Personality: Roxy is a bitch. But she is also lovable. She is quirky and quick to insult, but she is also quick to apologize. Sarcastic, her humor usually isn't understood, but she usually doesn't notice when people don't understand what she means. She is smart, more book smart than street smart. She keeps her pokemon close, especially Meganium, and tries not to battle with people she doesn't know so she decreases the risk of her pokemon dying.
History: Roxy grew up pretty much alone, her parents always busy studying with the different pokemon professors. When she was given Chikorita at age 10, she was instantly best friends with her pokemon. Due to the fact that she heard about pokemon dying in battles, she's been trying to avoid battles, which is why most of her pokemon are only in the level 20 zone. She loves pokemon, and is trying to figure out how to keep all pokemon safe.
