Hanna Marie Johnson's Story

I rushed around the cabin, attempting to get all of my things packed away before anyone popped in to say hello. Not that I thought anyone would. It was a place for 'troubled teens' afterall, so I was probably going to be spending however long with a bunch of anti-social kids with issues. Great.

Hazer, whom was peering out of the narrowly opened door, turned around to look at me. I looked back at him and he barked, bounding towards me. He gave me a few licks before barking again. "I know, I know, dude. Hold on a second" I mumbled, searching through my duffle bag. I pulled out a small can and a metal bowl. After taking a while to open the can, I poured its contents into the bowl and lay it down next to my bed. I watched Hazer chomp down his food like he'd never eaten before in his life, I sighed to myself then patted the dog on the back.

Now that everything was sorted, I wasn't just going to mope around in my cabin all day. I walked outside of the door and noticed a girl stood not too far from cabin three. "Uhm, hello?" I called out to her, walking in her direction. "My name is Ash, nice to meet you. And you might be?" I asked, one eyebrow curving upwards in question.

If I'm going to be staying here for a while, I might aswell make some new friends, despite how weird or freaky they might be.

"Power? You mean like, Superman power? Very funny." she said speaking rather quickly. Andrew wasn't sure if she just didn't know she had a power or if she was just playing dumb but he knew for a fact that this girl did have a special ability whether she wanted to admit it or not. He watched as she tried to avoid the conversation opting to unpack her bag rather than expose her secret gift. Unlucky for her she hadn't packed many things and within minutes she was finished and Andrew still sat there waiting for an answer. As Heidi turned around to face him she had some kind of expression on her face that was pushing towards the confused side but Andrew wasn't buying it. Sighing he figured maybe the best way to get her to show her power was for him to show him hers.

Getting up from the bed he walked over to her "Look I know you have some kind of ability. Whether or not you knew that coming into this whole experience am not a hundred percent sure. All I know is every camper here has something that makes them ..... among the supernatural, so if your a camper at this camp you not exactly a "normal" person" he said making hand quotes when he used the word normal. "How about this. In return for me showing you what makes me ... special you show me what makes you special." he said ending with one of his persuasive smiles. He didn't give her chance to make a decision on his offer as he turned and walked out the door, not waiting to make sure she was behind him he phased into his wolf form. He wasn't sure what her reaction would be to this but he was just hoping this went better than when Hanna found out.
