It is the 75th Hunger Games, but with a twist; the Capitol is in fear that a revolution will rise again and so they are planning to have all surviving victors of the Hunger Games killed. The plan is to bring back victors from past Hunger Games and put them in once more. There'll be two from every district (though I won't plan to have this many characters, just as many as we can get) just like before, but they plan on having this game be more dangerous. Though the victors think that only one of them will survive, the Capitol has something else planned, to show to the rest of the districts not to rise up, to instill fear into them once more so that everyone will remain compliant.

The game:

This year the games will be held with a "dormant" volcanic island environment. There is only one fresh water river running through the entire island, wild animals both rapid and gentle will roam through the place, vegetation is plenty, heat and humidity is enough that even in the shade you sweat. The tributes will be starting off in the center where there is a lift. There will be certain blank/safe zones within the island where nothing will happen, though be careful because these zones drift and if you stay within one too long you may find yourself in the middle of an acid rain instead of safe after all.

As the tributes are victors and have already been through this, they are unhappy to say to the least so I expect there to be plotting against the Capitol, though I also want you guys to create three or more small groups instead of everyone banning together. Try to plan in secret as everyone is always watching and can hear everything you say whether you think you're in private or not.

The story:
After the 74 years of the Hunger Games people are starting to get restless and angry at the games and those who run them; particularly the victors after having gone through the games themselves. Though not every victor feels the same way. Some are starting to rise up during protests and are starting to become symbols of hope for the people and are showing the common people that they too can rise against the Capitol. Because of this the Capitol and those who run the Hunger Games are wanting to squelch those symbols of hope by putting them through the games once more, only this time they plan on having no one survive. They rigged the reaping by having all the victors that are rebelling happen to be chosen, though some of the others who are still being "good boys and girls" also got chosen just to fill the spots.

You will all be playing as past victors from the Hunger Games, so keep in mind what they have gone through and what that would have done to them and shaped them into the person they are today. Also remember that after the games they were treated as idols with a great and rich lifestyle and seen as the Capitol's children; meaning that some of you may not want to conspire against the Capitol.

Careful who you trust when you conspire and see if you can get out in time to start a revolution. We will be starting with everyone's arrival; meaning you have to go through the training with everyone, the judging of your skills by those who run the games, and interview on TV. Good luck.

RULES!!!
-I'm looking for prolific writers, meaning the posts I want to be at least 3 paragraphs long and keep spelling and grammar mistakes to a minimum
-I'd like reservations please and they will last 2 days, I won't accept WIP though you're perfectly find submitting them, just a forewarning (also I will let you know what is wrong with your character and why I haven't accepted it in the OOC so you can try and fix it though after three times I'll just say no because by then it's obvious that this isn't the right rp for you
-Romance is allowed, though I would like if you want to get hot and heavy for you to take that to the PM just so we don't make people uncomfortable
-I do expect there to be blood and guts, but let's not over do it (same goes for cursing)
-Please don't kill each other OOC and OC (I realize how ironic this is, but what story would we have if all the authors died)
-I will be the GM so let me take care of what dangers they'll encounter (if this becomes too difficult let me know and this rule may change, but let me try my idea first)
-if things start to get too slow within the games I may shake things up so be prepared
-let me know if you will be gone either physically or mentally (meaning writer's block) and write a post that will excuse your character for a while, like they went out alone and went missing just so you don't stop writing in the middle of a fighting scene that suddenly leaves the person alone
-if you break any rules I won't have a problem with actually killing your character and kicking you, out so try your best to follow them
-to see that you read the through the rules and have accepted them as good terms, please put in your character sheet at the bottom the title of your favorite book
