Dani has long black hair that comes to the middle of her back. She has pale skin, plum lips, and shocking blue eyes rimmed with black eyeliner and eyelids covered in black. She is beautiful. She wears a tight black corset, tight black leather pants, black knee high boots with straps and buckles up the sides, and a long hooded deep purple velvet coat. She is a vampire. She appears to be around 20.

Dani Amaranth stepped into Gambit's with a bit of caution. Instead of her regular dress of a black corset, tight black leather pants, chunky knee high boots, and long purple velvet coat, she was wearing something quite different. A strapless satin dress in dark blue clung to her curves, excentuating in all the right places and flaring out as it made its way to the floor. It had a train that swept behind her as she made her way to the bar. A victorian bustle flirted itself onto the back of her dress. She wore a pair of nicer boots than usual, but they are not seen. Her long black hair was curled and piled onto her head, with a few curls streaming down around her face. In her hand, she carried a small lace rectangle clutch bag. She sat down at the bar carefully, ordering her usual drink.

She changed her clothes and cautiously opened the door to room. She found herself at the top of a large staircase in a mansion. A male about her age with shoulder length hair greeted her. He usually wears all black. She came to know that this male was named Alexander and that he was a vampire, like herself. She made her way down the stairs and he told her that he found her passed out the side of the road. She didn't remember her name, but after listening to music with Alexander, she called herself Dani. Dani was the girl in several Red Hot Chili Pepper songs. She chose her last name from a Nightwish song, Amaranth. He helped her to cope with her memory loss and this new world. She has fallen in love with him.
