By the time Haruka turned back to hunt his demon prey, he saw that the shadow he had his eyes on seemed to dissappear, "W-what? Did any one kill it? Or catch it at the very least?" Most of the demons around him seemed to have been silent as they looked at one another, showing eyes that told the truth as they shook their heads. Haruka growled now, growing frustrated, "That damn exorcist... if I just hadn't had to have paid attention to her... I could have caught it! Damn it! Why-"
Before he could continue, he felt something very, very hard hit his head, "Now, that's enough swearing for you child." A familiar voice said, "No more. You're going to cause trouble, and any more trouble will lead to more fighting. That demon is gone, probably moved to another area of this city to bother the others. It's not our concern until it returns, so lets head back home."
Haruka, as much as he hated it, had to listen to his elder, so quietly, he followed behind Sheena. The rest of the demons went back to the alley way, most of them walking past humans, maybe stealing a thing or two just for fun, but other than that, no harm was done.
"Older by at least a year for sure..." Naota answered quietly, as if speaking to himself since he went in the opposite direction. He actually decided not to go to the guild, for once. Instead, he was thinking of visiting the clock tower, where most of the demons roamed by. Many humans stayed away from it because people said that there was many murders there which is most definitely a lie. But it allows to leave the demons in peace. Naota thinks of it like the center home of the regular demons, where they all crowd together, and usually, they wouldn't allow any humans or exorcists to get near them, but Naota always had his ways of persuasion.
