth said when he'd gotten close enough to talk from normal distance so he didn't need to yell at all, "What cha doin'?" he asked her.

Nazo
Travelling through the darkness Nazo took the form of a Neoshadow and only just realised that he seemed to be missing his red scarf he liked to wear, he suddenly remembered he'd dropped it when he'd been going towards Radiant Gardens and quickly managed to find it easily enough. Nazo put it on before he soon arrived at a large dark chamber where Xero was sitting on a throne and Maverick was already there. "The members of the Alliance are underwhelming, if you didn't tell us to hold back we would have had Radiant Garden and no one to oppose us. Oh well, that might have made it boring." Maverick had just said as Nazo entered. Nazo did agree but also didn't agree with Maverick, yes he wanted to have Radiant Garden but he wanted the world for himself, after removing everyone from it he would have made use of its large space to store some of his stuff. "So Xero, whats the next part of your plan since it seems you've already started it I'd like to know a bit more of what I can look forward to," Nazo said practically ignoring Maverick as he didn't really feel like talking to the guy.

Then sudden falling down along with Azoth that was carrying him knocked him awake as he ground, sitting up on the ground as he painfully rubs the back of his head that hit the ground. He was still dazed, but was starting to come around.

"W-what happened?" Her muttered out as he looked around, seeing an unfamiliar place around him. The hitting of his head and the passing out from before still having him with a foggy head as looked around all confused.

"What's going on?...Where's the Masters?...Where is everyone?" He continued saying questions as he slightly got onto his feet, trying his best to not tip over. Still a bit wobbly with his legs, he staggers a bit.

"The members of the Alliance are underwhelming, if you didn't tell us to hold back we would have had Radiant Garden and no one to oppose us. Oh well, that might have made it boring."

Xero looked up as the one named Maverick stepped into the hall, with Nazo following into the room not long behind him.

"So Xero, whats the next part of your plan since it seems you've already started it I'd like to know a bit more of what I can look forward to," Nazo asked him as a clever smirk formed on Xero's face.

"Simple really, the pawns have been set into motion. Now all that we need to do, and guide them on their way." He gives off a chuckle as stood from his throne, swinging his arm across as he looks at the two of them.

"Go to the nearby worlds and lay a trail for them to follow from world to world and take some of my new pets this time. The Heartless may be many, but my Shades are the one thing that will guide this plan into completion."
