Appearance

When he was born, he oddly already had white hair as if it'd been bleached within the womb. His eyes are a deep red, close to blood color, that seemingly glow in the dark. He stands at a tall 6'2'' and has tanned, sun kissed skin that never burns in the sunlight. Nero's hair natrually stays up with no need of assistance from a comb. He isn't overly muscular, but has shown great strength in his past against opponents who've tried to take his life.

Nero manly wears black armor and a red cape when going out anywhere, since he prefers to be on duty all the time. Only during rare moments does he dress out of his regular attire, and into a pure black suit with matching pants.

Personality

Nero is an optimistic romanticist at heart. A skilled and dutiful demon, his sword and determination shape him into a formidable force in the Necropolis. He deeply cares for love and honor, if his enemy is particularly honorable, for example, he'll try to bargain for their surrender.

As a romantic Nero presents casually, often times he shows himself to be amused by any action. This however results to him being misunderstood, often times the person he's talking to will think he's messing with her. It’s the most obvious conclusion that person can make, and maybe, just maybe he really is joking with them.

When being focused on a fight his main objective is to live. For every second that passes by, he only thinks about the moves that his opponent may execute. He knows that each one could be fatal, so he does his best to stop incoming attacks. Another sole thought is that he has to survive, that alone gives him the power to fight.

His duty to the city, takes a big role in his life, since he protects the citizens from whatever may do them harm. His survival instincts are shut down as he will do whatever it takes to protect the citizens of Necropolis.


Weapons/Magic

Nero uses two distinct forms of magic Projection and Reinforcement. Projection allows the user to materializes anything within the users imagination and summon it, this can also be combined with reinforcement to increase the power of the project object. Nero himself has the power to fire off countless blades at his enemies

Reinforcement is the use of magic to increase the strength of anything in the world, and even extend the duration of the object. It is even possible to reinforce the body if one is well adapt with the magic. The magic does have a time limit that is not fixated since it depends on how much magic a person uses.

His main form of weapons are two black and white swordsthat always stay by his side, rarely being used since he projects clones of them and uses those in combat.The blades only difference between each other is the color other then that they are identical in both shape and weight. The only time he uses the actual two is when a worthy opponent has showed himself.




History

Much of Nero's early history is unknown some have thought of him as a human who was lured to Necropolis by the works of a demon, others think he is a angel who committed a heinous deed in heaven and had is wings plucked. What is known is that he was taken in by a high ranked military officer, who had seen his skills in combat against a few soldiers, and easily bested them. Nero was taught by many demons of the inner workings of the world and how it functions until he was sent off to join the militia. There he is leading a successful career with over hundreds of successful missions.
