"Game time."
Simon's actions are restricted by Asimov's Laws, though the fact that he considers himself human means he can mostly ignore the Second Law. Simon is otherwise extremely protective of his own free will, and occasionally will step in to help others when their ability to make their own decisions is jeopardized. [WIP]
Due to the restrictions on Simon's actions, most of his weapons are nonlethal without excessive force.
Thunder Bat: A titanium baseball bat, named such not for any use of electricity as a weapon, but for the extremely loud noise it makes when slammed into something. The sonic burst is powerful enough to disorient most foes that are capable of hearing. Simon himself has a built-in inability to hear the Thunder Bat's frequency.
Wrist Jets: Built into his wrists are a pair of jets that are able to fire off extremely concentrated bursts of tear gas, as well as grappling hooks, tasers, and various other items.
Mix-o-matic: Built into Simon's chest is a fully-equipped drink mixing suite, accompanied by a small collection of beverages. Simon's favorite tool.
Scatterblade: A blade built into Simon's left forearm. It is able to slice through metal, but its primary use comes from its magnetic power, which interferes with the electronics inside of anything that it strikes.
BABEL: A mostly-universal hacking tool that can interface with a huge number of different electronic systems, and can attempt to interface with those it doesn't immediately recognize. Built into Simon's fingers.
Simon doesn't remember much about his life before being made into a cyborg. Chances are he grew up leading a pretty normal life on Colony A293, but he isn't sure what lead to his brain being "upgraded" and placed in the synthetic shell where it currently resides. [WIP]
When his new life started, Simon was set to work as a bouncer in a nightclub on A293. The nightclub's owner, and the one to whom Simon owes his new existence, is one Doc Vernon, who is most certainly not a real doctor. A293 had laws against using robots as employees, so Vernon took drastic measures to net himself a cyborg, with all the functionality of a robot. At first, Simon had no choice but to obey Vernon's commands, but Simon eventually started to realize that he was still at least partially human, and thus he was able to give himself orders. At this point, Simon left the nightclub after throwing a few choice words at Vernon, and he wandered the streets of A293 for some time until an extremely virulent plague made an appearance, completely wiping out the colony.
With nothing left on the colony, Simon ventured out into the Multiverse...
