Power:
Asher is able to freeze the air within a certain radius, creating ice out of nothing. The process takes about up to 5 seconds, depending on the size of the object he is freezing. Asher can also manipulate the shape of the object, the most common shape you’d see the ice forming being an ice-sword (which gives him the title: Blade). At most, Asher can freeze the air to make an object his size.
If you want to really push his limits, Asher is able to lower the temperature of the entire room. However, to lower the temperature enough for the occupants to actually start feeling cold is slow, as Asher has to force the temperature to lower outside his normal range. If Asher tries to do this for too long, he would become mentally exhausted.
True Potential power:
Asher, when provoked too much, is able to lower the temperature of the entire room faster than he would normally do. The process takes about 10 seconds to reach 30 degrees Celsius. Asher’s range of power also increases by twice as much, and Asher can focus his powers to flash-freeze an object (instantaneously pulling its temperature down way below freezing point). This state lasts only for 1 minute. After that, he gets wiped out from exhaustion.
Personality:
Asher is generally a nice guy. Whatever you do to him, he treats you back the same way. If you somehow hate him, he would act coldly around you. If you are willing to be his friend, then he wouldn’t mind. Asher has a lot of likes that vary in the media. Rock for music, anime for television, non-fiction for books, etc. However, his likes in general are really broad, so they do overlap in a lot of cases.
Asher is never one to go in a noisy setting. He hates it, since so many sounds are blasting in his ear. Asher prefers to be in a quiet place, like a library or something.
Asher is usually one to stay within a relatively small group of friends, yet one that isn’t too small. He can’t handle being in a confined space, nor can he handle being alone. This was how he usually was in society, and he still is the same- get a small group of allies, then be with them.
Backstory:
Asher is the only son to a family in the United States of America. He was born into another family, which is unknown to him, even right now. Asher was put up for adoption at an early age and was adopted by a German family, which gave him his German surname.
Asher had gone to public schools. However, man students laughed at this fact, and would joke and insult about it. However, there would always be some good friends that would look past that and look at him for his persona. Asher was always thankful for that, and he was even more thankful after the age of 10.
At that age, Asher’s parents had died. You see, Asher’s parents were very old and were at the point of being unable to give birth. So, they decided to adopt, which they did. Now, their old age has been getting to them, and Asher watched as they slowly deteriorated. First it would be complex tasks which Asher had to step in. Then physical tolls, then it would slide downhill until they died. Asher was put up for adoption again, this time to a younger- but stricter- family. They disciplined him, gave him practically what you’d find in an army. Asher had to run away, which was when he was 15 years old.
Eventually, authorities caught up to him and brought him back. A few years later, and not surprisingly, Asher called 911. Why? A meteor had struck his house, killing his parents and thankfully uninjuring him. However, Asher wasn’t saved from the radiation, and his eye and hair color became silver and icy blue. Asher, in the panic of seeing flames, froze the meteor uncontrollably. Just before authorities arrived, a man had picked up the unconscious boy.
