Full Name: Castille Fredrick D'Alnei
Nickname/Aliases: Normally goes just by Castille, but close friends can call him 'Cassie'. It was the name his old friends used to call him, and it sort of stuck.
Species: The Crossed
Age: Twenty
Gender: Male
Occupation: The Fallen
Height: 5 ft 8 1â2 in
Weight 160 lb
Hair color: Black
Eyes' color: Copper/Silver
Preferred clothing: Castille likes to play the part of a gentleman, and is almost always seen in semi-formal to formal attire (as seen in the picture). He finds it distasteful to dress in anything less, and will often scoff at those who show up in 'less than savory' apparel. Yet, he often contradicts his own beliefs; and his clothes are never without their fair share of rips, tears, and burns. Though it isn't because he doesn't have other outfits to wear, it is because his jobs usually find him arm-deep in a working machine. He is also never without a warm scarf around his neck and a pair of gloves on his fingers, for using his power can drain all warmth from his body, and without them he could freeze to death. The only accessory he has would be a rolling suitcase that he keeps filled with what most would consider useless junk.
The complexity of my mark: 6
My mark: Castille has a cross across the left side of his neck.
Appearance: Standing at about average height, the pale skinned individual gives off the impression of a calm and collected man. He generally keeps on a stoic, impassive face for show; and rarely ever lets it down unless he is in the company of a friend of his. He likes to keep up the facade of man with no weakness, and everything about him has been specially tailored to suit this idiosyncrasy of his, from the permanently present smirk tugging at his pale lips to the straightness of his posture. Only when he believes he is alone does he allow this to crumble and his weaknesses to show. He has a very slight, feminine build, due to his preference to work his mind rather than his muscles. His face only continues this trend, with his delicate, porcelain features and wide, bright silver eyes. Only when he takes off his gloves can one begin to see what he usually keeps tucked away, the rough hands of a mechanic. His hands are thin, though worn and blackened from countless burns and scrapes. He likes to hide them, viewing them as an ugly smudge on his otherwise perfect appearance.
Personality: Castille is a confusing character to understand and can be described as two-faced, though not in the usual way of the word. He is not deceitful, merely conflicted in his beliefs. He has a very open view of the world, and is not one to be fooled by common rumors. He looks at the world through unclouded eyes, observing things how they are and not how he was taught to believe. Regardless of how he may come across- usually sarcastic, cold, and pompous- he is actually a kind person at heart, though he has trouble showing it. The way he says things usually come out as the opposite of how he means them, and he can end up hurting someone he doesn't want to hurt. What only makes it worse is his clumsy way of trying to fix those mistakes, and so he simply closes himself off, putting up wall after wall to keep people away.
Like everyone, Castille has a number of faults. He is often selfish in his desires, and once he has set his sights on something he will go to the ends of the Earth and back to get it. He can also be very arrogant, and the occasional snide look and upturn of the nose simply cannot be helped. It has gotten him in trouble countless number of times, though he just can't seem to learn, and only continues to do it. His only unnatural trait developed from personal experience would be his over protectiveness. He can be a bit over the top when it comes to protecting something he cares about, though to the right people it can be endearing rather than irritating.
Special Power: Technokinesis
"The ability to manipulate technology. Manifested as a special form of electrical/telekinetic manipulation, a special form of "morphing" which allows physical interaction with machines, and even a psychic ability that allows mental interface with computer data.
Users can control the flow of intricate machinery and can allow them to assemble or disengage their programing at will. Can operate most technology just by touching or looking. A variation on Electric Manipulation, the user controls specific electrons and instructs them which items to engage or disengage. Some users may even be able to use the electric impulses to gently control smaller metal parts."
Application:
- Control electronic/digital/cybernetic objects.
- Trigger computers/appliances or anything with an attachable cord or inserted batteries.
- Repair/induce glitches in technology.
- Boost a machine's capacity or speed.
- Users use control eletronic objects as if they were their own body part.
- Creating gadgets and attachments.
Power's drawbacks: - Canât control purely mechanical objects which possess no electronic or ferrous components.
- Usually require close proximity to object being manipulated.
- Left powerless away from modern society.
- Continuous use can result in user's bodily systems shutting down.
- Overextending the reach of the power can result in the user merging with the machine, which boils down to the user becoming inanimate and perishing.
Skills/abilities: Castille is rather skilled in mentally challenging games such as chess, and when no one is listening he likes to hum and/or sing quietly to himself. He is also unusually skilled with a gun.
Strengths: He puts up so many walls that his heart has become too strong to be broken emotionally, and he can handle any jibes and threats without blinking an eye.
Weaknesses: Castille is physically weak, and cannot handle things such as sports or anything else requiring of any physical effort. His other weakness is that he cannot handle when other people cry, and doesn't know what to do with himself when put in such a situation.
Equipment(s): He keeps any pockets he has and his suitcase filled to the brim with innumerable amounts of small gadgets or anything else that may be useful. For example, he has his self-made mini computer on him at all times along with other things like cell phones, children's toys, and a portable DVD player. The only weapon he has is a small silver pistol tucked in his belt.

Oddities: Castille has an odd habit of talking to the machines he works with, as if they can understand them. Sometimes he uses it as a roundabout way of telling people his true stance on things when he can't say it straight to them, but usually it's more of a comfort thing. Another weird trait of his is to be happier when the weather is bad (Raining, snowing, etc..) and in a bad mood when it's nice out.
Hobbies: Singing, repairing machines, and building new gadgets.
History: Castille was an interesting little boy. Since the moment he was brought into the world he was always a little more distant from things than the other children. He preferred solitude over the company of others, and his parents caught him simply staring into space more than once. As a Crossed, he was treated like royalty; but he didn't like it. Had his situation been a little bit different, he would have enjoyed the attention. He even did for a little while, until a wildcard was thrown into the mix and his whole view on the world was turned upside down. Said wildcard was just a little girl, a girl born with a simple skull on her right cheek. The only reason this made as much of a ruckus in his life as it did was because that little girl was Castille's little sister. At first he had been excited to have a sibling because then he would have someone who could understand him, someone he could be real with. That was before he knew the situation on between the Crossed and the Skulled. His parents told him that they were going to sell the little girl into slavery, and Castille begged for them to keep her. Unfortunately, his pleas went unheard and before he knew it he was an only child again. The fact that he lost his only sibling scarred him and made him feel inadequate. He didn't want to be unable to protect those he cared about, and since then he has been doing his best to protect those he cares about.
The situation with his sister opened his eyes to what was happening in the world. He didn't like the way the Skulled were being treated, regardless of their powers. The way he saw it, it was all just one big waste of time. They should be trying to find a way to neutralize the powers of the Skulled, not trying to destroy them. What the humans and Crossed were doing obviously wasn't working, but when he spoke up and tried to propose his idea he was ignored. No matter what he did, none of it made a difference- so he simply left. He became one of the Fallen, a Crossed who betrayed his community to run away to the Skulled. It hurt him to do that to his friends and the community, but he didn't want to be part of the problem- he wanted to help to solve it. Ever since, he has become sort of an 'Odd job' man for the Skulled, doing his best to help them in any way he could. Anything from hacking computer software to building weapons and gadgets and repairing broken equipment; he would do it all. It's a simple life, but he's satisfied to be doing whatever he can to make a difference.
Playlist: (None at the moment.)
My character's view of the Skulled, the Crossed and the normal humans: The Skulled: "It is my belief that the Skulled are being wronged in the way they are being treated. No one should be treated like they are. That is why I will do my best to help them in any way I can until the very end- whether that be the end of this stupid system or of me."
The Crossed: "It pains me that I had to leave them, for no matter what happens they are still my family and I love them dearly."
The Humans: "Humans are such silly creatures, fearing that which they don't understand. I don't believe they are doing this on purpose, but they should open their eyes to the world. They can't control everything."
Others: Not at the moment.
