Skills: Kanade is an extremely powerful alchemist. She is capable of committing feats of alchemy and science that many consider to be impossible. Coupled with her cold demeanor and genius intellect she is one to want on your side. She is tactical and exceptionally good with puzzles making her a strategists perfect pupil.
Goals: To serve with strength and courage unparalleled in the Military and defense of her new home. Unconsciously, to find someone who loves her and can help her pick up her shattered self.

Weapons: She uses a collection of weaponry. She has some normal human guns and many guns she has turned into alchemical weapons. These weapons can go from two swords she can imprint with a crystal to an assortment of many different guns. Her favorites are as follow:

Kanade is cold and distant from others. She has locked her heart and soul up in a cage that not even the brightest light can pierce. She is not depressed but is more lonely and afraid then what she shows. To others she is steel, unbendingly strong and infinitely hard. However this is a sham, she is shattered and broken, unconsiously looking for someone to knock down her barriers and who will love her.
Kanade was born a halfbreed to a very high ranking Nobel elf and a human women. The relationship was a mistake in their eyes and she was unwanted but carried along by her elf father. Her father, while high ranking, was not one to let mistakes out. She was all but imprisoned by him and nearly left to fend for herself. Her father beat her, her fathers servants beat her, she was treated worse then the ground they tread on. Fed only a few times a week she was constantly hungry and thirsty resulting in massive malnutrition. Sometimes she would be locked up and left in a dungeon for days on end only to be dragged out and beaten again before a meal. She was in essence a plaything to these men. Something to laugh at, to enjoy, to release their frustration on. She discovered her ability to channel magic at an early age and kept it very well hidden from those that would do her harm. There was a time when she was even tested on for a powerful spell the father was working on. Needless to say it failed. The wave of magic cursed through her very essence. Her magic attacked the wave inside her body for days she was left weak and helpless as these two powerful magics fought the other. Finally her magic prevailed and succeeded in destroying the other. However instead of dissipating the wave of energy combined with her own magic making hers twice as powerful as it was. The battle though was not without it's marks. It left a tattoo on each of her arms. Two dragons pulling at a ring over a band that circles around her arm. The battle also bleached her hair white and turned her irises red. This was also when she began to imbue crystals with her magics. This was because the two clashing forces inside of her act like a rolling sea. They are not calm and constantly growing. In order to maintain it she must store it away. Even stored though her magic is obvious to those who have a trained eye. It steams off her and surrounds her. This was now impossible to hide and even scared her father. He fully let go of her. By this of course he gave her to his underlings. Their beatings were worse. Sometimes they came at her with fists, other times it was knives that cut her and left her bleeding all over. Sometimes they raped her but none of it could compare to when they came at her with magic. They didn't burn the flesh or freeze the blood. No they attacked her magic trying to best it, to eat it, to destroy it. The pain was worse then anything they could ever do to her physically and it would enter her mind. She would be left spasaming on the floor, breathing hard, but victorious. Her magic never lost. One day a servent made a mistake. He was one of those that liked to see her scream and see blood. He took a knife to her face and she bit him forcing him to drop the knife. He slapped her and beat her anyways before leaving. But he left the knife on accident. She hid it and for weeks she worked on empowering it with her magic. Finally she succeeded. Night came, another man came. He was one that liked to exploit her but this time he never got the chance. She jumped up and rammed the knife through his throat. After that she stole his knife and in a blood lust killed every single servant who ever did her harm. She then ran off into the woods. She eventually wandered her way from place to place until arriving in Kingsford. She made a small living by joining the city guard. She gained the attention of a boot camp officer who was taken with the girls strength and her power. After seeing firsthand what she was capable of he made a special plea to have her placed in training for the military. It was accepted. It was almost funny at first, seeing this little girl at a military training camp with men twice her age and twice her height. At first things did not go well with the men, she was well. the camp joke one could say. Of course that all changed very quickly when they found that she could outclass them in everything except hand combat. With weapons though, even knives she was the unmatched leader. The first day she brought out her customized equipment she was the talk of the camp. Even more so after her sniper round punctured a heavy tank's armor and blew the gas tank up. Her graduation was about to come about when the mistake happened. She will graduate at the top of the camp and with the respect of all the other men there, even if she is but half their height.
