Personality and Lifestyle:
Avery is not your average girl. She suffers greatly from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). As a result, she cannot sit still, often jumping or swaying or even making faces to keep herself focussed on the task at hand. Avery is extremely good natured. She is the type of girl to risk her own life to save the life of a stranger. She isn't afraid to stand up for what she believes in, and isn't afraid to put up a pretty good fight for it too.
Though her mind is always busy, Avery is actually a pretty lazy girl. Despite playing several different sports, ranging from field hockey to basketball to golf, Avery would prefer to keep her schedule off season pretty bare. She spends a good amount of time snuggled up in bed, nose buried in a book. It's not uncommon to see Avery with a mystery novel in hand.
Physical Description:
Standing at about 5"7 and weighing 138lbs, Avery remains a tall, slender figure. Her Native American heritage can be seen in her slightly tanned skin and long, chocolate colored hair, but she also inherited her mother's blue-grey eyes. Though she works out regularly, Avery has yet to truly gain distinctive muscle. She's always been rather skinny, bordering underweight. It wasn't until her late teens that her eating habits increased and she was able to maintain a natural weight that she began to even look healthy. She's very self-conscious about her height and weight. It stresses her out.
Weapon:
Being the only girl of four children, many of Avery's life experiences were learned through roughhousing with her brothers or through stories they told her of their own personal experiences. Luckily, thanks to their brilliant teaching, Avery learned the basics in self defense. It was only right since they spent most of their time pestering her and. more or less, treated her like one of the guys. She does, though she can defend herself from an average sized man, carry a pocket knife in her back pocket.
