The people who live in Death City must be very jaded or just plain ignorant to the things outside their individual lives. Miles was here to hunt a man who butchered over a hundred people in a Japanese Embassy and the streets where still lively without a hint of tension. Whatever the case was with the people of Death City with more people on the street the better the chance of having seen his target or so one would believe. "Yawn~. I guess the Embassy is as good a place as any to start." Miles said aloud speaking to no one other himself.

There was one problem with his plan however, he had no idea how to navigate through the city. At first he tried to find his way on his own, but ran into a myriad of dead end streets or just in plain circles. This sure was a curiously constructed city the only part of the city that was visible almost at all times was a building that even someone like Miles knew, the DWMA. Deciding it would probably be better to ask for directions instead of wandering around on his own. He stopped a pair of children who seemed to be head for the DWMA, probably students, and asked them. "Excuse the intrusion, but could you please tell me the way to the Japanese Embassy?"

The students were unable to help Miles as the final call bell had begun to ring at the academy causing them to have to leave with only an apology. As fortune would have it however a man in red had over heard him asking for direction and offered them up himself. Though there are, by far, stranger sights walking around Death City, this man clad in his red armor with a samurai haircut stood out to Miles. The man he was speaking to matched the wanted poster to a tee. Miles not wanting to waste such a perfect opportunity presented to him smirked as he turned to face the man in red. "Thank you very much for the information. However it seems what I came looking for is right in front of my eyes, Kuroda Kinji." Miles replied reading his sword with the toothpick he was chewing on dancing around his lips.

Kinji raised a brow resting his hand on his blade he eyed Miles carefully. "I must warn you... those who know ones name are destined to die by their sword. "You see I've been following you since you took the mission board. I hope your stronger then you are boastful." He slowly drew one of his Katana holding the blade upside down so the spine was firmly pressed against his forearm. "Come... words are wasted on the weak."

Caroline looked over the missions as it was her turn to choose. Finally she found one that caught her interest, the Vertigo Samurai. Vertigo? Did it have the ability to make people lose their balance or some such thing? "Hmm, this one seems intriguing," She remarked to Malcolm, "it requires at least one other team though." After a moment she spotted a pair of familiar faces, said faces belonged to Dorian and Sophia.

Caroline walked over to the two, she didn't know them that well but they seemed fairly friendly. She decided that ,since she selected the mission, she should probably be the one to ask them to company her and Malcolm. "Excuse me Dorian, Sophia, would the two of you like to help Malcolm and me with this mission?" Caroline held out the card as she asked.

Before Amanda could start Ryuho heard the quick approaching foot steps and the loud voices of Calyx and the Edenburg twins bursting into the room. "No problem at all, guys. It's quite alright." Ryuho said holding his forehead as if he were enduring a head ache. He didn't possess the energy to scold anyone for anything. The only thing he could think of doing was laying down. "Now, what was that you were saying Amanda? Something about a meister request?"

Miles lower himself into a more appropriate battle ready stance. "Very well, we will play it your way." the very second he uttered the last word it seemed as if Miles had disappeared all that could be seen is the white blur from his overly large cape. He closed the gap with great speed, but not one so great that any decently trained warrior would not be able to follow. When he was mere feet away he drew his sword and with a powerful stroke he slashed at Kinji.

"Tsukasa, I know almost everyone here and have never heard of him." Calyx said. "But I think you need to go off on a vacation of sorts before you kill yourself!" "You look sorta sickly, boss man!" Adam said as he arrived behind Cal with his twin in toe.

"Hmmm." Miles was sure that the blade missed its mark yet it still managed to cut him. Indeed it was a strange ability his bounty had, but it had been partly Miles' fault as well for underestimating him. He backed off a bit from Kinji with a more serious look on hid face and standing at the distance they had originally been at before the fight started, Miles removed his large white cape and spit out the toothpick that was in his mouth. Under that large cape he wore a simple dark blue Gi and at this point he had no intention of letting Kinji inflict another wound on his body. Again Miles rushed towards his opponent, but this time however was much faster to the point were only a few people in the world could follow his movements to their fullest. "Flash: Dragon Flurry" Miles slashed at Kinji multiple times with a new angle for each stroke giving him little room for a counterattack.

Dorian merely sighed and adjusted his glasses as he lead his partner to the library, "Do you know why I am trying to make you a lady? Because class allows for soul flexibility, which means we can improve our bond and even make you a stronger weapon if we find ourselves on missions where I cannot accompany you. To fight with class is to fight with utmost purity, refining oneself in life allows for a refining of one's technique. Just being strong is not enough, a mouse could easily take down an ox with the right refinement of technique, where the ox has more power, it is unrefined, stupid. Therefore it is important that you work to become a lady in order to help refine your abilities as a weapon. Do you see now?"

Nodding "I do, I also think that if your a tad bit more flexable it'd help you be a better meister. Sometimes you have to fight dirty." Shrugging "As long as I don't have to wear a skirt i'm happy....that isnt part of my training is it? because that is just unnessessary." Walking up to the library door she calmly waits for Dorian to open the door and strides through the open door over to the card cataloge and starts to flip through it

Dorian nodded, "If victory requires one to fight dirty, then that is a victory best not claimed. To sacrifice one's honor for any means is to sacrifice one's own meaning of fighting." Dorian's resolve was strong when it came to one's honor. "Now then, come along, we have research to do." With that the young man moved to the sections in which the maps and books of geography were kept.

Dorian smiled, "Once again we are in accord. I don't exactly see how an anchor would be good in stealth. Besides that, I believe we need to work on our Soul Resonance more, and these group attacks would be perfect for training. So our main focus will be to cause as much destruction as we can in order to give our team mates as much time as possible. Understood?"
Grinning slowly "I like destruction. I can do destruction. I'll go check the maps and journal out. See if there's any mention of the boss in any mission reports ok? I'll be back soon" Sophia pulled her pocket watch out of one of the many pockets in her overalls and flipping it over "We have about half an hour till we meet at the tea house."
Dorian nodded, "I think I have a few ideas how to overcome the vertigo he's implied to induce, but it will take time and effort to prepare everyone. This thing has survived this long for a reason so it will be in our best interest to not rush into this. I'll be right back." With that Dorian disappeared into an aisle containing books pertaining to different folklore creatures and field notes on encounters with creatures, "Now let's see...." Dorian muttered to himself as he continued up and down the aisle.
Sophia carefully rolled up the blueprints and slipping them back into their carrier, capping the parcel as she moved over to the main desk to sign out their haul and return the card she had swiped from the catalog. Slipping into an armchair, Sophia drifted off into a nap until her meister walked over with an old tome and a grin on his face.

Kinji's movements were swift, swift enough to at least block all the strikes that Miles made against him though it was apparent that all his focus was devoted to defending himself lest he get struck by the flurry of blows. Miles chided himself a bit for initially underestimating his opponent as he saw the gleam of his opponents weapon as it stretched twice the size of what could visible be seen. It was interesting to be sure, but Miles had to end this fight soon and to do that he would have to continue his offensive. Random fights out on the open streets were never appreciated in any city, it would be best to end it now before anyone came to interfere. "Flash: Five Head Dragon" In an instant miles was upon Kinji again and struck him in five vital points of the body so quickly that it seemed and felt simultaneous.

As she felt her meister walk up, Sophia cracked an eye and stayed silent and confused as her usually stoic meister smile down at her "'chu find?" Dorian smiled and held up the tome "I've found what we're looking for, the rest of the needed information. Let's get on to the tea house." Sighing and stretching from the tips of her fingers to the soles of her feet, she smiles up at her meister. "Secrets secrets are no fun, secrets are for everyone...But if you want to be all dramatic...who am I to deny you?" Rising, adjusting her satchel with the blue prints and books, she pats Dorian's cheek, like her uncles used to do to her "You're just too cute to deny you little things." Quirking the corner of her lips at his deer-in-the-headlights look in his eyes, she giggles, taking his arm and leads him off to the tea house.

"I am sure I'll meet your master eventually since i am sure some one will want him dead. Today however you are my target and you have lost." Miles felt there was no need to draw out this fight any longer his opponent fought with his all as a warrior and had lost it was time to collect his bounty. He swiftly spun around Kinji's broken sword and pierced trough his armor and heart with one powerful stab.

As his opponent lay dead before him, Miles sheathed his own sword and collected Kinji's as proof that it was him who slayed the bounty. After doing so Miles collected and put his cape on and walked off leaving in the directions to the Japaneses embassy as Kinji instructed him just before they fought.

Kagu might get a strange feeling that something was horrible amiss.... Ryuho and Amanda would be more then able to see the glowing red eyes of Maria standing behind Kagu her mouth contorted into a scowl. "Soul Shatter" She spoke with cold blooded intent as she extended her finger towards Kagu... a single touch would shatter the boy's resolve and courage. With barely a second in between of her first attack our voice rang out again with a much louder shout. "Double Palm Soul Strike!" She moved both of her hands forward with incredible force in an attempt to send Kagu flying out the room's window.

Amanda stared wide eyed at the strange 'golem' that came at her. She cried shrilly before rolling to the side and back stabbing to keep out of the creature's attack range. "Ryuho why is the gnome summoning things to attack me!"
