In 2017 the Russians were working on a new missile and plains detection program. Something went wrong and they detected 40+ missiles headed to russia. russia launched their missiles and hit Us. Usa thought it was china. China thought it was england so on and so forth. the entire world erupted into a war. there were no winners.

There is a sound. It wakes you from your cryosleep. The sound turns into movement and soon instead of dark there is light. the pod you are in opens. Your first sight was the light and your white and gold jumpsuit. As you take a deep breath this place smells of flowers. You remember nothing of your family or personal life yet you retain your skills.
"were am I" jacobb said. before he finished the sentence, he realized we he was. the cryochamber. why he was there, he did not know but he decided to grab the white and gold jumpsuit and he puts it on. who am I? Jacob thought, but he had no sense of identity, not even a name tag. damn. now he had to find a way out....

She could remember her name, at least. It was a start.
She blinked a few times, adjusting to having her senses back. It was strange; she recognized that she had been sleeping for a long time -- the urge to yawn was powerful -- but she had no idea how she got into this pod, and why she was being woken up now. Jacob looked around again, and saw a woman walking, no wobbleing, out of the pod, like an baby deer walking for the first time. then he asked himself 'why didn't I fall when I got out, why? well time to talk...I guess.' Jacob then walked torwds her, but his feet faulterd, he was faceing the same thing, just he didn't realized it. then he fell on the hard steel floor, causing vibration and making a loud noise that boomed though the air....
"Good morning. I'm sorry but you have been overdue for the wake for 57 years. This is because of lethal levels of radiation that have now cleared." Says a electronic voice. "This may cause: memory loss, paralyzation, internal bleeding, and/or death. Calling roll. #50 Paxton Gradie - deceased. #51 Emery Basset - vital signs good. #52 Gracie Marry - missing. #53 Alex White - Vital signs good. #54 Wolfgang Auer - Vital signs good. #55 Jacob [ERROR CODE 9183775532 MISSING INFORMATION] - Vital signs good. #56 Tomas Paladin - Vital signs good. A door to the left of the pods open. There is a blinding light. And the smell of fresh air. "If there is any thing you need to ask please ask before you leave." The bunker in which you're in damaged. only half of the pods are opened. The other 5 have a R.I.P on the ones deceased and the one that went missing has never been closed. the inside is ruined. The door stops. it is stuck you can see out, you can smell out. but you can't get out.

Jacob pushed himself off the floor and rubbed his face. 'new earth? sounds like a....a...damn it wat were those...moving picture things called...oh movies. well if were getting out of here I need to talk to that girl' jacobb thought. " hey lady, lady get up, u fell, now I need ur help. we need to leave, now. the door is half opend
Wolfgang's face erupted out of the pod with a startled look on his face, his legs begun to move and push him out of the pod when they collapsed and he tumbled to the floor, Emery and Jacob had store at him for a moment. Wolfgang, after several seconds of pushing, slapped his body into an upright position.
"W-w-hat is going on? Did I die? Did those people die?" he asked, before slowly approaching the other pods to see if anyone else was there. All that came to him was a disgusting sight, number fifty seven had some sort of liquid covering his face and part of his head was eroded. A steady stream of green muck poured out of his mouth.

Soon after alex wakes up. She looks around to see the people. "hmm....?" She moves he legs to the side. Using it to balance she slowly puts on her jumpsuit. Slowly walking and trying not to fall over she moves over to the door she looks out of the crack. "Wow." she gasps.

My senses suddenly activated as I opened my eyes, hastily swinging the pod open. My eyes protested against the light, making rub them and slightly stagger. I could see some people standing there, just as confused as I was. "Cryosleep!" I breathed, looking at the others nervously.
"Where am I?" I demanded, noticing a corpse in the other chamber.

After getting up from that rather embarrassing fall Jacob heard the sound of more cryo pods opening. "more of them....we can form a fuckin club, look, we need to get out of cryo, um....anyone rember there name? because I sure don't." Jacob asked. this was good, more people waking up....and not just a girl that passes out as soon as she wakes from cryo. "look, I need a um guy, yeah you, um ur pod says Wolfgang.....look help these ppl get clothes on while I get the door opened, and lady by the door, get away from there! it could be dangerous!" Jacob yelled, in truth, he had no idea for wat layed outside, but why they were in cryosleep for sooo long....worried him. this could be bad, and he needed to fix the door....but he had no tools......no equipment. 'well we have to do this the old fashion way' Jacob thought, "we'll need to get to get the strong ones over here and lift this door......any volunteers?"
Alex white stood at the door. "SHUT UP!!!" She screamed back to them. Something catches her eye. The hinges on the door. She pushed against the door a little. You all hear a nasty mail-on-chalkboard sound. Then rubble falling. She can't move it any more still cant get out. "Its not going to move. Too much stuff behind it." She looks at the walls. Feeling them knocking on them and listening. She finally stops. "Here. Push this part over." When she pushes it you can hear cracking.
Well, so much for breaking the silence. Not only was it broken, there was now a clamour of voices, activity and straight up confusion as each of the people emerged from their pods. She slipped into the suit, as suggested by their mechanical companion, and assisted with the door. It was cracking, breaking beneath the combined weight of their strength, and soon they would be able to leave this place.
The smell of the outdoors was alluring, hypnotizing. Emery wanted nothing more than to get out and feel the breeze on her face. She pushed harder, her desire to survive overpowering any other desires she may have had at that moment.
And finally, something shifted, and the ragtag group of cryosleep survivors were able to reach the outside.

The outside. It was ruins overgrown with lush green plants. A deer stopped and looked at these creatures, Humans. This was the new Earth. After so many years one thing was the same. Its beauty. Everything was perfect. There was a shadow that caught the eye of Emery.
Wolfgang, finally coming to his senses, slipped on the jacket and stared in amazement at the scenery. The essence of it seemed to take over any fear or confusion in the pod group. The grass seems to flow like a sea of green moss from the breeze. Wolfgang, awakening from the daze, asked;
"Well, whoever sent us here might want us to get out of this manky building and explore, I'll put on my jumpsuit." he pulled the jumpsuit over him and slowly stepped onto the grass.

Emery was caught up in the beautiful sight before her. She wasn’t sure how long it had been since she’d seen nature so pure like this, but she knew she wanted to see it for the rest of her life. The grass was like a blanket, and she crouched down to run her fingers over it, stifling a giggle as it tickled her palm. The air was crisp and surge of energy it gave her was refreshing. And then a shadow passed through her peripheral vision and she glanced in its direction.
She didn’t know what she was expecting, but an animal as large as the one just a few yards away was not it. She froze, glancing at the others to see if they had noticed. Was the animal dangerous? Would it charge if they made any sudden movements or loud noises? She didn’t know and frankly, she was more than afraid to find out.
She slowly tugged on the sleeve of the person nearest her. “You can see that thing, too, can’t you?” She asked in a whisper. “It’s staring right at us, and I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to become something’s lunch. Not today, anyway.”

Jacob went outside. It was beautiful, with a sense of nostalgia, death and dread, ruined buildings were every were, and not a clue to were they are in this 'New Earth' . "does anyone know were we are in the world?" he asked. this was a question he had in the very back of his mine. he also had another question that he asked out loud " And does anyone remember there name, if u cant, ur not alone, but just make one up" he called out to the survivors. 'by the looks of this....something went very very wrong' he thought
"It looks harmless, the only thing to worry about is the....um horns. Doesn't look like it eats meat." Jaccob knew this animal from somewere, but he couldn't put his finger on it.....
Alex seen what emery was talking about. Not sure if Jacob knew. "i don't know what it is but..." she reaches in front of her turns Jacob's head and turned it a bit. aiming him to the eyes in the dark of a building just to the right.

" okay now im worried. that wasn't like that harmless creature over there, so we be cautious, and we need to find weopons, just in case. and that whatever it was, it was creepy." Jacob said wih a little bit of fear in his voice.
"Radiation must have killed off most things. Chances are, we'll find mutated creatures." I said automatically as I stepped outside, feeling the glare of the sun. "Stinks of sulfur." I muttered, looking around.

Her name was a good start, but if she was going to survive in this post-apocalyptic world, she would need to start remembering, and fast.
"What's in there?" She asked. "And what are we going to do about food? I mean, we're 57 years overdue for a meal."

"Wait everyone, the air is cool, clouds are low, means we are in the Northern Hemisphere. If the sun is there, that means, we are in London! We could rest in Buckingham!"
The others had a glint come into their eyes.
"I wonder if the Royal Family left some extra survival provisions for something like this. Anyway, follow me if you want to be treated like a monarch."

"Hang on, everything seems to have been nuked, we could be anywhere according to the weather!" I retorted quickly before anyone could interrupt. "This might be London, sure... But wind could have just switched currents or something." I added, not too sure myself. It was ridiculous anyway. This could be Germany, for all we know.
