Past: Julian was born in this world. He was well exposed to chemicals that made him into what he is now. He never really knew his parents, so he lived off the wasteland world. Stealing what he could, fixing things if it was repairable. He fixed an armored tank of a vehicle which he uses to help him… persuade the few that come his way, robbing them of food and more importantly, water. He chose the last name Mars after the name of the old god of war.
