"Call me Guy"

Image
Guy is the Manager of an Assassin and Hit-man Company. He likes his job. Basically Guy's job is to give the Assassin's and Hit-men employees their targets, instructions and even their pay. He manages and sorts out the best to the worst of Assassins and Hit-men and decides on who to fire and who's not doing their job right to scold within his area of the wide spread company.
His nationality is Korean and his real name is Ga-Woon Il, but others find it a pain or too hard to say and remember so he tells everyone to call him Guy, including his employees, he's used to it now. He's always looking for new recruits and is willing to hire more motivated Assassins and Hit-men after an interview that will get them to show if they're proper or weak.
Guy worked his up to being a Manager, he is highly skilled in Hit-men tasks and jobs and is highly trained in what he does. He's rarely asked to do any more tasks lately because there hasn't been a task challenging enough for him yet, so the company gets the newer employees to do the dirty work, saving best for last he likes to put it. At the age of 24 he's gotten to where he is quite quickly.

Guy had a very stern look about him, his face showed no emotion and his skin looked pale and cold. He was always well dressed and despite his intentions each day, he always looked at least a little classy. Old habit maybe, or maybe he wanted thugs and what not to underestimate him. Yes that would give him a chance to finally let out his frustration with the new Assassins and Hit-men. It got quite annoying when they didn't cooperate or attempted to do something stupid like break the rules. Sure it was fun to have an easy to win brawl with someone but not when the reason is because they're too stupid to use common sense.

The Korean despised his boss, the leader of the whole organisation, he found him to be, naive and lazy. There was so much more he could do with the Organisation but he would never change his mind on keeping things the way they were. So what better way to solve the problem then by killing him?

His hands rested in the pockets of his clean, black pants and he casually entered The Grinning Ghoul. Voices echoed throughout the not so busy area and he kept in mind to not get too comfortable. Hopeful this place would have someone that could help him with his plan to exterminate his boss.

"Welcome to the Ghoul, my handsome friend." Came a sultry voice from behind the bar. Delilah emerged from behind a scarlet curtain that lead to an employees-only section of the bar. The click clack of the woman's heels echoed through the relatively quiet bar. There were only a few patrons scattered about, mostly sitting in dark corners of the bar. She leaned over the bar in front of Guy, her ruby red lips smiling wide at the Korean.
"Haven't seen you around here before." She said as she eyed him up and down, her every action alluring and seductive. "I would have remembered you." She bit the corner of her lip, sliding a hand under the bar to grab a glass, placing it on top of a napkin. "What can I get for you, darling?"

His eyes narrowed slightly in reaction to the attractive woman's words. He was rather positive now he had the right place.
The male stopped in front of the bar and seated himself on a stool in front of the woman. Guy crossed his arms and leaned them on the counter, looking the flirty woman in the eye. A soft alluring smile naturally formed on his face in response to Delilah's words.
"Oh?" It was true though, this would be his first time at The Grinning Goul. She was smarter or at least more observant than some might think. Guy never found it in him to ever underestimate someone though, not unless he wanted to get killed.

The male took in every action and every word. Although he was smiling slightly, you could still see his stern, cold features. He always made sure to take care of himself and always stayed in shape and well, it's kept him alive all these years. The smell of expensive cologne was clear but not too strong to be off putting and his thin black hair looked naturally styled.
"Scotch on the rocks thanks." The Korean replied, straightening himself up on the stool. He may seem like a pretty boy but when work needed him to get ugly, he got ugly.
"Maybe you can help me out."

Delilah smirked, reaching behind the counter, plucking some cold stones from the freezer below, dropping them into the glass with a *clink*. "That's what I'm here for, darling." She said with a smile, turning to grab a crystal decanter from a high shelf on the bar. She returned, delicately removing the top from the decanter and poured a good portion of whiskey into his glass. After replacing the top to the decanter and setting it on the counter she leaned over the bar, propping her elbows on the counter with her chin perched in her hands. "No order is too tall, dear." She said with a wink.
Delilah was good at her job, that much was apparent. From the full tip cup that sat upon the counter to the gawks and stares of adoration that were directed at her from the other patrons present. But serving drinks wasn't her job. It was picking out the business opportunities from those that simply hung around to drink and gawk.

"Thanks" Guy casually grabbed the glass and downed half of the beverage before gently placing it back down onto the stern counter to speak again. Most might say he looked too professional to actually have the capability to even harm someone, but their judgement was far off, they usually learned that the hard way.
The male didn't look behind himself once to see the others in The Grinning Goul. No, he didn't need to look and study them all because he had already done so when he entered the building. Some seemed to have weapons, which was to be expected but they did not intimidate him. Some may definitely not even be human for that matter, but still, fear did not strike him. Whether they were big or small, everyone was equally challenging to him.
"I'm looking for someone who can take down someone fairly tough." He continued, sipping more of the alcohol. "Someone highly skilled, someone who can get the job done quick and easy. I'm willing to pay a high amount for this job." Guy finished the rest of the beverage, his eyes still fixed on Delilah's. He was here for serious business.

A ruby red grin stretched across the woman's face. She snickered slightly and shook her head. "Oh dear, I haven't got a clue where you'd find someone like that. I was talking about drinks, and creature comforts." She picked up the decanter and topped off the man's drink before turning away to tend to another nearby patron. A few moments passed, and just as it seemed that Delilah had forgotten about the korean man when she returned to refill his drink once more but placed a keycard on the counter in front of him as well.

"The room you requested, darling." She said, sliding the card to him. The numbers "1308" were prominently displayed on the card, along with a stylized logo for The Grinning Ghoul. "I'm sure you'll find the accommodations to exceed your expectations." With that, the lovely woman continued to tend to her work around the bar.

It was clear that she wasn't the woman to do the job but she most certainly must have met plenty of people willing to. "That's alright. If you happen to find anyone who might be interested, let me know. I'd very much appreciate it."
Guy's eyes shifted to the glass Delilah refilled; he picked it up and finished most of it but the keycard caught his attention. Placing the glass down once more, a slight smirk formed on his face.

The male gladly took the keycard and placed it into his pocket and stood up, removing himself from the stool. The same calm face with a hint of a smile bowed slightly to her, as it was a Korean tradition to show thanks this way, even a slight nod was good enough. "Thank you." Just before he left however, he left her a tip.

Guy's hands naturally returned to his pockets and he stood upright once again as he walked to find his temporary room. Once he had found it, he removed the keycard from his pocket to access the door to open, and entered.

From the doorway, a seemingly normal upscale hotel room could be seen. As the korean closed the door behind him, the optical illusion faded, revealing the fact that he was standing in an elevator-sized box. Several loud noises echoed through the small cabin as mounting clasps engaged, and the door locked behind him. Shortly thereafter the cabin shifted with movement as the room rocketed down a dark tunnel, lights streaking past the view port windows. The cabin finally came to a halt after a moment of travel, unloading him in what looked like a meeting room. A bar sat on one side of the room, along with stools for sitting. The room had a sweet aroma of expensive, exotic, or even alien perfume, it almost seemed to tickle the senses and incite almost a slight tingling feeling of euphoria. It was intoxicating.
A single shadowy figure sat in a leather chair in the center of the room opposite another similar chair with a small round table between them where a decanter of expensive brandy sat, along with two glasses, already filled with the amber liquid. The man's sharp, angular face was obscured by shadow, the glow of his cigar dimly illuminating his features as he took a drag.

"Sit." Said the man, his deep voice resonating throughout the room.

Guy must admit he was not expecting to be fooled by an illusion. Sure he new that the door would lead to someone to help him out but he had no idea that the room would actually be an elevator of sorts.
The male straightened himself and calmed his mind as it did shock him. When the cabin came to a stop, he felt forced out of it, causing him to stumble slightly, again he collected himself in what seemed to be a meeting room. It was quite intriguing how everything happened and how the cabin lead to such a place, quite clever he though.
Smells of different perfumes wafted through the air and intrigued his senses. He instinctively studied his surroundings before his vision locked on to the shadowy figure in the leather chair. It was now obvious, he had come to the right place.

Guy calmly made his way to the seat clearly placed for him to sit in, and seated himself calmly. He tried to take a good look at the man's features but the dim light made it hard to do so. He felt the need to stay silent, as a way to show respect.

The creature opposite to the Korean sat motionless in his chair. The dim glow from the ember of his lit cigar illuminating the man's features slightly, revealing what would have been a pristine and handsome face, though it was marred with scars. He observed the man through dark, cruel eyes. Black as the abyss, and devoid of any light, nor did the orbs reflect light, they almost seemed to repel it.
A long period of time passed as Sin'rael observed the man, not saying a word as he took in the man's demeanor, his expressions, smelling his 'stink'. His lip almost curled in disgust at this creature. 'Humans...' He voiced the word in his mind, dripping with contempt. Sin'rael had almost lost track of how much time had passed as he stared at a being he considered to be prey. What a wonder that something as insignificant as money changed this creature's status from cattle to customer. Though guy was unaware of the shadowy figure's spiteful thoughts, and the contemptuous gaze leveled at him, Sin'rael was sure the creature had begun to feel the predatory eyes that were leveled on him. It was then that finally, he broke the silence.

"I have no time for timidity or niceties, human..." Sin'rael's voice seemed to chill the air. It dripped with malice and hatred. the emotion almost seemed to... radiate from him. A palpable aura in the space around them.

"Speak."

The male new very well that he could easily be killed right there and then, but he still kept his cool about it and felt that he may as well be dead with his horrid leader still breathing. At this point it didn't matter if he would replace him or not, he simply wanted him dead. The leader was naive, uneducated, selfish and just a pain in the neck. The only reason he became the leader was because he took over his father's place, who in fact was a good man. The leader didn't seem to be saddened by his father's death, in fact he seemed more happy than anything; not that Guy really cared about how he felt. Either way, he wanted him eliminated.

After a few moments of silence, the Korean began to feel quite uneasy, he thought it might have been new, unfamiliar territory that made him feel this way, not knowing what they might be thinking is quite unsettling. The man, or what sounded like a man then seemed to finally speak. Guy scanned the figure before him carefully, taking in as much as he could; the way they sat, spoke and so on.
"Mm, Humans are quite problematic." Guy spoke with a serious tone. "Always getting in the way..." Especially spoiled, annoying Humans. He was quite aware that he himself was obviously a Human. Although he wished to be more than something so inferior, he couldn't help it. So he'd have to put up with himself and others of his kind. "I need someone to be. taken care of."

Sin'rael's jaw clenched in agitation. "We do not 'take care' of people." He said snapped, no longer being able to hide his contempt.
"I was clear before that timidity would only test my patience, was I not?" Sin'rael leaned forward, looking the human directly in the eyes.
The alabaster skin of the creature's face shone under the lamp light above the table. It resembled a human, but his facial features were much to lithe and sharp to be sure. An evil pair of eyes stared at him, one milky dead eye, bordered by scars gave the creature an even more menacing look as he pushed for the Korean to state himself clearly.
"I assume you seek our services because your target is well-protected or too powerful for you to . It would be a waste of our time, and your money if it were not the case."
He leaned back in his chair in an attempt to calm himself as he continued. "None can escape our blades, so you can rest assured that your target will meet his demise. However, our efforts do not come cheap."

Sin'rael placed a piece of parchment upon the tabletop before the Korean, along with a dagger who's blade seemed to be made of a porous bone-like material. The parchment contained the terms and conditions of the contract, which not only required considerable monetary compensation, but also a requirement of a blood payment which would be collected by Sin'rael at the completion of the job. There was a space where the man was expected to place his hand to produce a palm print in blood to seal the contract.

Sin'rael leaned back in his chair and observed the man's next move.

Cuspid walked in on a burlesque show- and an odd one at that. It wasn't that it wasn't sexy - oh, it was. There was just something peculiar about the presentation. It was a chaos circus and there was a man with long black hair and matching beard singing on stage. What was he saying?

She lowered herself into a chair at a table way in the back by the door quietly and glanced up at the chandeliers. The intricate stoneworks. There was something in her pocket.

Faster than a whip, Cuspid grabbed the rat in her pocket by the tail and lifted it up to stare it blank in the face. She looked from the rat to the singing man, then to the rest of the crowd. Well wasn't this a fancy con. Some pied piper shit happening up in here.

With a twist of her fingers she attempted to snap the rats neck. She noticed it seemed to be armed- peculiar.
