"I can sing without it," Delilah said. She reverted to lying on her back with her arms behind her head to prop herself up. She began humming a tune. "Bet you've never heard this song before. It was an old family tradition for us to sing this." After a couple more moments of humming she let the words flow out. The song she sang was Scarborough Fair. It was of a distant love; a woman without her true love. It had always been her favorite and most practiced peice. She closed her eyes as she sang. As the song continued with the verses her voice grew louder, though it almost never made it above a loud voice.

Delilah was right this song was a song he never heard before. He liked it when she sung her voice was very soft and delightful. He sat on his bed watching Delilah as she sung he stayed quiet and just listened.
