The Dullahan grabbed hold of her head before it could be knocked off. "That was terribly rude of you, trickster fox woman." Her tone was less scolding and just flat. She fussed with her neck and hair to make sure all was good before re-securing her scarf. "I ask that you refrain from doing that to me in the future. I will not reap you before your time, but I know of ways to make your life a little more obnoxious each and every day. And believe me... I have time, since my dominion is just this immediate area." Again, it couldn't quite feel like a threat. But the empty look in her eyes made it seem like she was being truthful. With the human on the run, she simply lowered her head...
...and reappeared before him, to cut off his path. "Human. I warn you once more. If you do not wish to die before your time, you must stay away from this village... forever." Gold-on-black eyes seemed to gaze right into his very soul again. "This is your warning, from Death herself. Now go, and do not return." After all, it was just more work for her... She stepped to the side, nuding her head to the side to tell him to follow the path. Unfortunately for her, that only led her head to fall right off and roll away. Immediately, the neck began leaking some kind of black smoke, releasing the shape of an exclamation point ! as it dropped to its knees and began feeling around for the head. The head rolled into a bush, scolding the body from a distance to try and get it to come to the proper spot. The body, confused, only turned the opposite direction and began running to find its lost counterpart. The sounds of the head's annoyed groans could just barely be heard, muffled by the shrubbery it was stuck in.
