Personality

Ash is passionate about Pokemon. Especially fighting types. The only exception to this he makes is his beloved Kabutops, it was his father's when he was still alive. His father had revived the Kabutops from a fossil, he received a lot of money for this and it helped stabilize his family and future son, Ash. When he passed Kabutops was bestowed upon Ash.

Ashidato "Ash" Takahashi would come to arrive at Gambit's once again after his training. Gambit's wasn't too far from a huge field hidden by the forest. He would often take his Pokemon there to train. He had to make sure to visit today specifically because he was supposed to be meeting someone. A female, she was a trainer as well as a mechanic. Her name was something like Titania, her name slipped his mind.

Ashidato "Ash" Takahashi nodded to Titania before taking his seat. He sat there silently for a moment, catching his breathe whilst at the same time mulling things over in his head. "Hotshot... heh. I wouldn't say that. I am a leader in the new league though. Gym Leader No. 7, Fighting Type." he chuckled after this and reached down to grab a pokeball from his belt. He kinda of felt bad about holding Kabutops in it, knowing that he didn't like it. But Kabutops was very self centered and it isn't a good idea to bring him into public places. "I don't think I need anything right now... Me and my Kabutops here are itching for a fight though. We've been training hard for when the league begins. It'd be good to get some of the tension off. Interested...?" he asked her.

Ashidato "Ash" Takahashi "I actually had an entirely new gym layout planned. Something to do with my preferred style of Pokemon. I'll have to deal with the current layout though until things die down enough for me to actually start redoing it. If you're still interested, you could help me then." he told her, setting the glass still full of the champagne down on the table of the booth before them. "The arena. That'd take sometime to get ahold of the owner wouldn't it? By battle I meant one ASAP."

Ashidato "Ash" Takahashi stood in the shadow of the rock, gazing down at Wing City Lake. His Kabutops stood quietly beside him, gazing out as well. "Kabutops?" he asked, turning his head slightly towards the pokemon. Kabutops turned his head as well to the trainer, "Kabu? Kabutops?" it asked, with a curious look. "Do you think the world will ever be this peaceful? Calm, still. Beautiful to look at?" he asked his pokemon. Kabutops turned back to the view, setting his eyes upon the Lake once more. "Kabutops." he said with a nod.
