Blair doesn't bother with "fashion". She has her own style, and it's pure class. Dresses that flatter her figure, skirts and shirts, and always, always heels. She's the type of person that makes a t-shirt and jeans look classy, but she's seldom seen in them. She's seldom seen completely bare-faced, but she's mastered the art of simplistic makeup that enhances her features without it being obviously noticeable that she's wearing makeup. It's enough so that when she dresses up and does fancier makeup, she's stunning, barely recognisable.

Blair is one of those people where her family's affluence seems to be seeping out of her every pore. That perfect, flawless, scarless skin speaks of only the best remedies, her gorgeous, perfect hair of the best styling, best treatments. She's undeniably pretty, with big green-blue eyes, with long lashes, a little on the shorter side but slim, her figure boyish and yet with some curves. Her bottom lip is fuller than her top, her nose is narrow, and her cheekbones are high and defined.

Blair loves expensive perfume. She's pretty much always wearing nail polish, her nails perfectly manicured. Fresh fruit is her ultimate snack, but she also has a weakness for smores and brownies. She loves cats. Blair loves the smell of roses and fresh flowers in general. Pink lipstick is a must have for her. Millennial pink and rose gold are tied for her favourite colour. She adores the smell of coffee. She loves acoustic and orchestral music, especially the piano and cello.

She dislikes the taste of pretty much all coffee, as well as ordinary tea. Rats and snakes creep her out. She hates the colour green for the most part. Heavy, cloying perfume as well as overly sweet perfumes make her gag. She hates mushrooms and bland food. She hates being seen as evil because of her family. She just doesn't get lazy people. She hates ancient runes because they all look the same to her. Dubstep and a lot of electronic music just annoy her.

Blair is a torn person. Her family has raised her on one outlook all along; you must do what must be done to succeed. Dark magic was a part of her life. Her wand seems to align her to the dark arts. Her family looked at the powerful, the promising. Blair doesn’t disagree with this. She likes ambition, she likes magic, she likes those who can match her blow for blow with words or spells. Her family doesn’t distinguish on blood and neither does Blair. Magic is magic, regardless of the blood flowing in a person’s veins. But she saw someone murdered in front of her own eyes and that terrifies her. The power to take away somebody’s life with two small words terrifies her. What’s more, her family never saw Blair as powerful or ambitious. They just wanted to marry her off to someone powerful, the type of person who would change the world. Meanwhile, Blair herself wants power. Not to be the pretty accessory on someone’s arm. To be powerful. No matter what it takes.
Blair is a natural leader. She's naturally charismatic, good at making people respect her. She's got a little too much ice, her edges a little too sharp, for her to be the effortless queen bee, but she can get that respect. She works well with people, more diplomatic and compromising than many people expect. She's got a dry, sarcastic sense of humour that people don't always recognise at first, but then she gives it away with that wry smile. She likes other people's jokes, but it takes a lot to make her really laugh. She's ambitious, but recognises the value of people in that ambition. She isn't above using people to get another step up the ladder, but does it in such a way that people don't always realise they've been used, because she doesn't forget them. Small tokens of gratitude, offering them help, a good word, anything that will make them feel appreciated. Blair will do what it takes, and she's ruthless; but she also knows the value of people.

H I S T O R Y
The Williamsons may not have been the most powerful or the most influential family in Salem, but they were there, and they were known. They were known to be polite, friendly, involved in the community... and also known to be involved in dark magic. Nobody dared ask why or how. They ran a number of successful businesses, and yet everyone knew there was something dark there. Not blood supremacy. The Williamsons openly condemned it and openly employed Muggleborns, as long as they showed potential. Many conveniently forgot about the darker side of their magic as they bought their products, eager to stay on their good side, and telling themselves that they weren't actively harming people, so how bad could they really be?
Blair was the second of three children and the only girl. Her mother was thrilled to have another girl in the house, and especially when Blair didn't reject the femininity but instead embraced it. Long hair, pretty bows, everything pink. Blair and her mother were close for so long. Weekly manicures were their favourite bonding activity. But as Blair's magic appeared and she reached puberty, their relationship started to change. Bella was more focused on how pretty Blair was than how powerful she was. She was a better witch than her older brother, but her mother just handed her another spot remedy and told her how lucky a boy would be to have her.
It came to a head when Blair was fourteen. She was home for the summer, exploring the house and practicing her favourite charms on her brothers. She was up later than she should have been, and overheard her parents arguing with the manager of one of their businesses. He'd been lying about the figures and taking the rest for himself. In two words and a flash of green light, he was dead. Blair screamed and her parents discovered her outside the room. Ever since, her relationship with her parents has been changing drastically. She thinks that people should get the choice to fight, to have a chance of survival. But that curse took it from him.
Her parents still hope she might settle down with a nice young warlock that they deem suitable. But she has her eyes set higher than that, and she's determined to get there. She's been doing well in school, and she's not going to rest on her laurels or her family's name. She honestly doesn't care about boys being allowed into the school; honestly, she welcomes the added competition.
