“This is what I’m wearing into battle.”
Braego took a step toward her. The bigger man standing taller even then the long legged beauty. With but only a few inches between them the air between them was heavy with unspoken flirtations and silent challenges. Braego's eyes drifted down her frame before rising to meet and lock with her eyes.
"Hmm.... Impressive. If your magic suit holds you may not need me to save you after all."
He said with only a hint of a wry smile. Valentina's gaze was unflinching and met his boldly. She was different than any of those constantly giggling lady's of Asgard when speaking to Braego. At his home while primarily known for his skill as a warrior Braego did have something of a reputation as a philanderer. The damsels would quake at the knees at the sight of the handsome young warrior all ablaze with the glory of battle and would need little more than a quick smile or a word to throw themselves at the prince of Asgard. Braego was usually too preoccupied with his martial training to be chasing women but he would indulge himself from time to time yet here he found himself incapable of turning away from the radiant Ms. Stark. Luckily Zach's voice brought him back to the task at hand. Braego turned to look at Rogers as he spoke.
Hmm... I know what we should do." he started. "The two gods, and Hulkster can be a distraction..." he looked over at Braego. "Because as much as I'd like to whoop some ass with this god right here...I'm afraid I might steal all his thunder." he joked. "Lark, Stark and I can sneak around the other side of the base and destroy whatever they've got in terms of plans and whatnot on their computers." he looked back around to the others. "Just throwing it out there..."
Braego stepped forward with his fist tightly clenching around his weapon.
"My sister and I can divert the forces inside on our own. Leave the beast."
He said with blatant distaste for the young Banner. Then a half smile appeared on Braego's face as he took a step towards Zach.
"As for stealing my thunder..."
Lightning began to crackle around the Bane Jotunheim accenting the demigods words.
"...I'd like to see you try friend."
With that Braego rocketed off into the sky towards the complex ahead of them. Knowing his sister would arrive in seconds he did not wait for her and with a roar hurled his hammer at the front gates. The weapon sailed through the air and battered down the massive metal gates without slowing. It continued on to create a massive gaping hole in the side of the building before returning to Breago's hand. Countless sirens and alarms went off within the facility followed by a torrent of troops and mechanized war machines that flooded out of the base to meet the new threat. Braego only watched with a dark smile fixed on his face.
"Good...Send all you can muster for there are none that can stand against the might of the Son of Thor!"
"As for stealing my thunder..."
Lightning began to crackle around the Bane Jotunheim accenting the demigods words.
"...I'd like to see you try friend."
"Ah, so you caught my pun?" Zach said as the demigod's weapon roared with the sound of the heavens above colliding.
With that Braego rocketed off into the sky towards the complex ahead of them.
"Well, I'd say that Banner comes with us....but I can't imagine a hulk being the quietest thing around....nevermind. Ok, lets go. We can use these here jetpacks that they left us...." he looked down, to be greeted by a few small briefcases. "Err, well..." he sighed. "What the hell's this?"
As he said that, he picked one up and started examining it. Accidently hitting a button, the briefcase latched itself onto him and quickly formed into a jetpack.
"Would you look at that?" he mumbled as a joystick of some sort found its way into his hand. He began moving the joystick and messing with the controls before speaking."You know, in hindsight, they should've taught us how to use-" he was cut off as he began flying up at a rapid speed. "WHOA!" in a panic, he started messing with the controls more, throwing him in different directions until utimately, he found the ground.
He smacked into the ground in a rather quick descent and remained motionless.
Lark reached behind her to her quiver of arrows and took two of the normal ones. With expert precision, she shot the two guards that she could see on the roof and grinned to herself as they fell. Lark reached behind her once more, took an arrow, and shot it at the roof right in between where the two guards had landed. However, half of the arrow stayed with Lark, leaving a long cord between the two halves. Lark grinned widely to herself. This had to be one of her favorite arrows. With one last took behind her to Zach and Stark, she yelled, "What're ya waitin' for?" with a mischievous grin, and pressing the button on her half of the arrow. Almost instantly, she had taken off and was headed for the HYDRA complex.
The cord on the arrow stopped a bit short which allowed Lark to land silently on the side of the complex. Lark began to scale the side of the building as she had done so many times before. She made it to the top and quickly pulled the two arrows from the guards and one from the ground and pushed a button on the third one. The remaining cord whizzed up the side of the building and then snapped back into the other half of the arrow. Placing the arrows back in her quiver, Lark looked around at the unsuspecting guards who were still turned away from her and then turned silently around to look back at Stark and Zach, willing them with her eyes to get over there. She could maybe take these guards out on her own, but where would the fun in that be?
"Yeah, don't worry about me, I'm fine." he grunted as he pushed off the ground. Besides dusting up his suit, that fall didn't do much. He watched as Lark killed a couple of guards and shot an arrow, which produced a cable of some sort in which she was to use to get over there.
"What're ya waitin' for?" with a mischievous grin, and pressing the button on her half of the arrow. Almost instantly, she had taken off and was headed for the H.Y.D.R.A complex.
"Guess she didn't need this..." he looked down at his jetpack. "Lets give this another shot, shall we?" he pressed a larger button on the throttle of the machine and in lifted him off the ground, slowly. With caution, he pushed the stick forward, causing him to go straight in front of him.
After a minute, he was now reletivaly good with the machine. He did learn things quickly.
Placing the arrows back in her quiver, Lark looked around at the unsuspecting guards who were still turned away from her and then turned silently around to look back at Stark and Zach, willing them with her eyes to get over there.
Zach began approaching the base with haste. He drew his sword and readied it. He was moderately surprised that the jetpack was as silent as it was, but that didn't faze him. Before the few guards noticed what was approaching them, they were cut down by a few swift strokes from Peacemaker.
Making another round, he landed on the roof. "Is that all of them here?" he laughed.
"Now that's more like it..."
With that Braego leapt at the HYDRA mech and cleaved it in two with a single swing of his mighty weapon. The axe end slicing cleanly throught the mechanical creation. Braego followed up by wading through the foot soldiers swinging the hammer end again and again sending HYDRA toopers flying. After the twelth trooper was sent sailing he raised he left hand and lighting shot from his finger tips ending the lives of three troopers in a torrent of screams and white hot electricity. Braego turned just as a second combat mech reached him. He roared and brought his hammer down, caving in the cockpit and leaving nothing but a bloody mess in the interior of the suit. Braego whirled around and hurled the Bane of Jotunheim through the crowd taking out several troopers and mechs in one move. With his hammer barrelling through the enemy line the HYDRA troops must have thought he was defensless and surged. They thought wrong. Braego began laying into the two nearest troopers with merely his fists. The blows dropped them men in seconds. Just before his weapon returned to him Braego extneded both his hands outwards, with open palms. The Asgardian prince had called fourth wind to assualt the forces surrounding him. The furious gale sent the HYDRA troopers flying and putting significant distance between Braego and the enemy. The Bane of Jotumheim returned to Braego's hand seconds after. The son of Thor smiled boldly as he then began to advance alone on the force ahead of him.
Despite her raging battle fury, when she caught sight of her brother, she waved and shouted, “Enjoying yourself so far, Braego?” She turned to slice another man in half.
“Enjoying yourself so far, Braego?”
Freya's voice called to him from across the battlefield. Her brother laughed before kicking an advancing trooper in the chest and sending back into the ranks of his bretheren.
"They're not frost giants!"
The Asgardian prince said before pausing to let loose a lightning bolt from his hand, blasting a mech clean off its feet.
"But they make up for it in numbers!"
He finished with a grin before he took a step back and lifted the hammer high above its head. The Bane of Jotumheim became alive with arcing lightning before Braego roared and brought the hammer down onto the ground sending out a shockwave that obliterated the forces infront of him in a wide arc. The earthgave way to the force of the impact leaving nothing but destruction in its wake.
"Oh well", he muttered as multiple flashes of lightning destroyed the ranks of their enemies. He turned towards Lark. "So, we going?" he walked up to the door that led into the facility and promptly kicked it in. He was surprised at the ease in which he kicked the door open. Must be his strength, because personally, he had never kicked a door down before.
A guard at the end of the room turned at the noise of his intrusion and opened fire. Zach blocked with his shield, which definetly wouldn't break under fire from such a weak weapon. Ironically, he was using an old MP40, which didn't even cause Zach to recoil. Instead, he walked forward, bullets ricocheting bullets in many directions. When he reached the soldier, who was desperately trying to reload. The doomed soldier recieved a shield bash, killing him instantly, much to Zach's surprise. He forgot how hard he could hit, and was hoping to kill him with his sword, but there were others....
"This room is clear, come on, fair maidens!" he took up an older english accent as he shouted.

Jordan stood and roared a feral ear shattering blood curdling roar. (the roar- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3BGbwwD ... re=related ) Jordan looked as some HYDRA guards fled and others shuddered in fear. Jordan then looked at Braego and smiled.
"They're not frost giants!" Braego said.
Jordan smirked. "I am." he said to himself. Jordan looked at the demi-gods and he ran over to them. "Need any help?" he asked them. Jordan's voice was very deep and horse, it was like his words were made of lead.
Freya was so surprised at the almost unrecognizable voice, her scythe fell short of a full swing and she was almost completely mobbed. As the men rushed forward, she growled a ferocious growl and swung her scythe at full force. Limbs and body parts flew in every which way, all but drenching her lithe figure in the crimson blood of the dead. Without looking at him, she kept going at the soldiers and called out to him, "Sure. Why not?"

Jordan scared himself with how he liked violence, that's why he hated fighting, he wasn't himself, it wasn't like him.
Valentina laughed, placing a hand on her hip in what would have normally been a rather provocative pose, and said “You’d be surprised how many guys actually like it.” She momentarily thought back to a few rather entertaining evenings involving the suit, multiple men, and various substances. Laughing to herself she looked back up and saw Braego taking a few steps towards her. He stopped only inches away from her and though she was exceptionally tall, especially with the added inches in the suit, Braego stood over her as a mass of golden muscle and testosterone.
Braego's eyes drifted down her frame before rising to meet and lock with her eyes.
"Hmm.... Impressive. If your magic suit holds you may not need me to save you after all."
“I built it. It will hold.” She replied confidently, gaze unwavering, and felt the spark of chemistry between herself and the burly demi-god. “I do not need saving.” She added in a harder voice than before, irritated that he assumed that he would be the one saving her. Yes, he was a demi-god, but she already had the feeling he would barrel into battle without thinking. Actions like that were dangerous and as far as she was concerned she was more likely to have to save his ass.
"Hey guys, maybe this is just the sneaky inner assassin blood talkin', but maybe instead of just blowing things up, we sneak in there, Stark gets all that crap off their computers that we were told to get, and then we blow stuff up." Lark looked around.
Val looked away from Braego’s dark eyes and towards Lark with an impressed smile, “At least there’s two of us in this group that can use our brains. I’m with you, Lark.” She said casually, as though what she said was not an insult to everyone else.
"Hmm...
She considered this plan for a moment and then shook her head, “Before anyone blows anything up I should do a scan for-“ She began but Braego stepped forward and spoke.
"My sister and I can divert the forces inside on our own. Leave the beast."
A moment later he had taken off to the sky with Freya on his heels. She glared after the pair in annoyance, “They’re going to get us killed.” Valentina said under her breath. Though she was not certain, there was the distinct possibility of highly unstable matter being in the plants. Since HYDRA was making weapons of war they could not just begin blowing things up aimlessly. If the lightning struck a building with a reactor or unstable matter used in making some of the more disastrous bombs… then it would be lights out for everyone in a very wide radius. Yet, everyone seemed happy to rush off without a true plan. Idiots.
"WHOA!" in a panic, he started messing with the controls more, throwing him in different directions until utimately, he found the ground.
She snapped out of her thoughts and looked down at Zach with a laugh, “Come on, Golden Boy. Don’t touch things you don’t understand.” Valentina said as Lark nudged him to get up. Though Zach was a good looking guy she had her doubts about him in other ways. There was no information on how well he fought in battle so she was interested to see him do his thing.
After some more words between the group Lark shot and a few arrows and ziplined to one of the buildings in the distance. Captain America’s son soon followed unsteadily on the jet pack while Jordan ‘hulked out’ and took off after the demi-gods leaving Valentina alone. Quickly she put her helmet on, a quiet clicking sound signaling that it was connected. In front of her eyes a complex screen appeared giving her details on everything around her.
“Good evening, Miss.” The calm voice of EVE said in her ear as Val scanned the buildings with the advanced technology of her suit, “What are we looking for?”
“The main research lab. I need to get to the heart of the system quickly and shut down everything before they have a chance to transfer any of the data to another base.” Valentina said as she read through the information that was appearing in front of her, as though it was actually popping up over buildings.
“Very smart, Miss. Readings show an immense amount of connecting systems in Wing G to the North East, building 34.” EVE said, causing Valentina to turn her head in the direction of the building. Through the enhanced vision of her suit she was able to zoom in like a telescope and see that the building was connected to the one that Lark and Zach had taken off to. At least they were having a bit of luck.
“Scan for radioactive matter, uranium, plutonium, tritium, and deuterium.” Valentina instructed EVE as she took to the air. The jets on the suit were nearly silent and allowed her to blast through the air almost unseen. In the distance she could see the flashes of lighting and screams as thunder and gun fire filled the air where the ground fight was going on.
“Of course. You suspect larger weapons, then?” EVE questioned, running the search through her suit as she flew.
“Possibly. This plant is too large to only be used for constructing ground warfare weapons. Based on the design of the buildings I think they may be developing fission weapons, perhaps even boosted fission weapons.” Valentina said, slowing down and landing next to Lark on the top of the building. Zach was already inside, judging by the gunfire, but she was waiting for the results of her scan.
“Traces of Tritium and Deuterium are present in Wing C, buildings 10 to 13. They are concentrated, though unmixed based on the calculations. But-“ EVE said, reading off the results of the scan, but Valentina knew what she was going to say next.
“But they are highly unstable.” Valentina finished, looking over towards where the gods and hulk were fighting. They were near the front, far enough away from the buildings for now, and she could only hope they wouldn’t go crazy and start blowing things up. There was no time to warn them, not if she wanted to shut everything down, and so she made the choice to go after Zach and Lark in the hopes of finding the lab.
Lark stood slightly behind Zach, shooting arrows straight into the machines and guards that came around the corner. There was a lull in the stream of enemies, seeing as they were probably more concerned with the large bolts of lightning hitting the facility at the time rather that an iron robot, a guy with a sword, and an archer. Lark quickly picked the arrows she had lost off the ground and looked around the corner into an even longer hallway. She had just decided the coast was clear and was about to step out when a bullet hit the door frame near her head. Lark took a step back before looking back around the corner more slowly only to see a group of guards running down the hall toward them.
Lark made a split-second decision and turned to Stark and Zach. "Get back," she said quietly and then, seeing as Stark probably wouldn't need to follow her next peice of advice, looked over at Zach, saying, "And you, cover your ears." With that she pulled an arrow out of her quiver, strung her bow, and stepped out, crouching quickly in the middle of the hallway. She shot the arrow directly at one of the front guards and he fell back into the rest of them. It slowed them down just enough for Lark to hop out of the middle of the hallway and cover her ears as the arrow exploded and knocked the rest of the guards out. She looked up pointedly at Zach. "See. This is why sneaky and silent is far superior to loud and brash."
Valentina spared no time and took off after Lark and Zach. While the suit was incredibly strong it moved with ease around her and was considerably quiet. Certainly it was louder than one could tip toe but, all things considered, it was surprisingly silent in it's movements. The screen in front of her eyes was showing her which direction to go to get to building 34 and, hopefully, to the heart of the systems. However she couldn't get there until a path was cleared.
Lark made a split-second decision and turned to Stark and Zach. "Get back," she said quietly and then, seeing as Stark probably wouldn't need to follow her next peice of advice, looked over at Zach, saying, "And you, cover your ears."
Val could see the approaching squad and though she had little fear in the guns they had she did as Lark said, simply out of respect for the girl. Out of the entire group she felt the most about of liking towards her, though that wasn't saying a lot considering how little she enjoyed this situation. The arrow that Lark had shot suddenly exploded, the force shuddering the walls around them, but Val barely felt a shake from within her suit.
She looked up pointedly at Zach. "See. This is why sneaky and silent is far superior to loud and brash."
"Unfortunately I'm going to need a little bit of that loud and brash right now." Valentina said, triggering her face shield to go up so she could look at the pair and talk freely to them, "I need to get to building 34. It's right next to his one but from my scans it is heavily guarded. I could easily blast my way inside but then I would draw too much attention and I need some time to get into the system and wipe it clean; I can't have these idiots barging in on me constantly." She explained cooly, as though this was a Sunday afternoon and they were discussing the weather, "You two will have to draw them out and I will go in through that corridor," She said, gesturing with her red and gold iron arm to the long hallway to their right, "I'll be as quick as I can." Valentina said and turned to make her way down the hall before looking back over her shoulder, "Also, stay away from the front of the complex. Three of the buildings are full of tritium and deuterium." Sensing that they would have no idea what that meant she added, "One spark and it will blow. Let's hope the blood thirsty trio doesn't go near it either."
Without wasting another moment she turned and took off down the hall, shield sliding down back over her face, and raced towards building 34.
"I have a feeling in some ways we might be polar opposites. You're a female, I'm a male. You like bows, I like swords. I kick ass, you have ass." he laughed. "But, to each their own."
"I'll be as quick as I can."
Zach had to try his hardest not to break. Harder than anything else he had to do. Why? Because it was the perfect opportunity to let a "That's what she said." out. He finally let the urge pass, even though that was in fact, what she had said.
"Kill stuff while you mess with the mainframe? Works for me." he didn't have any problem with that plan as the gorgeous women in the deadly suit of armor left them. "Well, stand back and watch how a professional 'Asskicker' does things." he shot a look at Lark before hopping off of a catwalk that was just around the corner. When he landed, he looked straightforward, not seeing a single soul. "Where the hell is everybody?"
He was quickly answered by the sounds of soldiers and machines behind him. "Oh." he laughed sheepishly before he turned and faced the crowd. The crowd was not actually a crowd. It was an army that was shoved into the building, multiple mechs and soldier scattered across the place. Before he could scan out too much, he heard something in German he couldn't literally understand, but the tone gave it away.
"OPEN FIRE!" is what he assumed the man shouted as that's exactly what they did. The hero qucikly reacted, as was expected with his abilities and blocked with his shield. The fire gave away for just a second, and the first thing Zach did was sprint straight for the closest mech.
It swung it's arm, hoping to hit the soldier, but did not prevail. It was effortlessly evaded and followed by a counter which appeared in the form of Peacemaker slicing a portion of it's arm off. These machines weren't that well built, at least not in comparison to Iron Man's suit. Then again, that's comparing a hut to a mansion now isn't it?
Oil from the machine's arm spewed everywhere, making walking a taxing task, as you'd have to try hard not to slip. This gave Zach an idea. He laughed but not before blocking another few rounds with his shield.
"Let's see your bow do this!" he shouted an obvious taunt towards his ally. "GRRRA!" he grunted as he sprinted towards the machine, just before he reached the oil covered floor, he hopped slightly and landed in a pose not unlike riding a skateboard. His sword arm was extended as he slid towards the machine very rapidly. The sword pierced the machine's front plates and came out the back and Zach rode the machine towards the ground, where the driver layed motionless. Blocking yet another wave of bullets, he pulled his sword out with a grunt and looked up at the assassin, a grin appearing across his face.
'Let's see your bow do this!' he shouted an obvious taunt towards his ally.
Lark snorted, but watched him charge and cut the machine down in a bit of astonishment that she would absolutely never admit to. Lark couldn't suppress the chuckle as he stood and grinned at her. "Alright, alright, pretty good. I still feel like punchin' ya in the face though." She continued to chuckle at the man.
However, her chuckle was cut short as another machine rounded the corner and headed straight for the unsuspecting Zach. Lark quickly shouted, "Duck!," grabbed a less powerful explosive arrow from her quiver and jumped, sending the arrow over Zach's head and straight into the machine's skull. The head gave a loud pop that sounded like a rifle going off and the machine fell with a thud. She grinned up at Zach as she walked up to him. He stood a good ten inches taller than her, but Lark was used to looking up at people and somehow feeling taller than them. "Let's see your sword do that." Lark gave him a crooked grin and then picked the arrows off the enemies closest to her, waiting for the next wave of guards and machines.
"Fair enough...I-"
Lark quickly shouted, "Duck!," grabbed a less powerful explosive arrow from her quiver and jumped, sending the arrow over Zach's head and straight into the machine's skull.
He looked back after he heard the explosive arrow detonate. "...must admit that that was pretty awesome."
She grinned up at Zach as she walked up to him. He stood a good ten inches taller than her, but Lark was used to looking up at people and somehow feeling taller than them. "Let's see your sword do that."
Zach watched the assassin who just 'one upped' him approach him with a grin that looked a bit too smug for Zach's taste. He'd have to change that. As she retrieved her arrows, Zach took a hand grenade off a nearby corpse. "It can." he simply said. He took a bootlace from a leg he had found laying far from its previous owner and tied the grenade to his sword.
As if on que, another wave of enemies came, led by a mech. Some others were behind, but Zach was focused on the foolish pointman. After pulling the pin on the grenade, he pulled his arm back and, with great force, he hurdled his blade towards the mech, impaling the center of it. A few seconds later, the detonation.
"That's one for me." he laughed while covering himself from the inevitable rain of bullets that approached. Zach was beginning to like his competition.

Lark looked down at her leg with immense distaste, but held a hand against it with force. Being both a gymnast and the daughter of two assassins, Lark had an extremely high pain tolerance, but even she could help the smallest of winces at the gash in her leg. Lark quickly took inventory of her arrows, counting six regular arrows, three poisonous, an electrically charged arrow, one major explosive and one minor explosive, and the zip line arrow she had used earlier. She wasn't doing too bad, but her explosives were running out quickly and if she couldn't get the arrows sticking out of her enemies chests and heads, she would be out of arrows even more quickly.
Lark looked over at Zach for a moment and gave a combination of a grunt and a chuckle as she stood, taking her hand off her leg and making sure not to lean on it. "Though, I gotta say, it must be nice never havin' to worry 'bout runnin' outa ammunition." Lark chortled as he strung up her arrow with three regular arrows and shot them in succession, hitting each of the enemies square in the chest. She looked over at Zach once more. "That's three for me," Lark said with a quirked smile and then pointed down at her leg that was dripping slowly with blood. "Oh, and you owe me for that."
Something, he wasn't sure what though, snapped through Zach's head when he noticed she had been shot. Without acknowledging the Widow's comment, he ran straight towards the crowd, recalling his sword as he blocked bullets. The sword came back, taking a few soldiers with it, and he leaped a few feet into the air, coming down on top of a mech and impaling it straight through the brain.
He jumped off the mech and yet again recalled the blade, using the downed mech as cover for a second as he lined up a shot. He threw his shield, hitting a wall at an angle causing it to ricochet towards the back of the crowd. As it hurdeled towards the back of the herd, he chucked his sword towards the back as well, though in a straight beeline towards it.
It appeared as though his arc was just a bit off, as the shield was about to fall just short of a soldier's face, but then the sword came in. With the momentum of the sword hitting the shield as it flew just in front of the soldier, the shield smacked the man in the face, and broke his neck.
Promptly, it was recalled, but not before Zach took a couple of rounds to the chest, he then fell back.
"Our allies battle on alone! Find them! Let nothing stop you!"
Braego roared from the sky to his sister and Brute. Without waiting for a response he shot straight towards the building, his hammer extended in front of him. The demi God and weapon were one as they bore right through stone, concrete and brick. Walls gave way before his might until he found his comrades. He erupted on the scene to see Patriot on his back and Skylark bleeding from her thigh. The advancing troopers hesitated at the sight of him. Braego's eyes burned with a fiery passion as he glared down at them.
"Let us see you do the same to the Son of Thor! HAVE AT THEE!!!!"
He roared as he hurled his hammer at the mass of HYDRA troopers. Bodies went flying in a chaotic and terrifying display of goddly fury.
Lark knelt a bit painfully next to him. "Hey, Mr. USA, when I said you owe me, I meant like a cup of coffee. Not gettin' shot in the chest a couple of times," Lark said, giving a half-hearted smile. "Don't worry. My father taught me 'bout treatin' bullet wounds." Lark sighed heavily and quickly checked over each of the bullet wounds. None to the heart, obviously, and by the way they were each bleeding, none to any major arteries.
Lark slung her leather jacket off, leaving her in a black tank top, and pressed it down on the wound that she had figured was the worst. She placed his hand on the jacket and looked back up to Braego before looking back down at Zach. "Press," she said sternly before standing back up and shooting a few arrows into the enemies chests. She continued to do this, occasionally looking back down at Zach. But only occasionally. She didn't want to look like she cared or anything.

She continued to do this, occasionally looking back down at Zach. But only occasionally. She didn't want to look like she cared or anything.
"I didn't know you cared so much..." he jested as he got up. "Though next time, I'm getting a vest that isn't designed for paintballs."
It felt like Thorson just hit him in the chest with his weapon. With a grunt, he took a stance and ignored the pain, recalling his weapons as well. Sheathing his sword, he took a protective stance with his shield and pulled out him M9. The god was dominating everything around him, and Zach didn't want to risk friendly fire, lest his chest be in more pain. A few shots were fired from his weapon, some hitting, some not. After a few minutes of the trio slaughtering anything in their path, the sounds of gunfire stopped. Nothing else remained.
He put his back against a nearby wall (that hadn't been destroyed) and slid down into a sit. "God damnit." he failed to realize the pun until after he spoke it. "Braego, I was supposed to steal your thunder, not the other way around..." he laughed before gripping his chest. "Oh well, I've got battle scars."
"The maidens love scars from what I hear."
The Asgardian joked kindly before putting a hand on his shoulder in friendship before rising to look around.
"Where is Stark?"
He asked curious where the beautiful genius had wandered off to. For the briefest of moments Braego felt a pang of concern for the woman and began to wonder if he should go off in search of her.
