Her gun once upon a time killed vampires, by using an energy similar to the sun, but she had modified it so that it would only blind humans, though it could destroy a vampires sight. Her voice carried to the vampire behind her only. "Close your eyes," she whispered and the gun's burst of light echoed in the room, blinding those around her that didn't shield their eyes for a moment. Then she grasped Imi's hand and pulled her off toward a hall that was shrouded in darkness. Her speed putting a good distance between them and the stunned hunters.

"I think I can run on my own. I mean, I'm only half so I might not be as fast as you, but... I don't want to be the one to slow you down" Imi said, looking up at the redhead.
Sure, it might be helpful if she could just tag along, but making a helpful stranger weak by taking care of her? It was no way she was going to let that happen.

Her eyes stared at the other with a bright blueness that was so compelling by itself. She put a hand on her hip for a moment. "Well, do you want the master's help or not?" She asked, because she was still master of the city, it was uncommon for her to be unaware of a halfing in her wits, but it was not in vampire law for halflings to find the vampire master and let them know of their presence. Because you'll only slow yourself down until the killers catch up to you." She mentioned, waiting for an answer.

"My night was annoying. I know I should have greeted you like that, but I just have been having a bad night, and I am grumpy right now." As she touched the cross, he but it back around his neck.

''You're always grumpy. I can defend myself so please stop it with the cross,'' she mumbled, being grumpy herself.

A few moments earlier
Imi had agreed to be helped by the stranger. It wouldn't be that bad to accept her help, right? She was a vampire like her, and that would mean that she would protect Imi, right?
But...it just didn't make sense. She'd gotten in fights with vampires from other clans before...what if this was the same? What if it was a trap?
"Um...now that I think about it...I...I don't think I can join you. I'm sorry, but... I just really need to get revenge on that killer guy. I won't let anyone just kill my friends and let them get away with it" she said. Without a second thought she left the place, calling up some of the members from her clan and telling them about Glade - his apperance, the last location he was seen, all of that - and helped them track him down.
Present
Imi was in the background a little, looking as her clan members were attacking the hunter and...his wife? He had a wife? It made her feel bad... the wife hadn't done anything! But...her clan members would be hungry, and by now it was too late for her to do anything about it... right?

Glade did not have his shoes on, so he could not use his cleats on his. He tried kicking him, but it did not work. He reached for hi gun, and shot a stake at this man stomach. The man dropped to his knee's. "You shot me! You bastard!" He yelled.
