“Business. I'm seeking asylum for my children.” She stated very seriously. “Quite frankly, while I despise the very ground you walk on, the Hegemony is the only nation that could possible keep Him from killing my babes.” She said simply. “Dirty bastard that he is.” She grumbled under her breath. “My own life I don't fear for. He'll keep me alive for his own reasons, but he'll kill my children in a heartbeat.”

She shook her head. “Also, a warning. Wing is...well. Legally she's in control, but the reality of it will be changing shortly. I can't offer you a specific time frame, it depends on the health of the one in question.” she admitted and shrugged.

Redwing had taken a seat in the time it took Hope to ramble something off, listening as she opened the drawer she was most concerned with - that being the one that held her sidearm - and after removing her piece, looked to Hope with a subtly mocking expression, her eyebrows raised, "Well, glad to hear that you have you children at heart, dear." She perked, however, at the mention of Wing and control, and she asked, curious, "... is that a threat, Hope?" Already Liese had forgone the traditional Belkan manner of addressing individuals, calling her by pet names and her given moniker.

She was enjoying this too much.

"Would I threaten you, Liese?" She pointed out, giving as good as she got. There were other places she could go, after all. This was jsut the safest option for her wee ones. Then again, of course she's threaten REdwing. Why wouldn't she bother? It not as if she could be permanently damaged. "I could give you good intelligence, that not even my own monarch is aware of yet, or we can continue to play games." She pointed out and took a seat, pulling it from her goggles and with a twist of her wrist, setting it on the ground just as it returned fully to it's original size. There always was a bit of a delay, and it was jsut enough to look impressive.

“Political Asylum for my children.” She said and shrugged, her clothes changing to something more casual. That too was little more than a hologram, but it was impossible to tell. The armor seemed to vanish entirely. Clothes. Ha. “I can take my knowledge and my information elsewhere of course.” She said simply and shrugged. “It would be fairly simple.”

"Alke is a rather upstanding young woman." Redwing smiled at this, whispering under her breath, "She'll make a good mother." It was true, the Landwächter having been keeping an eye on her since they knew she wasn't one of their own, and their efforts had only increased with the introduction of Erich's element. They realized the benefits that could be gained by such a relationship, and they were eager to cultivate it.

Her mood changed visibly with the suggestion that Redwing was barren, her face shifting as she spoke, her eyes taken on a murderous glint. It wasn't so much that Redwing couldn't have children, but she believed that she could only bring herself to do such a thing with only one man, and he was dead. As soon as she had finished she cut in with an icy tone, "Only barren by a choice that was not my own. Never speak of that matter again... and it was simply an illustration. As I said, my word," She sighed, regaining her composure, "is my bond. They will be safe here, should you desire it."

Redwing pondered this, blinking as she did. They hadn't known Wing had a twin, much less that he was so volatile. This wasn't acceptable, to say the least... Redwing needed to gauge him herself, and not purely by the judgements of some whimsical xeno. Perhaps the graduation of the twins would work well, unless she wanted to invite one of these things to the Hegemony just to chat... yeah, that wouldn't do. "Anything pertinent outside of the Erutin domain, I should've said. Though, this Talon does intrigue me. He's more decisive than his sister?"

"Much more. You won't like his plans. Tariffs on Belkan products are going up next week, by the way. That's him at work." She shrugged. "He's an isolationsit. Though I know you consider use all xeno's, consider this. My religion is dieferent, but I speak your tongue fluently, I am willing to work with you, and frankly, I respect Belkan culture. Equality is osmething Erutings can only dream of, so I didn't protest when the heirs were sent here. Well, one was sent, of course the other infiltrated." She shrugged. "I can look exactly like you Redwing, down to the hair on my head. And there would be nothing to set us apart, even genetically." She sighed at this and shook her head. "I don't know his other plans just yet. But I know his policies of isolationship and take over would no include a Belko-Erutin friendship, much less an alliance."

Redwing pursed her mouth at this, taking it all in silently as she contemplated just how to remedy this situation. She already knew of these creature's capabilities, from field reports, scientific examination and testament from Kampf, but the thought still unnerved her. Rather, she decided to concentrate on the topic at hand - Talon. "This." She spoke, pausing as she looked to Hope, "Is unacceptable. I'm sure you share my views on this matter, Hope." An independent Erutin monarch would prove most troublesome, as there was still much more that the Hegemony desired out of them.

Namely, Hope's capability to look just like Redwing.

"Quite frankly, Talon in general is unacceptable." she said dryly. She meant it too. Under her breath, she muttered: "Freaking stalking bastard.” Oh yes, Hope was not found of the First Dark at all. “With Wing's husband always away from home, Talon will rule. There is no way to bring him back.” She said dryly. “His ship is quite possibly disabled, and while of course he has enough supplies...he isn't coming back to the capital.” Fighting rebels indeed.

She just didn't want Blade near. Blade got in Hope's way.

Hope smiled slightly. She couldn't do anything but the Belkans could definitely. She gave Redwing a pleased grin, glad they understood each other. "Thistle Erutin." She said simply. "A regent could be appointed of course, but the only available regent is..." Well fuck. She pulled the goggles down, ignore the mask that flared into existence and held up a finger as she looked up the lines of succession. With a swear, she pushed the goggles back up. "In the absence of a mature heir, and Thistle has five years to go, the First Dark is required to appoint a Regent. Apparently, his fascination knows no bounds. I would be regent." Damn. Just what she never ever wanted.

The mask disappeared as Hope ran a hand over her face once more. “I will of course, appoint someone else to bother. Bleck.”

"One I cannot give." Hope said sadly. "She must be mature. She has five years." Hope sad and frowned slightly. "And I cannot make any major political decisions without Thistle's agreement. However..." She thought a moment. "I would be happy to have someone rule instead, and I only in name. It's only for five years after all." She said and shrugged. "It would be similar to what I do now, in all honesty. Hoof is merely a front man. I control the Travellers, and the Intelligence agency." She was the power in the empire for the most part. She just didn't exercise it.

"I see. I hope no one ate them. That might get a bit messy, considering the sheer number of vaccines pumped into anyone who comes in contact with your race." She mused and then snickered. "Very well. Lost in the line of duty again." She shrugged and shook her head. "My children have asylum then?" she'd have to forge Belkna paperwork and give the kids a run through of the religion. "Heil Kampf I suppose. You wouldn't happen to know of any bomb shelters for sale, would you?" She asked dryly.

"Oh Lona. Nothign that could possibly shoot. I just need a place my two tiny terrofying ones won't destroy in the first hour." Or minute. "Ah well. I buy a place, in stall a Door, and keep our home the same." He home was on a solitary planet not on any maps. It was, to her knowledge, the only house there, and only accessible through a door she had installed. The door could be put anywhere. It often was. Hope had installed in in tents even. The children would put up wiht another move, though not gracefully. She'd need to take them to a shoot range to work it off, and take Rachel someplace she could unleash grenades upon to her tiny heart's content.

"What you do with your family is your own decision, dear." Redwing spoke, blinking as she finished, it stung her, on a subconscious level, all this talk of children. Some part of her twisted self wanted ones of her own, some part of nature showing through in her dark mind, and her heart winced at the thought. There was her weakness - she was not forged of the same steel as Kampf - she, despite her evil nature, could still feel. "We shall protect them here, whatever the case."

"Thank you." She said and stood. "I beleive the meeting is done then." She said simply and nodded to Redwing. "I'll let you know the children's address when we've selected a place." She said simply, looking more forward to fighting Redwing than she was to house hunting. Then again, only the children had asylum not Hope. Not that she would have requested that, just yet. Hope wouldnt' be caught while on their planet, whether there legally or illegally.

"No, thank you, Hope." Redwing stood as well, the light of day having since been replaced by the glow of the city and air-traffic, and in the low light, Redwing's face began to sport something of a grin. "Go with Kampf." Redwing would have to practice before the two met again. This could prove rather advantageous...

Regardless, Redwing offered Hope a proper salute and turned, returning to her original post with a different expression, now tinged in excitement. Looking to the capital of their Empire with a proud eye, she was sure that He would be proud of her.

"And you." Hope said, telling herself to look into this religion. She and hers would have to be baptised or some such nonsense, she was certain. Not being the religious sort, and her children being not at all religious, she didn't much care. She believed only in herself when it came right down to it. There were no higher beings to help her out.

Of all the people, and of all of the days, it had to be her. It wasn't that Redwing was angry, persay, but rather quite annoyed and not too sure what to do with herself. After all, her world was turned upside down in barely a week's time, even less that that if one wanted to be technical, and she had to readjust her mind to forget the past five years. Like that was going to happen.

But, she had reason to be happy beyond belief - He had returned from the grave! Surely, if any doubted His divinity now they would see the light... and that was what drove her to be so irritated with things right now. She had better things to do than chaperone her baby sister to an audience with His Imperial Majesty, like... well, spend time with Him. She blinked at this, refreshing her view of the palace's plaza as she attempted to clear her mind. She was beginning to sound like some sort of school girl. The day was nice enough, the day late in its cycle, and the dying light painted the clouds present a beautiful shade of orange, and a cool breeze blew through the place. She was glad that she still bore the gabardine uniform of the LW, reduced to her position as Kommandant, and she stood out, being alone, on the marbled grounds; the white stone contrasting nicely with the jet uniform.

Hopefully she would be here before too long... the less time this took the better.

"Thank you Liese. I have missed you." She returned the hug, but didn't linger, holding her at arms' distance. “You look wonderful.” She said and looked Liese over. “Being in the presence of the Emperor himself so often must be very good for you. I can only imagine how blessed you must feel.” She sighed almost in longingly. “I envy you. Occasionally, I wish that I had gone into the military like you.” she admitted then gave her a smile “But it was not to be. Curse of being the second daughter.” She said wryly.

The hallways seemed to pass by rather swiftly as Liese did her best to navigate as quickly as she could whilst maintaining some semblance of conversation with her sister. "He can be rather intimidating, yes... but remember, Linde, you are a Redwing, and he is God. There are no servants that he is more proud of than our kin." At times Liese felt rather jealous of her fashionable dress, even if her own uniform was rather fetching it is own right. She hadn't worn such things in ages...

The throne room, or what amounted to it, was what they arrived at, a rather posh wooden door giving way to a room accented by pillars of black marble on either flank, about six in total on both sides. What truly drew one's eye, however, was the massive Belkan eagle upon the opposite wall, seeming to be cast from gold, with a triad embossed on its breast. Just below it sat His throne, though it was vacant. The monarch instead stood near one of the windows, looking out into the gardens with one hand on his chin, not knowing that Redwing would bring the visitor by so soon. With a snap of her heels and a dutiful salute, Liese announced their presence in lieu of a guard, "Her ladyship, Sieglinde Redwing!"
