So begins...

Good sister, bad sister?

Scarlet Devil MansionSetting: Scarlet Devil Mansion

Adrian Blackheart Fog flowed through the air swiftly, faster than natural fog was ever supposed to move. He'd come because he was bored, curious, and cautious. Of course he'd let Quinn know where he was going, and had told him to be prepared to come back him up, just in case. As he approached the mansion he slowed to get a better look at it. Flandre's family better not be planning to harm her...
Sitting down in the seat in the middle of the manor, Remilia Scarlet watched the fog as it entered her home, head resting on her hand, elbow propped up on the chair's arm. "Well well well, look who decided to show up to my mansion. Welcome, welcome." The fairy maids bowed as he entered the room, but quickly exiting, the only two left other than Adrian being Remilia and her head maid, a tea tray in her hands, standing next to the Scarlet Devil. "I hope you make yourself comfortable now, oh gassy one. You're gonna have to do some talking."
"Why have I been called here? What is it you want?" His voice echoed slightly, and he stayed in fog form for now. It'd be hard to attack him while he was like this, and for now, he was taking no chances.
Looking down at him, she'd raise an eyebrow. "You're not to be asking questions yet. I'm the questioner here." Sighing, she'd giggle slightly, her being calm and composed. "I'm only here to talk, so you can stop being such a wimp and get out of your gaseous form." Shaking her head slightly, Remilia took a tea cup from the tray, sipping it, the obvious smell of blood and tea radiating from the tea cup. So this was how she fed herself. Mixing tea and blood. "Am I correct that you've been taking care of my younger sister?"
"I am no wimp, but I have not lived as long as I have by being careless. If you mean Flandre, yes I have. Better care of her then you ever did, at least I don't keep her locked up and she's happy. She wants to stay with me so if you want her back you'll have a fight on your hands," he snarled.
Waving a hand, she chuckled. "Oh no, I realize how it is. You're keeping her happy by letting her drink alcohol and insult lucifer's wife, get dragged into hell, tortured and ruined completely, then, finally, spat back out into the real world to have everybody stare down at her, burnt and broken. I can see how that'd make her happy." Leaning in her seat, her scarlet red eyes looked down at him. "I kept her safe by locking her away, I made sure she didn't harm anybody, or anybody harm her. She broke every toy I gave her, and killed every playmate I've sent to her, other than our gatekeeper. Now, please tell me she's better off with you."
"That was only a recent development, I keep a better eye on her now. No, you kept her locked up till she went insane. She cares for me like a brother, and I for her as a sister. I'm certainly a better sibling to her then YOU ever were, she doesn't want to be locked up again and I'd rather die then let you hurt her again!" The fog suddenly swept up to become the form of a man before becoming solid, his own eyes glowing red in fury.
Rolling her eyes, she'd wave her hand. "Flandre has been insane since before I locked her up, being locked up just increased it by alot. I've let her out on a few days, but nobody's actually played with her but me." Sighing, she'd cross one of her legs over the other. "And last time I checked, she looked up to me, she adored me. The only thing she didn't like about me was that I had to lock her up. Now, you think you're the better sibling when you barely kept an eye on her in the first place? She roamed around alone without you. That's keeping an eye on her. Unlike you, I knew what to do from the start. You're only beginning to understand this."
"That's not what she told me. She told me about the lousy food you gave her, how lonely she was, how she was never free, how she never wanted to go back to you and how she was afraid you'd find her. If she really wanted to go back to you I'd let her. I care about what she wants, which you obviously don't. If you don't believe me why don't you go talk to her yourself?" He felt guilty. She was right about one thing, he needed to keep a better eye on Flandre. But at least he didn't keep her locked up all the time.
Running a few fingers through her own light blue hair, she'd then shake her head. "The reason she probably didn't want to come back was because of how boring it can get here. The blood tasted lousy because it is lousy. I live off the same thing, in case you can't tell." As she said this, she'd tip down her tea cup, then tip it back up, sipping it. "And she's afraid of me finding her because she doesn't want to be punished by me. She thought after running away, I'd be mad. I would have, but after chasing after her, I realized how fun of a world it is out there. She helped me find some place interesting, therefore, I'm not mad." Yawning and setting the cup on the tray, she stood up, her clothing becoming visible as she wore an all pink shirt and skirt with a red bow tied behind her, a pink mob cap with a red bow tied on that, and, of course, matching pink shoes. She walked up to him, having to look up. "And sure. I'd like to talk to her. Can you find her at this very moment?"
"You two are ridiculous, you're arguing over Flandre like she's a new toy." Quinn wandered in casually, his hands in his pockets, his dog Shadow by his side. "Flandre's with her little girlfriend," he giggled. "Aw Adrian don't yell at her, she's so cute!" He looked down at Remilia. "Hiya, I'm Quinn. Sorry about him, he's SUCH a grump. I'm sure we can all come to an agreement. Why can't you two share?"
Adrian's eye twitched. "Quinn... what are you DOING here?"
Groaning and running a hand through her hair, she looked at the two. Calling Remilia cute? If she was in a worse mood, she would've pulled his head off. "Well, if Flandre's off with her girlfriend, we're not gonna bother her." After saying that, she waved a hand at the two. "Well, you should know my name, if you read the invitation I sent you, or if you've heard me from a few stories people may have told. Either way, the way I'll say this: I don't care that you're her guardian, Adrian, but I'll tell you now. Fuck up again, and your head will be on a stake in front of the mansion."
"You can try, but your head might end up on the stake LITTLE GIRL," he growled at her. Threatening him never worked well, like, at all.
"He really doesn't take well to being threatened. Adrian you're way too close to this situation, why don't you let me handle it? I do apologize for his behavior Miss Remilia, he has... issues. At any rate, I have one of my creatures following Flandre, keeping as low a profile as possible of course. I am mentally connected to him and he will call me if she gets into trouble. Adrian, SIT." He abruptly put his hand on Adrian's and yanked him off balance so that he landed on the floor.
Scratching behind her ear, she shook her head. "Yeah yeah, useless little threats of yours don't work, child." As Quinn began talking, she sighed. "Okay? Me and Flandre can tell whether the other is hurt, so far." Yawning slightly, her maid appeared to be keeping a close eye on Adrian after his threat, her greyish blue eyes unamused with the two guests. Remilia, looking at Quinn as he caused Adrian to sit where there was no seats, chuckled. "Well, I'll say this to you two. Flandre is still my sister. Any harm done to her is now going to be all of your faults, since you're both supposed to be guarding her."
"Quiiiinn... I'm gonna-"
"QUIET!" His eyes glowed red and he turned his full gaze of authority on Adrian as he connected to him mentally. He turned back to Remilia and bowed slightly. "Yes madam."
Sighing at the two, she'd stretch her arms. "Well, this is certainly getting boring fast. This should end at some point soon," turning her body around, she'd look back at them. "I'm probably just going to throw a party after all this is done. I haven't had one in a long time." After she said this, her maid cut in. "Excuse me, mistress. Sorry to interrupt, but..our last party was 2 weeks ago." Remilia giggled. "And that's too long!" Looking back at the guests, she raised an eyebrow. "Anything else, or is that all?"
"Nothing at all. Lets go Adrian." He dragged him up then shoved him out the door, Shadow running after them.
Adrian Blackheart Is fuming so much smoke practically came out his ears.
