She looked up, her eyes wide and cheeks spotted with a little blush of color. Squinting with her smile, she waved at him before sticking her arm back into the satchel, whose depth seemed to extend far beyond the confines of the small-by-appearance package. "Morning sir!" she chirped, one eye squinting closed and her tongue poking out a little with the effort of what she was trying to accomplish inside the satchel.

"Well, y'see sir..." her voice was tinged with an unfamiliar accent. Like a mix between English and Scottish. It made the dainty girl sound far more rougish than she actually was. "I tend to lose track of what I keep in here, and seeing as you've never put anything in the satchel yourself, I don't know how you could possibly help me. The offer is kind th--Ah!" Her pleasure was evident as she withdrew a rather flamboyant hat made of a black velvet, with a white feathered plume nearly as large as her head. Glancing it over, she nodded in approval and placed it on her head, the rim of the hat falling well over her eyes. She huffed, pouting slightly as she pushed the rim up so she could look at the other man. "Thought I had it in here somewhere." she said sheepishly.

"I got this from a pirate in the Kumarka when I saved him from a mermaid's charm." Liz said with a wide smile. "He was grateful enough to attempt to make me a member of the crew aboard his ship, The Bonnie Lass. I had to turn him down though. I get horribly seasick." she pursed her lips and placed her hands on her knees, tilting her head to one side as she observed Indigo. "Your hat is suitable." she noted before sticking out her hand. "Elizabeth Cate! Pleasure to admire your headgear sir!"

"Most of them are quite disinterested in that fine art." Liz noted. "The old-timer pirates are partial toward the blade, but I think you'll find that the young bloods are far more fond of their boomsticks." She made a face. "Disgusting things, guns. I'm more of a spell-ward, but I attempted fencing a little while ago. It was fun!" She unfolded her legs so that they dangled over the edge of the table.

"Liz." she corrected. "And I don't see why not!" She slid off the table, taking a seat on the opposite side of him before leaning her chin upon her hand. "Do you usually make your way by this place, Mister Toyota?"

Elizabeth Cate laughed, since she certainly wasn't impervious to flattery. "An accident, sir! Mispronunciation of a relocation spell." She held up the satchel and raised a brow. "My Gaelic isn't as good as it used to be, so when I tried and failed for the hundredth time to get myself home, I ended up here." She shrugged, her eyes dimming with hidden disappointment. "But then again.." she perked after a moment. "I wouldn't have had the opportunity to meet you! So it all works out."

Elizabeth Cate smiled, but it was far more somber than it was intended to be. "Ah, see, it's been so long that I don't really remember where I'm from. All I know is that it's a place completely separate from here." she shrugged. "And who knows? Perhaps the relocation spell worked after all, and this place has become my home. I've always enjoyed adventure and learning new things, and for years I've been doing just that." She folded her arms on the table and rested her chin there. "This is the only world I've been to where I can dream of places and go there."

"That would be great." she replied with a much more cheerful smile. "I was thinking of heading back to pirate country in search of work. I work under contract for a few powerful people. I recover magical artifacts from dangerous places. Get paid well for it too."

Elizabeth Cate grinned. "So willing to go with an almost perfect stranger. You must be bored out of your mind."

Elizabeth Cate pursed her lips in an attempt not to smile. "Fair enough." She reached into her satchel, proceeding to dig around with a determined look on her face.

"It's an Infinity Satchel." she replied, taking out a small medallion and setting it on the table. "As the name implies...I can hold just about anything in here without limitation." with a clink she laid another medallion out on the table.

Elizabeth Cate bit her lip. "I get into all sorts of trouble over this bag." she confided. "It's the only one of it's kind. And I won it in a fluke game of poker."

Elizabeth Cate mumbled something about how she normally wasn't very good at cards.

Elizabeth Cate nodded, blushing a little as she held the satchel a little more tightly. "I defend this thing with my life most days." she said with a shrug. "The mountain trolls in particular seem to be the most interested, but there's this one witch in particular..." she shuddered, glancing to the door nervously as she said so.

Elizabeth Cate had a bad habit of tripping over her own feet when she was overexcited. So the process of making her way into the bar was no less of a chaotic display of poor motor-skills. Shoving the door open, she collected her satchel close to her chest, her red hair swinging around her shoulders as she looked this way and that, finally spying a table devoid of occupants, and shuffled over to it, sitting on the table's surface as opposed to the chair, and folding her legs beneath her. "Finally." she muttered, shoving her hand into the bag and beginning to rummage through it.

Elizabeth Cate looked up curiously, her green eyes wide as she took in the purple-crowned girl in front of her. Such a curious creature, then again, Liz was quite accustomed to the company she took whilst exploring the Multiverse. "Considering I'm sitting on the table..." she replied cheerfully. "I don't see why not.

Her eyes widened as the distressed young woman came into the bar, her arm stained with blood and her face with tears. Glancing apologetically to the woman who had approached her, she slid off the table and immediately made her way to Serina. She took her good wrist gently and glanced to her table. "Come sit with me. I'll fix this." she said softly.

Elizabeth Cate realized she was dealing with a very young child, and immediately bent down to scoop the small girl up onto her hip before carrying her over to the table and setting her on the edge. "How long ago was it since you got hurt?" Liz asked as she turned to rummage through her satchel.

She felt her heart twist somewhat in her chest, her brow furrowing as she withdrew a small stone from the satchel and turned back to the little girl. "Come on now, take a moment to calm down. What's your name?" She took the injured arm and held it out, exposing the wound and pressing the cool, black stone to the torn skin. "Breath through your nose. Deep breaths." she instructed softly as she began to murmur under her breath in a liquid-like voice.

Elizabeth Cate smiled. "My daddy called me Beth." she said quietly, watching as the skin began to knit together beneath the stone. "What are you doing out here all by yourself, Rina?" When the wound had healed over, she removed the stone, wiping it on her pants before putting it back in the satchel.
