A young man walked quickly by on his way in the direction that Madeline had just come from. Apparently in a big hurry. As he walked by Madeline may notice that she was no longer on the bench by herself. A man wreathed in shadow sat close to her left side though it was likely the young woman would have no recollection how or when the man had took a seat next to her. It had seemed that the man just appeared.

The lights flickered as if there was a short in the power or the light was being drained away to leave only shades of gray and black, fading to absolute pitch. The young man continued to walk on, aware of Madeline for he had glanced at her but completely unaware of the presence with her on the bench. Shadows crept forward as if to engulf the girl.

Solinus City seemed quiet for the most part. Life going on. Though the Terra Nova military still was seen often making it way through traffic or flying over head they most kept to the fort and watchtowers or as the guards of Emperess Electra's palace. It was of no concern of a jet entering the port until the towers picked up the drones around it. Finding this odd Two TLA Viking fighters broke off of their normal patrol route to take a closer look.
