Description
Auburn Hair, and green eyes, a crooked nose and thick rimmed spectacles are some of the first things you will notice after the tapping pencil or scuffling cards.
Personality
Generally nervous and quit he can often be found to say something completely unrelated to the conversation, leading to him being generally ignored. Exactly what he wants. At least from THEM.

History
Born in the 1940's, he was the son Chicago Firefighter, a job that could be quite dangerous at times. At the age of ten he lost his father, though he did not deal well with the loss he would continually think that he had seen his father hovering over him.

Rodger Millgram's Story
Rodger Millgram walked into the bar tapping his pencil rapidly on his hand. he head darting about the bar in a paranoid manner.*
Rodger Millgram spun around as Lia walked in turning his head sideways as walked up to her, still tapping his pencil on his hand.
“
"eehhhh. Are you following me?"*He tilted his head to the other side and continued staring at her as if he were looking for something."

Rodger Millgram blinked several times, pulling out his deck of cards. He shuffled them twice, then pulled the top card and looked from it to her, nodding as if it explained something."Knees and arms don't go together."
Rodger Millgram looked at her slowly bringing his eyes from her feet to her head."Neither do chins, watch out for the ceiling falling shadows come."

Rodger Millgram looked around the bar, commenting to himself maybe."Space is bid toys are fun. Dont worry Shadows are small now."
Rodger Millgram just walked off, having warned the girl, but he did not think she understood. They never understood until it happened. Well, other than Zack, but he was enlightened.*
Rodger Millgram walked up to Illya, looking at her certainly within her personal space as he continued tap the jumbo pencil on his hand. "Music in a concert."

Rodger Millgram looked around before taking a seat, continuing to tap his pencil there as he slowly was ignored by the others in the bar.
Rodger Millgram walked into the bar, tapping the Jumbo Pencil rapidly on his hand and looking around nervously as he did.
Rodger Millgram snapped his head as the man yelled boo, even though it was not at him he ducked and hid behind the nearest chair.
Rodger Millgram saw Kisa blink, and then jump up into the rafters. That seemed like as good as anyplace to hide to him, aside from the other girl up there. As he hopped up he turned his head sideways and just seemed to stare at her for a long time.*
Rodger Millgram climbed through the rafters, looking down at Lavanya seeming to stare at her for some time.*
Rodger Millgram dropped down right behind her starring at the circle with the lines through it, having said nothing to her even though he was only millimeters from touching her.*

"Circles aren't Straight, seven is strong, line and circle are greesy."*he continued to look at the circle as he tapped his pencil on his hand.*

"Very Worried"*he nodded several times as he continues to tap the pencil on his hand."the hand moves, but the head doesn't know."

"uummm..."*he took a step back as her eyes fell to the pencil in his hands before he took another look at her, seeming to stare for a few seconds, then he pulled out a deck of cards, still holding the pencil in one hand he pulled the card looking at it and then her.*"Not different."
