Thea siffled a bit and wiped the tears from her face before sitting up. She still wouldn't look at him, because she looked a mess and she knew it. "Sorry..." she mumbled to him.
Jace laughed. "Nah, I wouldn't go and do that." He said, suddenly remembering their first kiss. Surely he wouldn't get another, but he could still have some slight hoping and daydreaming.

Issac looked down at his clothes, which were wet now. The water hadn't burned him, be he still felt uncomfortable. He looked at Thea. "It's alright. Are you ok now?" he asked, more concerned about her well being than anything else.
Art shrugged, still convinced that there was no other way to fix her problem of being too blunt. "Eh, if I ever start talking too much though please do." She smiled and too a sip of her hot chocolate.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine." She said absent mindedly. She looked up and saw the mess she had made. She saw that she had soaked Isaac with something that smelled like hot chocolate. She got up and went to him, throwing her arms around his chest, since she was too short to reach anything else. "I am so sorry!" She stepped back and looked him up and down, a concerned look on her face. "Are you burned?"
Jace got a crooked grin on his face. "Now, if I do that then all my chances of getting another kiss are gone." He said and laughed. He wondered if she would slap him. Some girls did.

Issac looked down at himself. "I don't think so," he said. The initial contact had burned a bit but he was sure it was nothing too serious. Forgetting that Thea was right in front of him, he took off his shirt and started inspecting himself. He wasn't very muscular, but he'd been told before that he had a nice body.
Art normally would have punched a guy for saying that, but the last thing she wanted was for Jace to leave again. Well, she was sure it wouldn't be difficult to find him since they were trapped. She laughed. "That's true," she said, though she wasn't sure if she would kiss him without a good reason. At least being trapped inside meant she wouldn't fail at skiing again. Part of her wanted to kiss him now, the other did not and wanted to slap him silly. Then again, Artemis just plain hated most guys. Ever since their dad had left she'd been on guard around every male that wasn't Issac.

Thea sniffled a bit and picked at a string that was hanging off her pants. She the brought her knees to her chest and laid her chin on them. "I'm not sure what to say... I don't know what to do..." She said honestly and quietly, her voice slightly hoarse from the yelling and screaming.

Thea cleared her throat in preparation to speak. She refused to look him in the eye as she told her story. "Daddy wasn't a very nice man... I wasn't allowed to do much. Then, whenever I didn't do as he said... Daddy hurt me. And he locked me in the closet. He told me I had to think on what I did." Thea couldn't say anything else. She started sobbing softly into her hands.

They still might end up bunching into a corner though once the heat died. He stood and offered out a hand to her. "That sounds like a good idea. We'll turn all of them off but what we need.
