Skin: Not too tan, not too pale, a decent balance of both. His eyes are a light green, almost to a yellow point. His hair is very long, and an almost girlish purple. He usually keeps it in a ponytail, with two long strands falling down his face.

Outfit: He enjoys lavish suits, often with high collars, and ruffles down the chest.

Personality

He seems to usually be very polite, and kind. He also seems to have a good vocabulary, but only speaks English. Neptuto has a darker side, and that lies within his game. He will avert questions as to him, flattering the person he is talking to, as to distract them, or asking them to play a card game. He enjoys the company of women, but, he seems to be intrested in men and women,

Equipment

He uses his cards, locks people inside them, once they lose his game, and adds them to his deck of servants.

Neptuto Jareth stepped into the bar, adjusting his glove, by pulling it further down his hand. But, it being a rather short glove, could not go too far. "Hmph.", he mused, then went to an empty booth, pulling out a deck of cards and shuffling them.
