Lineage: Raine is the Third Generation's Pure Blood Daughter of the two rulers. She has now taken over duties but is also under instruction by her father who has now become her chamberlain. Her other chamberlain is a man of court and also a hired mercenary to work for her family. His family has been with hers since the beginning due to a truce but he is of pure blood also. Her clan was once a small and minuscule but it has grown several times and is presently in it's sixth generation. Leaders rarely switch out for thousands of years unless they get sick or are assassinated.

-She is able to make someone move according to her will because of the strength in her mind. If they catch her gaze she can stop them in their tracks. It will feel as if several buildings have landed upon you but when she is truly angered it will feel like millions of skyscrapers are laying down on you!
-She is also able to sprout electricity at any point on her body and direct it to any spot in the room if easily focused upon. However this must be a focused point and cannot be spread over a wide area. She can use this in battle to hit people with an electrical force. This also counts as her fox fire. Also with this power she can take any piece of metal and use it like a gun.
-Due to the fact that she is of pure blood she can retain in powers in human form too but in her nine-tailed fox form the powers are the same but her senses are heightened. Her speed increases depending on the area. (I mean if she's in small room..How is a big beast gonna fight like that? o.o) Also she can detect the slightest hint of movement on the air. As I said, her senses are heightened.
