Power: Telepathy/ absolute empathy
Power Control: by touching someone she can read any of their thoughts and pull memories from the persons subconscious. between 0 and 20ft away she can read a persons thoughts and the underlying emotions. between 20ft and 300ft she can read base intentions and emotions with only slight inaccuracies. Farther than 300ft her ability to read people decreases exponentially she can read some base emotions but has to concentrate really hard.
Power Limitations: because her power opens her up to everyone around her she has been forced to build herself a mental wall so as to be able to function as a normal human being . for limited spans of time she can remove this wall but it is extremely exhausting and she may black out if she does it for too long.
Personallity
Kelsey would appear to be your typical happy-go-lucky blonde. She has a tendency to mask fear and insecurely with bravado and overbearing optimism. Yet upon closer observation, she is fiercely competitive constantly seeking validation through the false artifice of competition. Secretly she always feels that her life is speeding out of her control and yet going nowhere fast. When you finally pull away her layers of protection you will find one of the truest, kindest people you may ever meet. She also has an uncanny ability for giving strong advice, she is a very caring friend and a good listener
