Introduction
Long ago there was a beautiful city. Held up by tall beautiful buildings of shimmering glass and multicoloured glowing decorations; Fountains dappled water over their sides into small rippling pools and trees grew hundreds of feet tall shadowing the earth below beautifully. Everything was beautiful. Then war ripped the world apart. The fourth world war sabotaged everything. They crashed down the beautiful glass buildings; they burnt the marble fountains and tore them apart with metal claws and machines. They set light to the trees. The war lasted a hundred years in total. For generations families fought until half way through the war, they stopped using their cheaper weapons and used nuclear warfare and now everything is ash and cobbles. Buildings are in ruins and homes nonexistent. The world is lost to the war; they lost in fire, gas and debris. They can never get it back and the only survivors are few in numbers anyway, not enough to rebuild their majestic home country. That’s long gone and in its place?
However, destruction wasn’t the only side effect of the war.
With everyone destroying the big important buildings too many power plants and nuclear reactors were destroyed in the war sending radioactive toxic material into the air creating all sorts of scary mutations and gene based disorders until we get to today.
We created what today are called Mutants.
Mutants are people who typically lived in bigger cities near the different plants and had relatives or were directly attacked by toxins in the air and there for mutated.
At first mutations were simple disorders in the skin and flesh but soon things got freakier. People gained mysterious powers and strengths and everything became seriously messed up.
People affected the most became hideous monsters but other people-luckier people were given almost super powers like one girl, she became faster than a bullet and a boy grew a tentacle arm! Mad things are happening in the ruins of America.
The story will follow the lives of twelve survivors, six male and six female. Six mutants, six humans. You will witness the events of them trying to carry on a normal life and repair small parts of their beloved town. Your character can either be mutant or human but slots are limited and reserves aren’t really allowed.
There are many places to go in town which the mutants helped build in an effort to create some normality.
This is the local pub, nicknamed ‘Lucky One’ because it was the only building in town to not lose its walls and ceiling. It’s become a dirty mess now full of drunken scums trying to entertain themselves by watching the dancers and getting drunk.
There is also the club coming off the back of the ‘Lucky One’ which is often supervised by a local mutant DJ (available to play by the way). This is where most of the entertainment is. There are tables around the back and a few at the sides at the front of the stage. The stage is often taken up by pole-dancers, comedians or some other form of entertainer.
The ‘Lucky One’ is owned by two siblings (brother and sister, mutants available to play too.)
This is what they call the ‘Youth Zone’. Teenagers and young adults are often found here hanging in groups ranging from pairs to big gangs. Most of them camp out around the ruins of the area in friendship groups. The majority of people inhabiting the youth-zone are Orphans or gang members. A lot of normal people live in the ruins here too simply because it’s the most secure building over then the ‘Lucky one’

Collectibles
