She showed Abbie the three words she assumed Abbie was having trouble with.
She smiled then and turned and started wandering back in the direction of the city.
[Not that it matters. Only practice makes perfect. I personally prefer Signing Exact English, because there I have more control in mt words, but American Sign Language is fine too.

The setting changes from Dark Woods to Gambit's Bar
Mikaiela Surris entered the bar, on her own again today. Shopping earlier with Marsailles always tired the latter out. So she often ventured here solo for a bit of entertainment before she too headed for bed.
She first made her way to the bar counter, and snapped rather loudly and obnoxiously. A loud, but clean snap. Clearly one refined over years of practice and use. Her left hand made it's way to her hip as she leaned on the counter, her right hand fussing with her hair a bit as she waited to see if she grabbed the bartender's attention.

Mikaiela Surris nodded back towards Randin with a smile, that smile fading as a bartender didn't show up. She didn't like that. Not one bit.
Her right hand now moved to her face as if adjusting glasses, glasses that weren't there, and she scowled. She quietly observed the interaction between Randin and Chromechaser, her focus more on the former than the latter.

It was fortunate for Ezreal that Mikaiela could not quite hear such a remark, for she might have taken a smidgen of offense to it. She instead watched Randin closely, watching his arrest. She seemed to have entirely forgotten she wanted something earlier.
Mikaiela Surris turned to regard HellShine with an expectant smile. She waved her hands in intricate patterns in front of her position, then finished and placed her arms behind her back.

Mikaiela Surris saw a mouth moving, and stressed her hand motions this time. She moved her hands slower, a scowl starting to develop on her face. The hand patterns were identical as to the previous attempt. She then crossed her arms and huffed, obviously irritated now.
Mikaiela Surris scowled and put on a very exasperated look as she replied with more sign.
With that said, she took the pen and pad, and wrote out a bit of something.
"Okay, I suppose I will have a a simple glass of water to start.", the writing stated.

Mikaiela Surris took the glass of water and finished it rather quickly, placing the empty glass back down and writing more text. "Yes, I signed "Hello bartender, I would really like it if you could get me a glass of water, and a cup of tea. Actually, scrap the tea, just the water please. Thank you."
Clearly, that is not a simple "Can I have water?", and so it wouldn't require such a thing."
She also wrote to respond to Randin. "Pick-up lines are fine when they aren't cheesy. There are few that aren't, plus, most guys don't seem to understand I cannot hear or understand anything they say. So they generally make fools of themselves trying."

Mikaiela Surris seemed astonished and blushed profusely, as if caught off guard. Her hands deftly maneuvered to sign back.

Mikaiela Surris had Marsailles put their umbrellas away before standing and approaching Chase. She'd sit at the barstool next to him as Marsailles also joined her, sitting on the opposite side. So to speak, they were now flanking him essentially.

As Marsailles translated back for her, Mikaiela's eyes lit up. She could tell it was a challenge. She was all set to continue.

Mikaiela stood up as well, but was unaware that this was what he was perceiving from her. Her face looked surprised as she reached her left hand to her pistol, a three barreled revolving flintlock. With her free hand, she signed something still.
Mikaiela left her gun and signed with a gaze of bewilderment and confusion. Such a weird way to catch the waiter's attention. She seemed okay with the prospect of a drink however. So long as he paid for it.
