Kana

A were-tiger with very topsy-turvy moods that can change on a dime. She's usually bubbly and cheerful, however, disliking being unhappy.

Kana startled slightly as Gravis moved her, but nodded. She'd probably nodded off a couple times briefly, which would explain why she wasn't remotely tired. Her body was rather reluctant to move, though less reluctant than a moment ago and was now protesting the lack of a person against her. She yawned quietly, furrowing her brows. Well, she didn't feel tired. Stupid yawning... She stood up and jumped off the boulder. Normally, she be able to land easily, but sitting still almost all day had stiffened her joints, so they didn't respond well to the sudden impact and sent her into somersault as she squeaked rather loudly.

Kana grumbled softly, "I'm fine. I think. This whole clumsy is starting to bug me, though. I guess I'm just not used to being human. Well, human-ish. Of course, I never had a reasonto stay this way for a significant amount of time, so I guess it's not surprising." She gave him a half smile, rubbing her ankle absently. It didn't seem to be that bad. She tried to stand up and promptly gave up that idea as her ankle gave out on her. She gave an exasperated sigh. "Ok, so maybe I spoke too soon."

Kana shrugs. "Luckily pain doesn't bother me much. It's just the not being able to walk bit that's actually irritating," she said, almost in a monotone. It had been several decades since she'd actually injured herself. "It's generally harder to get hurt as a tiger due to the natural reflexes. It seems the only times I actually get hurt is in this form. It's ridiculous how fragile I am like this." She ran a frustrated hand through her hair, glaring at her ankle.

Kana grinned wryly and nodded. "Yea, might be a good idea." Careful not to move her ankle, Kana sprawled out on the ground and took a deep breath. "I'm not entirely how good I'll be at the resting bit, though. Laying down I can do because I'm admittedly lazy," she admitted with a chuckle.

Kana joined in his laughter. "Never thought being lazy would be helpful. I do believe the Apocalypse is nigh," she said, staring with her mock-serious face before giggling again and sighing as he helped her into bed. "Thank you," she said, smiling.

Kana nodded, her eyes downcast as she considered her options momentarily, deciding to see what he would do next before she acted.

Kana smiles as she watches him for a moment, then snuggles into her blankets to get comfortable. Expecting to be awake for quite a while, she was pleasantly surprised when she felt sleep grasp her rather quickly.

Kana yawns, stretching her arms over her head, letting her back arch with the stretch. Shakin lose the after-feeling, she walks over to the bar and plops onto a seat.

Kana grumbles after several minutes of not being sure as to what she wanted to do and flounces out the door.

The tiger yawned lazily as she walked along edge of the cliff. She had nothing to do, as was the normal way of things. She'd never been the type to take on responsibility, so there were no requirements of her aside from those of nature and usually that was the way she liked it. Unfortunately it was boring her.

Suddenly, she lifts her head from staring down the bluff as she smells... People. One of them was rather off, but she didn't care. She thought she also caught feline in there. Grinning to herself, which looked rather strange for a tiger, she runs until she can see the group. Completely forgetting in which form she was, Kana sidled up to the shiny-armed man.

"Hi," she attempted to say, surprising herself when a half growl, half roar came out.

Kana grumbled to herself, but sat on her haunches and lifted a paw repeatedly in a gesture resembling a wave. She'd eventually go change. She thought she remembered hiding some clothes in this general area.

Kana sighed, finding the peoples' reaction both amusing and frustrating. They're all the same. It was like this every time, but oh well. Looking several times between the group and the nearby trees, she tried to hold up her hand, one finger extended, but her paw wasn't exactly made that way. Grumbling in frustration, she just spoke. She hated her voice in this form.

"I'll be right back," she growled, keeping it short and sweet. Quickly, she bolted into the trees.

Kana walked nonchalantly out of the trees, tugging on the white tank that was riding her waist and leaving a space between it and the tops of her jeans. Oh, well.

She walked towards the group again, absently fidgeting with her long, red hair. She was rather short with a runner's build. As it didn't matter to her, she was currently padding towards the group in bare feet. She'd long ago stopped caring.

"Sorry 'bout that, guys. I forget all the time what form I'm in," she spoke, as she took her place back at the man with the shiny arm's side. "My name's Kana!" She grinned.

Kana giggled and nodded at BK's question. She took his hand happily, firmly shaking it, glad he accepted it so easy. His stuttering was kinda cute, which was a funny contrast to his appearance.

Looking over behind BK, she noticed the girl for the first time. Kana figured she'd been hiding behind BK at first. Leaning sideways to get a full view of the girl, she winked at her. "Hiya!"

Turning at the sound of the third voice, her smile slowly turned wry and amused. "I'm sorry I'm not archaic or bright enough for you, but I am indeed a shapeshifter. Or, rather, a weretiger as I can only turn into a tiger. I spend extended time in both forms, so both are completely natural to me. Therefore, sometimes I forget. Yeesh, you're so tense. Gotta stick up your butt or somethin'?" she asked, raising an eyebrow and grinning playfully.

Kana giggled. "I actually know that quite well and it simply makes me me! Sorry if I offend. I haven't been around people in quite a long time. And I meant, 'Do you have a stick up your butt.' My proper speech fails me after extended stays in the wood." During this mini speech, her tone did not match the words in the slightest. As she spoke with formal language, she was grinning and trying not to laugh.

"You'll never live life with that attitude, ya know?" she asked, flopping onto the ground with her legs folded under her and slightly to the side.

Kana yawns, walking into the bar. Plopping onto a barstool, she looks around at the empty bar, pouting. Empty bars are no fun. Now she had no one to talk to, or tease, or trick, or even pounce on! Then an idea struck her.

Getting up from her seat, Kana walked to the far corner of the bar, stripped, and shifted into her tiger form, waiting.

Kana watched the newcomers happily. Unfortunately, watching the first newcomer yawn had her yawning as well. She almost scared herself as she made a low rumbling sound. She yawned quietly in her human form, and she'd forgotten the same wasn't true in her tiger form. Shrugging to herself, she figured no harm, no foul. Unless one of them noticed her, and that would just be fun.

Kana grumbled to herself. The corner was most definitely not fun. Neither of the two at the bar looked pounce worthy. One looked like he'd kick the crap out of her, and the other looked like he'd scream and expect her to eat him.

Sighing, Kana padded over to the bar next to the twitchy one. Tapping the touch screen with a paw, she ordered a plate of tune and a bowl of spiked milk. Pressing a button under the bar with her nose, the barstool in front of her disappear and Kana plopped down in it's place. Her head was still well over the bar anyhow.

Kana turned her head towards the scared man next to her and laughed. Or rather barked, since laughing didn't exactly agree with this form. He seemed so scared of her when she was probably the closest thing he'd ever find to a living plushie toy. Of course, she knew he had no way of knowing that.

Purring softly to hopefully put the man at ease, Kana nudged his arm gently with her nose. She always found it funny when people were scared of her, but after a while it could get annoying, too. Better to put them at ease before she got irritable.

Kana sighed as she heard the mumbled sentence. [i]Oh, screw it. Not like you have an issue with nudity.

Padding over to her clothes, she retrieved them and went back to put them on the counter where she'd been sitting. She shifted back to her human form and hurriedly tugged on her clothes. When she finished, she leaned down to press the button to make her stool reappear and sat on it. Then, she turned to face the jittery man, leaning sideways onto the bartop.

"Better now?" she asked, a hint of amusement coloring her voice.
