Description
Auburn Hair, and green eyes, a crooked nose and thick rimmed spectacles are some of the first things you will notice after the tapping pencil or scuffling cards.
Personality
Generally nervous and quit he can often be found to say something completely unrelated to the conversation, leading to him being generally ignored. Exactly what he wants. At least from THEM.

History
Born in the 1940's, he was the son Chicago Firefighter, a job that could be quite dangerous at times. At the age of ten he lost his father, though he did not deal well with the loss he would continually think that he had seen his father hovering over him.

Rodger Millgram's Story

Rodger Millgram walked into the bar, looking around nervously as he entered tapping his Jumbo pencil on his hand as he seemed to stare at things that were not there. His tie and white polo coverd by a blazer, that was slightly dated seemed well worn, but not particularly gross in any way.

Rodger Millgram looked at the person who looked at him when he entered seeming to enter a panick, he froze for several long seconds before jumping over the edge of one booth seeming to cower behind it as she had opened her mouth, looking down as this suit straitening it even as he was shuddering
*he pulled a card out of the deck in his pocket holding it up as he felt Spike looking at him, someone was looking at him ,and he hadn't thought to look at anyone yet."SSssstay back."He stuttered at Umi, brandishing his pencil like a weapon as he backed away from her and into shy girl behind him.
"Bizarre, Bizarre, knife in the heart of a hundred does."*he noded his head like he had just made some incontrovertible point, as he shuffled off to the side, the gril that he had bumped into still looking at him.*
*he shook his head back and forth at the lady that had offered him to sit with her. "Arrows and knives, Arrow and knives."*he continued to shake his head back and forth, still brandishing the pencil at her trying to read the nervous girls thoughts to see what she knew about anything.*
Rodger Millgram looked back over at the girl in the booth near the door. "thousand teeth no good for skin."*he looked back at spike and pulled out a card. "I like red too."*he nodded again like what he said had made perfect sense
"I like red too."*he nodded several times, that being the thought that had run through his head as well
Rodger Millgram sat down beside her as she motioned for him to sit, thinking the girl had to be the most dense."A box of crayones white blue, yellow, purple. two red. One is sharp."
*he was quiet, not having realized that he was speaking in riddles at all, he just sat there quietly, pulling out the deck of cards, shuffling it and pulling out the same card he had the time before, just checking to make sure.
Rodger Millgram shuffled again, puling out the same car a third time."Red."*he was to nervous and afreaid to say anything else at the time, having been having a bad day so far, the woman in front of him invited him to sit, but was now angry at him for no apparent reason
