The Hidden Acres is a magical, isolated world hidden from men, as the name suggests. There, we see the Supernatural Village, the home of supernatural or monstrous denizens. This village is hidden by a veil, with the Ursa Summer Home as a gate to the Hidden Acres. This place shall soon be the setting of a wondrous... Curious... You know what, I just want to see girls attack a guy! So let's start!

So now our focus shifts to Teddy Ursa, who is destined to be swarmed by girls. With his bodyguard, Sedgewick by his side, he is coming to the Ursa Summer Home. He is old enough to actually go by himself... And maybe see what lays far in the gardens of the home. He was in anticipation as the limousine they were riding reached the home.

Sedgewick Johanneson, manservant and bodyguard to one Theodore Ursa, steered his employer's limousine onto the tree-lined gravel road that led to the Ursa summer estate.

To say he was apprehensive would be an understatement, this was to be his first time on his own, without his father to guide him, but he was confident in his skills, and he had his Colt. Besides, it was just a short trip to the countryside. Teddy wanted a vacation, so he got one, what could go wrong?

A lot actually, he told himself, he knew full well how much Teddy wanted to explore the other side of the gardens, and it was part of his job this week to keep Teddy occupied, so he couldn't. Hidden Acres needed to remain hidden.

"Sir, stop fidgeting, your mother would disapprove.", he scolded, eyeing his employer through the rear-view mirror, "We're almost there."

He pulled up to the front steps, exited the vehicle, and stepped around to the trunk to retrieve their luggage. He looked up at the summer home, humble as it was in comparison to the Ursa's primary estate, it was certainly impressive.

It was three stories, with nearly twenty rooms, all of which were decorated lavishly. The gardens in the back nearly gave Versailles a run for it's money, if it weren't for the fact that they were abruptly cut off by untamed forest about a hundred yards from the home.

Sedgewick stepped around to open his employer's door, "Alright Sir, we're here."

"Oh, sorry," Teddy addressed, opening the door to exit, as if forgetting that Sedgewick would open it for him, he then turns, "I'll go ahead and get my small bag to change into casual clothing in my room."

Teddy grabs a small bag that he put next to him, he seemed eager. He knew that most of the luggage in the limo will distract his servant, hopefully long enough to go to the gardens. He walks inside.

"Don't forget, sir," Wick called out, "lunch is at one o'clock, sharp."

As Teddy walked inside he grabbed up their suitcases and started lugging them up the front steps. He set Teddy's trunks down with a heavy thud in the foyer.

He continued up the stairs and down a hall to his own spacious room. He tossed his suitcase onto his bed and loosened his tie before reaching into his jacket and pulling his Colt from its holster. He unloaded it, pulling the slide back and catching the released bullet. He pulled the slide a few more times to ensure a clear chamber before he reloaded it and set it on his dresser.

He took his knife from his waistband and set it next to his gun. Then he removed his ring, then his gloves, then his wristwatch and his sunglasses. He shrugged his jacket off of his shoulders and let it fall. He sat on the edge of his bed and flopped back onto it. He'd been driving for fifteen hours, he needed sleep, but he still had work to do.

He couldn't afford to let his guard down yet, the estate could have been infiltrated by any number of threats, and he only had ten minutes to ensure a secure perimeter before he had to start preparing lunch.

He stood back up, slipped his jacket back on, replaced his wristwatch, his gloves, his weapons, and his glasses, and set off to search the building for any assassins that may have been waiting.

But not before setting a pot of water on the stove to boil.

When he changed into more casual clothing, Teddy left his door open by a crack and waited for Sedgewick to search the estate. Then he crept and lurked throughout the estate, like a clumsy, but surprisingly silent, ninja warrior. He stopped to make sure Sedgewick didn't approach, narrowly avoiding a potential encounter when he passed by. Teddy then makes it to the entrance of the garden and runs...

In the Ursa Gardens.

... When he reached the garden, he looks at the flowers and well-maintained plants, he always wondered how they seem to maintain themselves, no one is usually here to take care of them. He then stopped about 20 feet from where the garden abruptly ended into wild. He looks, oddly, he had never been this nervous before. He gathers his wits, "I can do this," he tells himself, "I've been waiting until I'm finally old enough!"

With that he enters...

Sedgewick, wearing an apron over his suit, stepped into Teddy's room with a pan of sizzling steaks.

"Sir, dinner in five minutes.", he said happily, "Stroganoff! So go and wash up...."

When he didn't hear Teddy grumbling, he knew something was wrong. He suddenly realized Teddy wasn't even in the room, and he also realized exactly where he would be.

With all due haste he returned to the kitchen and put lunch away. Then he went to the trunk of his car and, lifting the trapdoor in the bottom, pulled out an Ithaca pump action and a handful of shells.

"Dammit, Teddy!", he said, angrily loading shells into his shotgun, "Not one hour into this vacation and I've already lost track of you!" He stomped off in the direction of the forest, "What the hell is my dad supposed to think if he finds out about this?! I can't keep track of you for even one half hour on my own?! Dammit! Not today, jerk! You are not ruining my freaking vacation today!"

And with that, he pumped a shell into the chamber of his shotgun and stormed into the forest.

Teddy walks through what could be only a few minutes walking in the forest, until Teddy met a sight he wasn't expecting, a village behind the gardens! Teddy looked, this village seemed more like a small city, and the inhabitants spoke and looked strange. Teddy was beginning to question if he was even welcome. He begins to walk in the village looking at denizens, knowing that they're monsters and may attack him, until he hears one say, "Just ignore the human, maybe he'll go away." Teddy felt quite offended, instead of getting looks, he was getting murmured commands to others to ignore him!

"You are going to die." A voice from beside him spoke. It was clear that it was directed specifically at him. Should he turn to acknowledge it, he would be face-to-face with a blue-skinned woman who looked straight into his eyes with her own eyes of yellow. The whites were black, and it was very clear from first-glance that this woman, with her mouth and below covered by a black scarf, that she was not human. She almost looked it, had it not been for the obvious abnormalities in her appearance... But the way she seemed to be staring directly at his soul... there was nothing settling about that. "If you remain in this village. If you stay in contact with any of the beings that reside here..." Her voice was flat as she pulled down her scarf a bit and shifted her scythe-shaped cowlick from her face. "...you will be killed. It would be best and wise for you to turn back now." There was no hostility in her voice. Perhaps it was a warning, but it didn't quite feel like that, either. It was more just... a statement. She spoke of death as if it were the most natural thing, like talking about the weather.

Leaning against a wall with her arms crossed under her chest, her empty gaze... she looked like she could have been a superhero. Or maybe a comic book villain. Either way, she did not seem to relent her sight on him. Just being around her would send chills through the spine of the human for one reason or another.

Stretching languidly in the bough of the tree, Akira made herself comfortable. So comfortable, in fact, that she came pretty close to actually falling asleep were it not for one little thing. Through half-closed eyes she saw a figure walking through the woods in an ungainly fashion. Eyes suddenly snapping open, the kitsune was able to get a better look at this person as they ventured deeper into the woods. A human male, from the look of them. A very rare thing to find so far away from their towns and cities.

And he was headed right for the village, wasn't he?

Akira reluctantly got down from her cherished perch and decided to follow him, curiosity getting the better of her. And besides, it was fun to tailgate an unsuspecting human. Her footsteps were inaudible, even when walking through dry leaves as she moved from one tree to the next. Sure, she could have become invisible, but there was a thrill to be had in the more mundane forms of concealment.

It wasn't difficult to find the human among the village's populace. Just follow the direction of the stares, and there you go. At the moment he was being confronted by the village's resident Dullahan, who advised him to leave this place. A wise idea, if one casts a spell of forgetfulness on him, but the delivery was a tad... blunt.

"Silly girl doesn't know the meaning of tact," Akira muttered to herself.

Ondona soon reached the main entrance of the castle which was a large steel door. The area around it was devoid of life except for two iron golems which stood guard next to it. She walked up to the door and the golems opened the door for her which let the sunlight pour in, but it didint faze her in the slightest.

She soon walked outside the castle as the doors behind her shut closed, she then looked at the sun and thought how nice and warm it was today. She soon began to walk down the large marble stone steps which connected the castle and a pathway which led to the village itself. If she was walking normally she would have made it to the village in half the time but she ended up taking a full ten minutes to reach the village.

She then wanderers around the village before arriving at a small stand manned by a large man who in reality was a wolfman. "What can I for you miss?" He asked as his eyes remained fixated on her face. "I would like to buy that box of chocolates." She asked politely as she pointed to her desired item. "15 Dollars." The man replied. As Ondona rummaged in her purse to pull out the money the man spoke suddenly. "There's a human in the village. It would be wise to ignore him. He could be a spy, or some type of spec ops, or a serial killer for all we know."

Ondona gave the man the money before speaking."Thank you for the warning sir." She then received her item before bowing and leaving the stand. She then wondered what to do next, there was a human in the village which was a rare thing and she could go take a look for herself, then again the day wouldent remain sunny for long and she would like to have a picnic while the sun was still out. She then decided to do both, she would pass by the human and look and him then proceed into the woods and set up her picnic.

It didint take her long to find him, even with her slow walking. It was a young human male and he was being confronted by what she assumed was Catherine. She then decided to leave them alone for the time being then proceded to continue walking and was soon walking past the two, although she was still walking at her elegantly slow pace.

"Umm, Really?" Teddy asked, a little nervous when he met Catherine's stare, "Do you mean that I may be eaten?"

He felt intimidated by Catherine, she seemed lifeless, emotionless, especially since she talked about death. As she looked into his soul, Teddy looked back, he decides to ask, "If I'm not going to be eaten, then am I going to be possessed," he pauses to point to Ondona, "Or will she use me as target practice?"

The Dullahan's warning had certainly spooked the human. Then again, a Dullahan didn't even need to try when it came to spooking humans. It just came naturally. To his credit, the young man held his ground where those older than him would have likely run screaming in terror, but one thing was bothering Akira; this village wasn't a place for humans. How had he managed to find it so effortlessly? She wanted to find this out, and he looked like he really wanted to get away from here. Perhaps they could help each other out here.

"Don't mind her, human," Akira said as she made her way over to the pair. "Dullahans are such morbid people." The kitsune aimed a playful swipe at the reaper's head as she passed by, though with not enough force to knock it off. She didn't stop until she was right in front of him, smiling sweetly. "Now how about we get you out of here, hmm?"

In Supernatural Village:

"Well, about that," Teddy said, looking over to the side, feeling slightly pressured by how Akira was willing to stand close to him. He was able to notice Akira's tail and jumped to conclusions, "My mother warned me about vixenish type women, and you have a fox's tail, so... I'll be on my way!" Teddy tries to walk, or rather, evade Akira.

The Dullahan grabbed hold of her head before it could be knocked off. "That was terribly rude of you, trickster fox woman." Her tone was less scolding and just flat. She fussed with her neck and hair to make sure all was good before re-securing her scarf. "I ask that you refrain from doing that to me in the future. I will not reap you before your time, but I know of ways to make your life a little more obnoxious each and every day. And believe me... I have time, since my dominion is just this immediate area." Again, it couldn't quite feel like a threat. But the empty look in her eyes made it seem like she was being truthful. With the human on the run, she simply lowered her head...

...and reappeared before him, to cut off his path. "Human. I warn you once more. If you do not wish to die before your time, you must stay away from this village... forever." Gold-on-black eyes seemed to gaze right into his very soul again. "This is your warning, from Death herself. Now go, and do not return." After all, it was just more work for her... She stepped to the side, nuding her head to the side to tell him to follow the path. Unfortunately for her, that only led her head to fall right off and roll away. Immediately, the neck began leaking some kind of black smoke, releasing the shape of an exclamation point ! as it dropped to its knees and began feeling around for the head. The head rolled into a bush, scolding the body from a distance to try and get it to come to the proper spot. The body, confused, only turned the opposite direction and began running to find its lost counterpart. The sounds of the head's annoyed groans could just barely be heard, muffled by the shrubbery it was stuck in.

While Akira heeded the Dullahan's warning, she didn't look too threatened about it. The kitsune had her magic, after all, and if that wasn't enough then she could always try and call in one or two favours from the family. Again the reaper warned the human to stay away from the village, and Akira was about to voice her agreement when the other woman's head became unbalanced and fell off. Without outside help, too! What was once such a calm and composed kitsune immediately took to giggling, which soon became full blown laughter as the body started running around desperately like a literal headless chicken in a failed attempt to be reunited with its accompanying cranium.

Wiping a tear of mirth from her eye, Akira turned round to see the human putting a little distance between the two of them, likely valuing his personal space very dearly. "Your mother probably should have told you not to make so many assumptions based on appearance alone," she told him. "But seriously, you're clearly lost, and you're lucky you didn't run into anything nasty out there. I, however, know this forest like the back of my hand, and I'd be happy to guide you out of here if it'll stop Little Miss Headless spouting her usual doom and gloom stuff. So what'll it be?" The kitsune wasn't joking around now, in stark contrast to her previous demeanour.

As Ondona began to walk pass by the two, the human asked if he was going to be possessed then he pointed at her wondering if she was going to use him at target practice. She looked at him slightly puzzled by his accusation and that brought her into their conversation. "Not unless you give me a very good reason to do that. I'm planning on having a picnic and you are all welcome to join me." With her statement done she was walking again and saw as Catherine warned the human again and warned a kitsune about knocking her head in the future.

After nudging her head, which indicated for the human which path to follow, her head fell right off and her neck leaked some kind of black smoke which looked like an exclamation point. She watched unfazed by the event as the headless body tried is best to find its head only to run off in the opposite direction and with that she decided to look for the head herself. "I'll try to look for your head Cathrine." She soon began to search multiple bushes looking for a missing head.

When Catherine cutoff his path, Teddy had to suppress a scream as he fell backwards. He looked at Catherine as she continued her warning, up until the moment her head fell off. Teddy didn't know whether he should be astonished, or stop taking the dullahan seriously altogether. On the other hand, he was pretty surprised to see the kitsune's almost complete change in demeanor after watching her laugh at Catherine. She seemed a little more... Businesslike. As for what he observed to be an inhumanly beautiful woman, he was surprised at her general personality and seemed pretty sociable.

He began to consider Akira's offer, but looking at the body vainly searching while the head tried just as vainly to direct it began to make Teddy feel a little sorry for Catherine. Teddy went into brief thought, the dullahan told him he'd die in this village somehow, the virtue thinker and the consequential thinker told him he should at least give her some consideration as she had given him consideration... Kind of. He then stood up and walked to where he thought he saw Catherine's head roll as well as following her voice. After some searching, he finds Catherine's head. He then picks up the head and brings it to the body, faking a cough and poking the body's shoulder to try to get its attention. As he does this he says to Akira, "I can't just leave her like this," and while he's getting the body's attention, "I was taught to let virtues go first. After this, I'll let you guide me home."

The smoke of the blue-skinned woman's neck formed another exclamation point, jumping in response to being poked on the shoulder. It turned around and began waving its arms around in wild gestures before the head in the human's arms sighed and spoke. "I'm down here, body." The body turned in the direction of the voice and happily clapped its hands together once, then reached for the head. Once it had it, it held the head at its hip, face pointed towards the human and the Kitsune. "I... Um. Hrm." Her yellow eyes darted from him at the ground. Her skin seemed a touch more pale, as well. "Thank you, human man... Though your... lack of surprise is rather curious. A woman's head falls off of her body, and the body acts on its own... and yet you help her instead of fleeing." The body turned around and lifted the head above its neck, putting it back in its rightful spot. Now in full control of her body, the woman removed her scarf to feel around the neck for any breaks. Examination of her neck shown no problems... as though her head never fell off to begin with. "Just... get out of here before I have to reap you earlier than needed. And remember my warnings before you think about returning. I will not harm you personally, but I cannot say much about the other denizens of this forest."

She turned to leave him be, spotting the figure of an old friend. "Ondona." She greeted her by name as she approached the goddess herself. "Curious that you leave your home. I suppose it is not entirely unpleasant, though." No matter who she spoke to or what she said, her tone held monotonous. Her mood and intentions were rather hard to discern to those unfamiliar with her, but... Ondona would at least be able to recognize it was nothing more or less and a greeting to an acquaintance. "Why do you sift through bushes? Have you lost a food item?"

As the Goddess searched the bushes, she heard a familiar voice call her name and that caused her to look up. When Ondona looked up, she spotted her freind approaching towards her and that caused her to smile. "Cathrine." She greeted her by name before standing up straight and gave a curtsy. When the Dullahan made a comment about her leaving her home, she chuckled slightly. "I know it's not often that I leave my home, but today I needed to go shopping for some personal items, although Royka gave me a basket filled with everything I needed for a picnic and since it was a nice day I decided to also have a picnic. You are most welcome to join me for tea and snacks if you are not busy." Then she was asked why she was sifting through the bushes. "Well I was walking by when you were talking to the human, I watched as your head fell off and I went in search of your head. It seems however that someone located your head." She answered her question.

Suddenly a cloud of black smoke appeared next to her, and a figure dressed in a suit and wearing a fedora appeared kneeling before her. "I have answered your call mistress, what is it you need?" The figure asked. Ondona remembered he would arrive if she said his name and gave a small sigh. "I'm sorry Royka, I brought your name in our conversation. But since I now know you are not resting like I asked you too, you can accompany me for now." She told her butler. "Many apologies mistress! I promise next time, I will only arrive when you say my name by itself!" The figure apologized repeatedly before standing up to meet with Cathrine. "A pleasure to meet your aquantence miss." He bowed.

Akira watched as the human retrieved the Dullahan's head for her, clearly impressed at the fact that despite showing some fear, he hadn't started running away or gibbering in abject horror. This act of kindness even got the formerly headless woman to soften up a bit, it seemed. All that was left was to escort this young man home. "Shall we be off, then?" She asked, walking over to him.

"You're certainly an interesting human, you know that?" she told him. "You find a hidden village of the supernatural by chance, and you didn't lose your head when a Dullahan lost hers." Akira started walking out of the village via the way they came, beckoning the human to follow. "Now, if you don't mind, I'd like to ask a couple of questions. What's your name, human?"
